ALICE'S POV

I groan as I heard my doorbell rings. My eyes hurt if I just open them. I've been crying a lot and I just can't stop it. When I finally calm down, I got reminded on my dad AGAIN if I see one, JUST ONE, item that reminds me of dad.

I groan louder when the doorbell rings again. I lazily slide off from my bed and went downstairs. The freezing wooden floor doesn't even bother me at all. After all, I'm the one who's making my house an eskimo.

"what?" I asked grumpily when I open the door to see Izzy, Chiho, Suzuno, and Emi outside

"MORNING GRUMPY CAT!! GUESS WHAT? WE'RE TAKING YOU TO THE SPA TODAY" Izzy cheered making my ears hurt

"thanks. Not intrested. Bye"I said while closing the door. A hand blocked the door and open it again making me frown

" come on, Alecia. You've been sulking in here for too long. It's not healthy" Suzuno scolded

"I can live with that" I said casually

"please miss Alice?" Chiho pleaded with her puppy eyes

"no. Sorry. I'm comfy here" I sighed

"THAT'S IT NO MORE NICE GIRL. WE ARE TAKING YOU TO THE SPA AND WE ARE NOT TAKING NO FOR AN ANSWER" Emi blurted

"THAT'S RIGHT! COME ON I'LL HELP YOU DRESS UP" Izzy said while pushing me towards my room

"but-"

"alice. Don't" Izzy growled

"ugh fine" I groaned

"That's a good girl! Come on!!" Izzy cheered before she sat me down on my bed while she insisted to pick my clothes

"here. Put these on" Izzy said while tossing me a striped long-sleeved t-shirt and a dark blue jeans

"Do I really have to?" I sighed while getting pushed towards the bathroom

"yes now hurry up" Izzy said before she closed the bathroom door

I sighed heavily and stripped off my clothes and change into the clothes Izzy shove onto my face.

Wait.... Should I shower first? Nah... I'll just comb my hair and put some perfume on. No one will think I didn't shower.... Hopefully

I stepped out of the bathroom while fixing my clothes.

"Hey don't you think this is too thight?" I asked

"what? Pfft no it's not. It's perfectly fine. Here I packed your sling bag with your phone and your charger now come on" Izzy said while grabbing my hand

"oh! Almost forgot! Here. Wear this" Izzy said while searching through her bag and gave me a small light blue plastic bag.

"what's this?" I asked, peeking inside the plastic pag to see a beautiful silver necklace with a colorful butterfly pendant attached to it

"oh... You know... Something that someone bought for you. You'll meet them soon don't worry. Now put it on" she grins

I frown. Who is she talking about? It can't be Maou since this necklace looks expensive. Damn, I hate life riddles.

After I put the necklace on and slip on a pair of socks, me and Izzy went downstairs to meet the three girls who has been waiting for us.

"what took you guys so long?" Emi complained while I put on my black cap and my shoes on.

"heheh. Sorry. Come on let's go" Izzy grins before we all went to the train station

"why don't we just take the spa in my neighborhood?" I asked lazily

"there's a great spa at Shibuya that my friend suggested so we decided to go there" Chiho explained

"but the one in my neighborhood is quite good too"

"we already booked there since yesterday so..."

"Oh fine then" I sighed

*timeskip after the spa cause I never went to the spa*

"how are you feeling, Alice?" Emi asked

" better. Thanks" I smiled

"they really put on a lot of work with your nails. I mean look at them! So shiny!" Izzy commented after snatching my hand out of the blue

"they did yours too, did they not?" Suzuno asked

"yeah but it's not as shiny as alice's nails" Izzy pouts

"where to go next?" I asked

"I'm kinda hungry" Emi said

"Well there is this restaurant near the station that serves seafood. Why don't we go there?" chiho suggested

"good idea. Let's go" Izzy agreed

*at the restaurant *

Turns out the restaurant Chiho suggested is an organic restaurant. The food they serve here are mostly salad and stuff like that. And I am NOT a vegetarian. Why? Blame my wolf side on this.

"I'll have the lunch special and a strawberry juice" Emi said to the waiter

"I think I'll have the lunch special too. For the drink I'll just have an iced tea" Chiho said

" mine will be.... The cauliflower curry and an orange juice" Izzy said

"this yaki udon looks delicious. I will have one of those" Suzuno said

"and what'd your drink, miss?" the waiter asked

"I will have what she is having" Suzuno said while pointing at Chiho

"alright then. And what about you, miss?" the waiter asked to me

"errr... Are there any steaks here?" I asked

The waiter blinked at me as if I'm blind "umm... No miss" he said

"fine. I'll just have a mashed potato and an iced lemon tea. Extra ice" I sighed

"I'm very sorry but we're out of mashed potato right now" the waiter said

"FINE then I'll take the iced lemon tea with extra ice" I groaned

The waiter dismissed himself and went to the kitchen.

"aren't you gonna eat?" Emi asked

"are you having and amnesia or something? I'm half wolf remember? I don't eat veggies. I hate them" I growled

"oh no.. I forgot.. I'm very sorry miss Alice" Chiho said while the others glare at each other as if they ruined something

"no, it's fine"I smiled at Chiho

" I'll just go to Karuchi's house after this to eat there. Her house is not that far from here and I'm sure she won't mind"I shrugged before I take a sip of my iced lemon tea that just arrived along with the other beverages

For some reason, Emi choked on her strawberry juice. Suzuno acted like her heart just stopped and Chiho starts to sweat. Izzy? Well let's just say her eyes are about to pop out

"what?" I asked

"NO NOTHING IS WRONG NO" Chiho burst out making the others glare at her

"okay what are you guys hiding from me?" I asked

"umm.. Nothing! By the way, I just remembered that Karuchi doesn't want to be disturbed today" Izzy said somehow nervously

"why?" I asked

"she's uh.." Izzy stuttered

"SICK"

"AWAY"

I looked at Emi and Izzy with questioning look. What is up with all of them?

"what are you-"

"OH LOOK! THE FOOD HAS ARRIVE" Suzuno shouted, cutting my sentence. Not to mention earning glances from other people

"yeah! The food is here!! Let's eat!" Chiho said

I grunted and look at them suspiciously. They are definitely hiding something. But what?

"so where to next?" Emi asked

" OOH!! let's go to the park! I heard shibuya has a great park!" Izzy suggested

"a park sounds good to me" Suzuno agreed

"mehh.. You guys go ahead. I'm gonna go home and rest. It's already 5 p.m" I said while looking at the time at my phone.

"WHAT?! STILL 5?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?" Emi shrieked earning a death glare by the others while I look at them weirdly

"I mean uh... Still 5? Don't go home yet. Let's enjoy a stroll at the park first hehe..." Emi said while sweating nervously

"okay that's it. What are you guys hiding?" I asked

"what? Us? Hiding something from you? Pffft noooo...." Izzy said obviously lying

"come on miss alice let's enjoy the park together. Pleasee?" Chiho practically beg

"hmmm fine. I'll go" I sighed

"YES!!" Izzy cheered

*after 2 hours of walking aimlessly at the park*

"guys!! My legs hurt. Aren't we gonna go home now?" I groaned as I slumped onto a bench

Emi checked her phone and grinned. "nope. We're gonna take you to a special place at this very park" she grinned

"finee" I sighed before standing up

*splat*

"GOD DAMMIT THIS IS MY FAVORITE SHOE" I growled when I stepped onto a dog poop

I quickly jump towards the grassy area and scraping my shoe there to clean it. After 10 straight minutes of me rubbing my shoe on the grass, my shoe is finally (almost) clean. I can still smell the stink though

" here. You might want to change it for our date. I can't even breathe right now" someone said while handing me a flat shoe

"thanks.." I said, accepting the shoe without thinking

Wait... Did he said DATE?!

"wait what" I blinked before I look up to see....

"MAOU!?" I shrieked

"Hi!!" he grins cheerfully. For some reason he's wearing some decent clothing. He's wearing a white t-shirt that' covered by a long sleeved black and red shirt. He's also wearing a dark blue jeans, a pair of white sneakers and a black beanie.

"what's with the...?" I asked pointing at his fancy get up

"I've told you just now. We're going on a date" he grinned again

"wha........ Wait.... THOSE GIRLS!!" I growled loudly

I swear I could hear all of them giggling somewhere. Even suzuno is giggling. I swear I will smack them all with my dog poop scented shoes when I meet them after this.

"shall we then?" Maou asked after I swap my shoes with the flats that Maou gave me

"wait where are we going?" I asked

He smiled mischievously "you'll see"
