"ALECIA!"

"oh... My... God... No way...." I mumbled as I look at the creature in front of me

"WINTER!!" I grinned widely

Winter grinned and twirled "the one and only!!" she said

Winter here is my best friend at ente isla. She's a Prez, some kind of pixie but in animal form and has powers. I found her in the woods, wounded badly. I took her home and healed her. Turns out we have a lot in common. She's a wolf Prez that has ice power like me. We've been the best of friend ever since. When I moved to earth from ente isla, she was missing and I couldn't find her anywhere so I went to earth without saying goodbye to her. Oh, how I missed her so much! It has beeen ages since we last saw each other.

" what are you doing here??" I asked

" I've always wanted to visit you here but when I heard the news about your dad, I just need to come here. I'm sorry I wasn't there when it happened" she said her ears dropping

"aww it's fine, Winter. I'm okay now. Thanks for coming though" I smiled

"we better go somewhere else before someone notice me" Winter said while looking around warily

" come on. Let's go to my place" I said

She nodded before she dove into my sling bag to hide.

Not long after, my bus finally came. After a five minutes trip we finally arrived at my house. Winter flew out of my bag as soon as I closed the door.

"wow, your house here is bigger than the one in Ente Isla. It's colder too!" she said while flying around my house

" are you planning to stay here or..." I trailed while I took off my hat and place them on the table

"of course I'm staying! You need me and you know it" she said while crossing her little arms

" in that case, I'll have to teach you the ways of living here since it's very different than Ente Isla" I sighed

"no kidding! I mean... What's this thing? It kept buzzing when I was hiding in your bag" she asked while lifting my phone

"that's called a cell phone or phone for short. We can text, call, play games, listen to musics, and do lots of stuff with it. The buzzing indicates that someone texted me or called me " I said while grabbing my phone from her

"what's texting?" she asked, tilting her head

"well basically it's like writing a letter but in digital and faster mode. We don't have to wait for days for it to reach the one we're texting" I said before I plop myself onto the sofa

"looks like Karuchi texted me and there's one miscall from Maou" I mumbled

"who's Karuchi and Maou?" she asked again

" do you remember my best friend beside you at Ente Isla that's an angel?" I asked back

She nodded, "yeah, why?"

"she stays here on earth too and her name here is Karuchi" I smiled

"she's here?? Ooohhh I wanna meet her! She always give me yummy food!!" she said excitedly

" then you're gonna love Izzy too. She was my boss at my old job here but she's also my best friend. If she meet you and got fooled by your 'cuteness', she will spoil you for sure " I chuckled

" I already like her "she giggled and sat beside me

" Emilia is here too. Her name here is Emi Yusa so don't call her by her real name. Me and Karuchi too. We have to blend in in this place. Oh and by the way, my name here is Alice " I explained

" fair point "she shrugged

" there's also Suzuno, a former assassin from Ente Isla and Chiho, an ordinary school girl that's very close to us "I smiled

" that's great but you haven't told me who's Maou is " Winter pouted

" well.. Uh..... "I stuttered

Should I tell her? I know I should but will she be mad? She hates the demons and Maou is their king! Dear God please help me

I heard a knock on the door and quickly stood up.

" oh! Would you look at that? Someone is knocking the door! I should see who is knocking it!" I said in a nervous voice and ran towards the door

"hey Alice" Maou greeted when I opened the door

"maou?!" I whisper-yelled

"yeah, I finished my job sooner than I expected and miss Kisaki allowed me to go. I was planning on telling you but you didn't answer the call so I figured that I should just go here" he explained

"um... Can I come in?" he asked

"u-um.. Sure! C-come on in" I said nervously while opening the door wider

"who's this guy, Alice?" Winter asked as she appeared beside Maou all of the sudden

*insert internal screaming here*

"whoa! What are you? Wait are you from Ente Isla?" Maou asked

"you know Ente Isla? Who are you exactly?" Winter asked again

*internal screaming intensifies*

" my name here is Maou Sadao but if you're from Ente Isla you'd know me as the demon king" Maou grinned

"and I'm also her boyfriend" Maou added while putting his arms around my shoulder

*explosion of internal screaming*

"............... WHAT?!!?!" Winter shrieked while looking dumbfounded before she glared at me

" care to explain?" she asked

"well.. Heheh.. Funny story here.. The thing is... Maou and Winter look at me weirdly.

" what? " they both asked in unison

" okay, so I get a little bit of the rambling about how the demon lord and his trusty assistant came here to earth and Emi and Lucifer tagging along not long after. But I still don't get why do you call him a nice person? He's a demon!" Winter said frantically

" Hey!! " maou protested

" he really is nice now, Winter! Just ask Emi. Even though she hates to admit it, she realize that this here demon has changed too "I said

" hmm... Fine. I trust you "Winter sighed

I sighed in relief. That came off smoother than I thought it would be

" but!! "Winter exclaimed before she looks at Maou sharply

" if you ever and I mean EVER hurt her, I will hunt you down, devil "she growled

" uhh... Okay? I'm not gonna hurt her, I swear! "he said while putting his hands up

" good! oh and by the way, the name is Winter. I'm a wolf prez. I'm Alice's best friend" Winter grinned

"nice to meet you" maou smiled

" now what are you doing here? "she asked

" my..... Mother is here, ugh "I groaned

" she's... WHAT?! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME??! " Winter panicked

" sorry "I mumbled

" she just found out that she's here today. I barely keep her from killing her mother "Maou said

" she is not my mother "I grumbled as I stomped into the living room

" why do you hate her so much? "Maou asked

" really, Maou?? She gave me poison when I was a kid, she left me with my dad without barely leaving us anything to have, AND she's the one who killed my dad because of her selfishness!! " I said angrily before slumping onto the sofa with my arms crossed

"SHE DID WHAT TO YOUR WHAT!?!?" Winter shrieked again

" I seriously need to fill you up on what has happened here" I sighed

" what does she want anyway? "Winter asked after Maou calmed her down

" yeah, you never told me the reason she came. Surely she mentioned her reason to you since you were so mad "Maou said

" I guess you didn't listen my shouting back then "I sighed

" n-no, sorry. I was just focused on calming you down " Maou said as he sat beside me and Winter plopped herself onto my head

" it's fine. The reason she's here is that she.... Wants me to go back to ente isla with her "I groaned

" WHAT?! " the both of them shrieked in unison before Winter lost her balance and fell from my head

" I don't want to though. This is my home now and she has no right to make me go back "I shrugged

" but.. Knowing your mother... She probably won't stop until you say yes " Winter said

" so what should we do now? " I asked
