I looked up and saw her red faced while shooting daggers to suzuno. Oh right, she's feeding maou.

You guys are probably wondering why am I in maou's place this early right? If not.... I'm gonna tell you guys anyway lol

Maou asked me to come over so we can have breakfast together. But when we were about to make the food, Suzuno came over and said she already made one for maou and me. Ashiya and lucifer? They can have my leftovers lol.

"welcome miss chiho. I'm glad you're here. I made my first rice cooker pound cake. Perhaps you would like to try some? "ashiya asked with a pound cake on his hands

" I'm sorry to barge in like this mister ashiya. I would love to try some! "chiho said while bowing slightly

" hey why didn't you asked me to try some? "I asked

" cause you can make it yourself. I'm not wasting the ingredients to you anyway "ashiya said

" what!!? "I growled making him jump

" WAIT THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE HERE!! "Chiho yelled making all of us surprised

" MISTER URUSHIHARA PLEASE SHUT UP!! "Chiho yelled at him making me snicker

"..... Well, due to lucifer's unplanned shopping..... Next month, we will have a deficit in out household budget! Everytime I look at this it breaks my heart " ashiya said, pointing to a writing on his book with the total outcome from lucifer. How much is it you ask? Oh not much.... Just... 40000 FREAKING YEN

" thanks to you we don't have enough money to make it through the month. So even if Crestia is using this as a chance to assassinate us, by feeding us free food, we aren't in any position to reject her help "ashiya sighed

" DON'T JUST THROW AWAY YOUR LIFE JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE HUNGRY "Chiho complained

I sighed and look at maou "how do you live with this much drama?" I asked

"don't ask "he sighed before suzuno stuffed his face with more food

I focused myself to my tamagotchi in my hand and play with it. It's way more peaceful this way. Despite the shouting of chiho and suzuno's chatter in the background.

"THAT'S JUST PURE BLACK MAIL!!! "I heard Chiho yelled at the top of her lungs making me surprised

" MISTER MAOU!! THERE IS NO NEED FOR YOU TO RECEIVE FOOD FROM YOUR ENEMY ANYMORE!! I WILL GET MY MOTHER TO TEACH ME HOW TO COOK, AND I WILL MAKE YOU ANYTHING YOU WANT!!... If that's alright with you miss alice "Chiho said, looking at me

Suddenly, the door blasted open. Revealing emi, looking like an enraged medusa.

" SHI... "lucifer gasped as his face turns to pale

" Do you care to explain what the udea was when you put this thing into my bag?" Emi asked with a tracking device on her hand

"well.... You see..... It's.... "lucifer stuttered

" putting a transmitter on me! What the hell do you think is going to happen now, oh fallen angel? " emi asked, gritting her teeth

" THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL I'M GOING TO FORGIVE YOU! YOU WILL HAVE TO BE PUNISHED FOR THIS!! "emi said, readying her fists

" hey ashiya! Stop emi would you!! "lucifer ordered

" this has nothing to do with me "ashiya said, not caring about him

" HOW DOES THIS NOT INVOLVE YOU!!? WHAT ABOUT YOU BELL!!? "lucifer turned to suzuno

" if Emilia kills all of you, it would help me out a lot "suzuno said, still busy with maou

" miss yusa please make sure to trounce him good! "Chiho said

And so the chasing begin. Ah... Life... So full of drama...

"..... My liege" Ashiya said after a while

"mm? What ashiya? "Maou asked with his mouth full

" I would like to ask you for a time off "ashiya said making me choke

"..... HUH??" everyone asked in unison... Except for lucifer who's passed out

"wow. Can I take this as a sign the devil king's army is collapsing? "Emi asked as she tossed lucifer away

"time off? what do you mean?" Maou asked

"....I apologize, my liege...."Ashiya said

"WHAT AREN'T YOU HAPPY ABOUT!? IS THIS ABOUT THE HOTDOG I BOUGHT ON THE WAY HOME!? OR ABOUT THE STORE RECEIPT I LOST THE OTHER DAY? I BOUGHT THAT TWO-PLY TOILET PAPER BY ACCIDENT MAN!" Maou panicked

"No, your demonic highness. I have no complaint with any of that" Ashiya said

"...you don't?" I blinked. That's new. Normally he would freak out

"it is just that.... I fear our demonic forces will face ruin before long if this continues. My retiring from the front lines may allow us the chance to avoid this..."Ashiya said

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!? I DON'T GET IT MAN!" Maou shrieked, clearly panicking

"Allow me to explain outside, my liege" Ashiya said as he walks towards the door

Maou followed him outside and there was silence in the room until Suzuno breaks it.

"I would be happy to see him depart forever... But doing so without any reason strikes me as....unusual" she said

right after that, maou and Ashiya came in with a somewhat gloomy face.

"Yo, Emi. Chi too....and Alice" Maou called

"....what?" Emi asked

"y-yes?" chiho stuttered

"what's up?" I asked

"sorry, but do you mind heading home? I'll explain later. For now... We need to be left alone" Maou said with a deep voice. Hmm.. Maybe the thing Ashiya is worried about is serious after all.

"Sure, sure, whatever. Let's go chi "Emi said while dragging Chiho outside

"b-but miss yusa...."Chiho complained

"mister ashiya....You won't leave for good will you?" Chiho asked

" Don't worry " Maou smiled while Ashiya just stood behind him. looking down and standing still like a statue

"hey is everything ok ?"I asked as I tapped Maou's shoulder. He turned his head to me and smiled before he pats my head

" yeah, don't worry. I'll explain things later, okay? "he said. I sighed and nodded my head before I went outside and close the door behind me.

" so what do you think they're gonna talk about? "Chiho asked

" I don't know... Let's find out "Emi said before she quietly crawls back upstairs

" leave them alone Emi "I sighed as I drag her away

" aww you're a party pooper sometimes "Emi pouts

I rolled my eyes and kept on walking. What is maou and the others gonna talk about though? I can't help but be curious about it.

(a/n hey guys. I know I post this chapter later than I usually do. I usually publish new chapter every two days or less. But I've been busy with school and there's a bomb threat in my country by a group of terrorist. People says that they work with ISIS but idk. I'm just worried about my friends and family since rumors says that they're targeting public places such as schools, hospitals, malls, etc. They already blew up three church. Thankfully it's not at the city I'm living in. It's quite far but the police says that they're targeting the city I'm living in. Well it is the most popular city in my country and is the crowded with people everytime. I live at the outskirts of the city but my mom works in the center of the city. Yeah you can imagine how worried I am right now heheh... But I'll try to keep posting chapters regularly though so don't worry! See you in the next chapter!)
