I saw lucifer blew up the freeway nearby and cause people to panic. I found myself growling while Izzy is hiding behind Karuchi who seems to be quite tense. I feel my eyes got cold and soon enough I heard Izzy gasping.

"a-alice...your eyes....they're.... blue?" she asked

"looks like you're starting to get your true form back" Karuchi smiles

"yeah but not much... the temperature here isn't really suitable for me" I said

"I wish I could help but I don't have enough magic right now" she said again

"It's okay, I'll manage. But what on earth is lucifer doing he-... IS THAT MAOU?!" I asked shocked to see the demon king climbing the freeway ruins with Emi and Ashiya tailing him. He then chat with lucifer for a bit and soon, another figure appeared beside him. wait...th-that's

"OLBA?!" Karuchi shrieked when she saw the head priest from Ente Isla. Why is Olba working with lucifer???

I then heard a shot and then people began screaming and running away. I saw Ashiya laying on the ground. LUCIFER SHOT HIS OWN ALLY?? not only that but right now he's shooting at Maou and Emi! okay I get why he shoots at Emi but Maou?? his beloved demon lord?

maou and emi then ran away with ashiya being carried on maou's back. I asked Karuchi to stay here and guard Izzy while I ran to follow them. I managed to get some magic on the way there. I feel my back got heavier and saw I got my dragon wings. Nice! No more running in this much heat!!

I quickly flew after them and hide behind a store nearby when Lucifer shot maou's neck. I just don't get it. Why would lucifer, one of satan's general, shot his own demon lord??

I peeked again and saw a body floating behind lucifer. Hey, it's that high school girl from that cafe! What's lucifer planning to do with her?

I sharpened my hearings and heard lucifer said something about absorbing the girl's negative energy to attack them. Okay that's just plainly messed up.

When lucifer about to attack again with olba beside him holding up a gun, Maou and Emi quickly ran away again. I followed a bit far so I won't get noticed by lucifer and olba. I almost screamed in shock when olba shot maou's leg making him kneeled down, unable to walk anymore as he curses the weakness of human body.

Lucifer went in front of them with olba tailing him like a lost puppy and starts storing energy to shoot at them. But before lucifer and Olba could do anything, Maou teleported himself, ashiya, and Emi to..... Back to where it all started?? But why??

I hid myself when lucifer and olba flew above me before following them quietly. Emi shouted at Maou about getting back here where it's too crowded. Before I could do anything, lucifer shot maou's chest.

The scenery shocked me as I covered my mouth looking at all that blood flowing from Maou's now holed chest.

"looks like I don't need her anymore. Here, catch" lucifer said throwing the high school girl

"CHIHO!! "Emi shouts as she runs to catch the girl. She managed to catch her but both of her knees got hurt as she screamed loudly from the pain. I winced imagining the pain and look at lucifer. Rage filling up my head.

"OKAY THAT'S IT LUCIFER"I shouted getting everyone's attention

"A-alice! "Emi said a bit relieved

"well well if it isn't my old nemesis" lucifer smirked

" I don't know and don't care what are you doing here but you're ruining the place I live...the place where I finally find peace... I won't let you get away "I growled, my eyes grow sharp as my wolf ears appear and my hands turn into wolf paws

" oh are you now? But first I wanna play a game. You may choose, kill me..... Or save everyone? "he said evily as he snapped his fingers

I froze as I saw the freeway crumbled into pieces

"ALICE!!! "shout three persons, Emi, Izzy, and Karuchi

I growled before I flew down at full speed and landed beside emi. I used my magic to hold up the ruins to fall to the people here. Dammit this thing is heavy as hell!!

I winced as I got pushed back from the weight of the ruins I'm holding back. Emi covered Chiho's body as the ruins comes closer and closer to us. I closed my eyes trying my best to hold the ruins.

I then heard someone said something

"it really is... a B-rated movie.... It's....... so predictable"

Soon, the weight of the freeway was.... Gone?

I opened my eyes and look around. I saw Maou with his demon form.... Well without his costume, smirking at me and chuckled.

"I should thank you lucifer. Thanks to you I can finally return to this form"he grinned

"Maou satan!! "Emi shouted, shocked

" what?? How?? "me and lucifer asked in unision before we glared at each other

" SHUT UP!! "he shouts at me

" YOU SHUT UP YOU DEAD BIRD!! "I shout back

" WHAT DID YOU CALL ME??!! "He shouts again

" hey, do you guys want to know how I survived or not? "maou asked sweat dropping

" YES!! "me and lucifer said in unision again before glaring at each other... Again

Maou sighed " well, cool fact! Even though your heart stops beating, your brain can still function for a few minutes" he grinned

"wait... Isn't that really dangerous?? "Emi asked sweat dropping

"BY THE WAY, DID I MENTION THIS STUFF IS FREAKING HEAVY? MIND HELPING OUT HERE?? "He shouted

" I'M SERIOUS! HELP! PLEASE, JUST GIVE ME A HAND! I BEG OF YOU" he pleaded making me muffled my laughter

"yeah yeah be patient demon kid "I scoffed cleaning off dust from my shirt

" well I refuse "emi said surprising me and maou

"I am the hero. I may have fallen, but do you honestly think I'd help the demon lord? "emi asked getting up

Emi doesn't reply to us..." fine then I'll kill him myself. But this doesn't mean I trust you Maou!! "I growled as I make my ice sword appear before me

"Great!! Now I can finish off that emo bird" I smirked

" THAT'S BECAUSE YOUR BRAIN IS SMALLER THAN ANY BIRD"I shout back before I flew towards lucifer and swung my sword towards him

He dodges some of them and attacks me back with his purple beams. I deflected them with my sword and some of them hit maou's hand

"FYI I'M USING THESE YOU KNOW"he shouted

"SORRY! MY BAD!! " I shouted back before focusing back to my battle with lucifer. I don't know what happened but somehow lucifer managed to knock down my sword and cornered me.

"game over wolfie"he grinned

"I may be against the demon lord but Alice is still my friend! And I won't let you hurt her... again!! "Emi said after she knocked down lucifer with her sacred sword. Her hair is white and part of her armor is back. Looks like she got some of her magic back too.

I smiled as she gives me my sword back " thanks emi "

" no problem! Think you could keep up?"Emi asked

We then dashed into different directions. I fought emo bird while emi holds off olba.

Once again, I'm dodging lucifer's beams while attacking him with my sword.

" youch!! "I shrieked when lucifer's beam hit my wings making me fell to a lamppost. I shook my wings in pain. Damn it! No more nice girl!!

" ALICE!! LOOK OUT!!! "I heard Maou and Emi shouted

I looked up and saw lucifer above me getting ready to attack. In a blink of an eye, I'm suddenly somewhere else. I.... I'm saved? Who did it?

I felt a hand holding my wrist. I saw ashiya in his demon form beside me.

"it pains me to my black soul to align myself with the hero's friend. But my loyalty to milord is absolute. I cannot but turn against you.... Lucifer" he said

" Alciel!! " I said

" heh... Saw that coming "maou scoffed making me roll my eyes at him

"HEAVEN'S LIGHT : FLAMING SLASH!! "Emi shouted

" GUH!!! "Lucifer groaned as the flames hit his shoulder

" HOW COULD YOU EMILIA!? YOU'RE FIGHTING ALONGSIDE DEMONS?!
SUCH HERESY IS ABSOLUTE UNFORGIVABLE!!! "Olba shouted when he's cornered by alciel making my eyes twitched in annoyance

Olba then sweat dropped from all of our shoutings to him.

" Take this!!! "Olba said punching alciel which is totally useless by the way

" REMOVE YOUR HANDS FROM MY VESTMENTS PEASANT!! "Alciel shouted making me wanna laugh

" well this sure is one weird ass battle "maou said sweat dropping

" what? Didn't you saw this coming oh great demon lord? "I mocked

" my turn..... RAZOR BLADE HAIL OF ICE!! "I shouted as I swung my sword horizontally towards lucifer

Razor sharp ice attacked lucifer non stop like a hail. He came out full of scratches and wounds.... And covered by ice

I glanced at alciel who's pushing olba against a building wall with his force.

"Lu... LUCIFER"Olba pleaded

"You're on your own!! Can't you see I'm busy here too?! "Lucifer growled

" Man that was frickin' heavy! But not for satan! I had no trouble holding that up! And now I'm ready to save the day!! "Maou said proudly. I look at him and saw him already put down the freeway and is currently posing as if he's superman.

" says the one who pleaded help"I scoffed

"Hey come on gimme a break will ya" he sighed

"Now, I return to battle! I'll have to make this quick.... Or I'll be late for work "he said

" uh... "Emi said sweat dropping

" I promised Chi I'd teach her how to clean the ice cream machine today "he grinned cutely.... Wait.... What...... WAIT WHAT!!?

" Alright you two... "Maou growled, his eyes gleaming red

" HOW DARE YOU RELEGATE ME WITH SUCH MANUAL LABOR!? "maou shouted before he uses his power force to throw olba to a building so hard that the building's wall broke.

In a flash, maou appeared in front of lucifer who started stuttering and shivering. His scared face makes me wanna laugh to be honest. Maou then grabs lucifer's head and grins evily.

" m-m-my..... my lord" lucifer stutters

"you are not my subordinate "maou growled

" hey, alice, emilia! What should we do with this punk? "maou asked

" kill him. Make him suffer for what he has done in here and in ente isla"I stated blankly

" I'm with her "emi nods

" nice! I like it! ..... Also..."maou said before growling

"YOU WILL BE ENTIRELY AT FAULT SHOULD I BE LATE FOR WORK LUCIFER... CAN YOU EVER SUFFER ENOUGH TO COVER THE LOST OF ME LOSING MY PERFECT ATTENDANCE AWARD?!!! DO YOU PUNK?! "He shouted angrily making me, emi and alciel sweat dropped

"hu... H- Huh??? "lucifer asked confused

" In any case, I'll be taking your magic now " maou grins again

" and don't forget I'll expect full retribution "emi said

" eep "lucifer squeaked

" If you really were one of my trusted generals.... "Maou growled as he lifts up his other hand, getting ready to punch lucifer

Ohh this is gonna be wicked. Where's my popcorn and soda?

" So face your doom like a man" maou said before punching lucifer with his gigantic hand so hard that a beam of light filled the area.
