(a/n I never celebrate christmas since it's not in my religion but I'll do my best for this special chapter.

"thank you for coming, merry christmas!"

I breathed into the cold weather of winter. I just finished shopping for my christmas decoration. Seriously, I love christmas. Well... I love the weather more but I still love the holiday.

Well who wouldn't love it though? People being happy, children getting presents, singing christmas carols, decorating literally everything, etc.

"you need to hurry back home if you wanna finish decorating in time" Winter whispered from inside my bag.

"shoot! You're right!!" I grumbled under my breath when I look at the time. Maou and the others are gonna come later this evening and I nbhaven't even decorate my christmas tree.

I hurried back home and took off my coat, scarf, and beanie.

"alright Winter! Let's start decorating this tree!" I said as I open a box full of decorations from last year.

I hanged some ornaments at the tree while Winter decorate it with silver and red tinsels. After struggling with stuck light strings, we finally managed to finish decorating the tree and put the star on top of the tree.

It's still 4 p.m. and the others won't come until 7 so I still have plenty of times. I asked Winter to decorate the indoors while I decorate the outside of the house with lights and garlands. I put on a wreath on the door and secretly make the a couple of snomans with my magic. I put on a top hat and a red scarf on one while I put on a blue scarf and a christmas hat on the other snowman.

After feeling satisfied with my work, I went inside. Winter did a great job indoors. I got the lavender scented candles I just bought and put them at some tables and desks.

I went to the kitchen and started making batter for my christmas cookies. After cutting the mold and putting them into the oven, I move on and started making some dinner. I ended up making gingerbread cookies, sugar cookies, and chocolate chip cookies. For dinner I made mashed potatoes and roasted turkey with lemon and garlic. For dessert, I made cranberry pie and ice cream puddings. I also made marshmallow brownies with nutella topping that Izzy and Karuchi love so much. I made some hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream as well for the drinks.

Right after I finished setting up the table, the doorbell rang. I asked Winter to light up the candles while I ran towards the door.

"MERRY CHRISTMAS BESTIE" Izzy screamed as she tackled me with a hug

"it's still christmas eve, Izzy" I laughed as I hugged her back

"mmm... Is that gingerbread I smell?" Karuchi asked as she sniffed the air

"not just that.." I grinned

Karuchi and Izzy gasped in unison "YOU MADE IT DIDN'T YOU??" they asked in unison

"made what?" Suzuno asked as she went inside and hung her scarf

"MARSHMALLOW BROWNIEEEESSSS" Izzy screamed as she ran towards the room

"with nutella toppings" I added

"NUTELLA?!" karuchi gasped as she ran to the dining room as well

"IZZY SAVE SOME FOR ME" she screamed as she ran

"err... Are they gonna eat all of it?" Emi asked

"don't worry. I still have a batch in the oven" I grinned

"hi miss Alice. I love your decor" Chiho greeted as she looked around the house

"thanks. Winter is the one who decor the indoor" I said

"dang right I did" Winter scoffed as she appeared beside me. I rolled my eyes at her.

"well then. Why don't you guys get inside before the food gets cold. You could put the presents under the tree over there" I said, pointing to the christmas tree

"will do" Emi said as she led the girls inside

"ugh this is so lame" lucifer grumbled as he hung his cap

"oh really? THEN EAT SNOW" I growled as I grabbed some snow and tossed it to his face

"OW" He yelped as he fell

"WHY YOU-"

"come on, neet" Ashiya sighed as he dragged the purple haired inside as Maou just shook his head

"hi" he greeted before he kissed my cheek

"hi" I smiled as I closed the door

"come on. It's time for dinner" I said, walking towards the dining room only to get tugged back by Maou

"what?" I asked, tilting my head

He only smirked and pointed to his cheek. I rolled my eyes and kissed his cold cheek making him grin widely.

"happy?" I asked

"very, milady. Now, shall we?" he asked as he held out his hand

I giggled (yes. Giggled. Don't ask) and took his hand before we walk towards the dining room.

"w-woah" Maou gaped as he saw the food on the table

"you seriously made all this??" Emi asked

"she did. Spent hours in the kitchen" Winter said

"wow miss Alice. I know you're good at cooking but I never expect this" Chiho said in awe

"aw.. Thanks chiho" I grinned

"now, let's ea- IZZY! KARUCHI! STEP AWAY FROM THAT OVEN" I yelled

"NO" Izzy yelled back

"SAVE SOME FOR THE OTHERS DANGIT" I yelled as I stand in front of the oven, arms spread out

"aww" both of them sighed

"just... Eat dinner first. I made roasted turkey and mashed potatoes with extra gravy" I said, trying to seduce them to eat other food instead

"did you say gravy?"

"did you say turkey?"

"yes and yes" I smirked

"YO! THANOS! STEP ASIDE! I'M GETTING THOSE FOOD FIRST" Izzy yelled

"the heck did you call me?" Lucifer sweat dropped

I laughed and went to the table and sat between Maou and Izzy.

"your cooking just keep getting better and better" Izzy hummed

" if heaven has food, I'm sure it will taste like this" Maou said

" Can you cook for me sometime? This tastes better than the one Rika gave me" Emi said

"stop praising her and just eat already, ugh" Lucifer grumbled

" jelly much?" I snickered

"n-no"

"yeah right" Ashiya scoffed

"your face says otherwise" Suzuno said

"I hate all of you" lucifer sighed as he shoved another spoonful into his mouth

After dessert, we gathered near the christmas tree. We just chat there while we drink our hot chocolate.

"this is boring. Let's play a game!" Winter whined

"what game?" suzuno asked

"what about monopoly?" karuchi suggested

"lame..." Izzy scoffed

"ouija?"

"this is christmas not halloween, neet"

"just saying" lucifer shrugged

"truth or dare?" Chiho suggested

"now THAT'S a game" Izzy grinned

"let's use this pencil to decide who will go first" Winter said as she brought a pencil she found nearby

She put it in the middle as we sat in a circle. I hugged a pillow as Winter spun the pencil. The pencil stopped as it pointed towards..... Izzy

"wait WHAT" Izzy yelped

"truth or dare, Izzy?" Winter smirked

"umm.... Truth" Izzy said

"hmph. Wimp-OW WHAT THE"

"dead bird isn't supposed to talk" I said after I threw my pillow on lucifer's face

"okay.. What's the most humiliating thing you've ever done?" Winter asked

"umm...... Oh! There's actually this one time... Alice, if you laugh at this, I swear..." Izzy trailed

"I don't even know what you're gonna say" I sweat dropped

"there's this one time.... I woke up late and hurried towards the cafe. When I reached the cafe everybody was staring at me funny. Five seconds later, Alice was laughing her head off on the stage-"

"pfft..."I snorted as I remember the "incident"

Everyone turned their attention towards me while Izzy glared at me.

"oh, sorry, please- pfft... Continue - pfft" I said, holding back my laughter

"well, while Alice laughed, all of the cafe hold their laughter while looking at me funny. One of my worker tried to tell me what's going on but I didn't understand what she was saying. So I looked down at what she's pointing at and.... I realized I'm still wearing my 'my little pony' pajamas and my pink bunny slippers "Izzy continued, mumbling the last part

It was then I exploded into a fit of laughter before the others joined me. Heck even Karuchi was rolling on the floor while clutching her stomach.

" ALRIGHT IT'S MY TURN NOW "Izzy yelled in embarrassment as she spun the pencil. The pencil slowed down before it stopped and pointed at..... Suzuno

" truth or dare? "Izzy asked

" dare " Suzuno said casually

" hmm.. I dare you to...... DO A CHICKEN DANCE!! "Izzy said excitedly

" oh poor child "Karuchi sighed

" what's a chicken dance? "Suzuno blinked

" here "I said before I opened youtube and played the chicken dance video while showing it to a shocked Suzuno

" THERE IS NO WAY I'M DOING THIS SUCH THING "Suzuno yelled with a red face

" oh but you have to. It's the rule of the game "Izzy grinned evily

" I hate this game "Suzuno sighed before she stood up and did the chicken dance as I played the song. Izzy laughed so hard that she fell on the floor.

We kept on playing the game. After Suzuno, the pencil pointed at Emi and of course the hero chose dare. Suzuno dared her to imitate a gorilla. I've never seen Maou laughed so hard at something before. The game continues on. The funniest part is when Chiho dared Lucifer to wear a lipstick for one hour straight. I would never delete the picture I took. IT WAS HILARIOUS.

I was dared to wear a pink high heel by Karuchi and I NEVER FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE BEFORE. If you don't know this yet, I HATE pink and I don't stand high heels. Maou was forced to tell the color of his current underwear by Chiho (who was suggested by Izzy of course). And for all of you who wondered what it is, the answer is pink with white hearts. Ashiya bought it since it was cheap.

Ashiya almost ran away when he was dared to smell everyone's armpit. Karuchi was dared to flirt with a random number (which turns out the dude who she texted asked her to meet up with him and she had to block him since he kept on calling her). Chiho chose truth and was told to choose which one to eat between a chocolate that tastes like poop or a poop tastes like chocolate (she chose the second choice). We spun the bottle again and again until it landed on me.

"truth or dare?" Izzy smirked as it's finally her turn to ask me

"dare" I grinned

"I dare you to... SPEND 7 MINUTES IN HEAVEN WITH MAOU" She grinned evily

"WH-WHAT" I blushed furiously

"what's seven minutes in heaven?" Maou asked

"well..... You have to spend exactly seven minutes locked up in a wardrobe with a person" Chiho explained

"BUT A WARDROBE HAS ONLY A SMALL SPACE" Maou blushed

"EXACTLY! now go on! Shoo!!" Izzy grinned evilly as she shoved me and maou into an old wardrobe that's used to keep old coats. The problem is the wardrobe is so small that me and Maou had to stand so close that our there was almost no gap between us.

"your seven minutes has started! Enjoy you two lovebirds!" Izzy hummed as she locked the wardrobe

"that little-" I grumbled

"sorry about this, Maou. You know how she could get" I sighed

"th-that's f-fine" Maou said, his body stiffening

"is the demon lord nervous?" I snickered

Well, to be honest, I'm nervous too.

"n-no! Of course not" Maou scoffed. The red tint haven't left his face

"oh really?" I smirked

"mhm! Want me to prove it?" Maou smirked back

"how the heck can you prove it?" I asked, confused

"this" Maou said before he crashed his lips against mine

I froze as my mind began to process what's happening. HE'S KISSING ME. HE'S REALLY KISSING ME. I mean, I know he kissed me before when we played the pocky game but still.. I'm in shock

Maou parted his lips from me and smirked.

"now look who's frozen" he grinned

"wh-WHAT THE-"

Before I could say anything else, Maou connects his lips with mine again. I blinked before I decided to blend into the kiss. My lips move in sync with his as I close my eyes and wrap my hand around his neck and he wrap his around my waist.

" YOUR SEVEN MINUTES IS OVER LOVIES" Izzy's voice boomed as we heard the wardrobe getting unlocked. We immediately broke our kiss and look away with red faces

"dang the door won't open" Izzy grumbled

"WHAT" me and Maou shrieked

"the lock is too rusty!!" Izzy said as she tried to force the doors to open but fails miserably

"stand back!" I said to Izzy

"what are you gonna do?" Maou asked

"just watch" I said while I placed my hand on the doors. Ice appeared from beneath my fingers and trailed down around the door and finally freeze the lock outside.

"EMI!! BREAK THE LOCK NOW!!" I yelled

"GOT IT!!" Emi yelled back

We heard something something crashed on the floor before the wardrobe doors opened. Me and Maou walk outside to see Emi holding her sword.

"I think we better end the game here" Karuchi said

"good idea" I said

Not long after, we heard a loud bell rang outside.

"it's christmas... IT'S CHRISTMAS!! WHOOOOOO" Izzy yelled as she ran around the room

"Merry christmad guys" I grinned

"merry christmas Alice" Emi smiled as she hugged me

"merry christma- IZZY WATCH OUT FOR THAT VASE!! " Karuchi yelled

*CRASH*

"too late" Lucifer said

"Oww" Izzy groaned

Karuchi rushed towards the idiot and everyone followed close behind. After treating Izzy's wound and cleaning the broken vase, we gathered around the tree, it's time to open our present.

"how will we do this?" Emi asked

"hmm... I have an idea" I grinned before I ran upstairs, grabbed some papers and some markers and went downstairs again.

"each of you draw something here and put it inside this jar. You'll get the present from whoever draw the paper you chose. Do you get it?" I asked

Everyone nodded before they all grabbed a paper and a marker and start drawing.

"alright. Roll your paper and put them inside" I said, holding up a jar with my rolled up paper in it

After everybody put in their paper inside, I shook the jar and open it. "alright now each of you grab a paper" I said

"now open them and tell us what you got" I said

"I got a sword" Izzy said

"that's mine!" Emi said

"that means Izzy get Emi's present!" I grinned

"I got a flower" lucifer said

"that's mine" Suzuno said

"I got a cup of coffee!" Chiho beamed

"eh, it's actually hot chocolate but close enough" Izzy shrugged

"is this a... Fan?" Ashiya asked

"that's probably mine" Karuchi said

"I got a cape" Suzuno announced

"that's yours isn't it?" Lucifer asked to Ashiya who nodded

"better expect something cheap, Suzuno" Emi snickered

"HEY"

"hey! I got a wolf!" I said

"wait wouldn't that be yours?" Emi asked

"nope! That's mine" Winter grinned

"then this snowflake must be yours" Maou said as he showed me his paper that has a drawing of a snowflake

I nodded at him "yep that's mine"

"this is yours, isn't it?" Izzy sweat dropped as she showed her paper to Maou. It's Mgronald's logo

"who else" Lucifer scoffed

"what about this christmas tree?" Winter asked

"oh that's mine! I couldn't think of anything else to draw" chiho said while scratching the back of her head

"this computer..... Oh noooo I'll get a present from a neet!" Emi whined

"hEy"

"now let's open our present!!" Izzy said as she grab a nearby gift box

"this one is from.... Ashiya! Ohh this one is big!" Izzy said before she hands out the gift to Suzuno

"open it, miss Suzuno!" Chiho said

It didn't take long for suzuno to unwrap the present. As soon as the wrapper is opened, the item was revealed to be a.....

" toilet papers?" Suzuno asked as she held out the pack of toilet papers

"IT WAS ON DISCOUNT" Ashiya said in defense

"told you it's gonna be cheap" emi sighed

"I AM OFFENDED" Ashiya growled

"whatever. Here Emi. This is yours" Izzy said as she gave emi a very VERY small present

"what the heck is inside here, neet? Even my hand is bigger than this" Emi scoffed as she unwrap the gift

"is that a..." Karuchi blinked

"lollipop? Seriously?" Emi sweat dropped

"what do you expect from someone who can't even leave the house?" Lucifer scoffed as he crossed his hand

"Hey! This is from you, Chiho!!" Winter grinned as she dragged a gift out of the pile. She quickly unwrap the present excitedly. This is her first time getting a gift.

"OOOOOOHHHH.... SHINYYYYY" Winter said as she stared at the red lava lamp in awe

"do you like it?" Chiho asked

"I LOVE IT! IT'S SO SHINYYY" Winter said as she flew around the lamp excitedly

"thanks, chiho" I said as I pat her shoulder

"no problem" she grinned

"what's this? From... Ka-ru-chu? Who's that?" Lucifer askwd as he held out an orange colored gift box

"IT'S KARUCHI, IDIOT" Karuchi growled as she smacked lucifer's head

"here Ashiya" Karuchi said, handing the gift to the blonde

"thank you" Ashiya said

"what is this? A book?" Ashiya asked as he held out a novel

"it's a novel. The fault in our stars. I'll give you money if you manage to finish the novel without letting a single tear fall" Karuchi grinned

"m-money?? I shall do my best!" Ashiya said excitedly as he open the novel

"you know well he's gonna fail, don't you?" I whispered to Karuchi

"pfft... Obviously" Karuchi scoffed

"HEYY THIS ONE IS FROM MEEE" Izzy said as she held out a huge gift with pride

"here, Chiho! Catch!" she said as she tossed the humongous gift to chiho

"WAH"

"Chiho!!"

Chiho got knocked down easily with the life-sized gift. Me and Maou immediately help her out since we're the closest one to her.

"what's even in this thing?" I asked

"just open it" Izzy grinned

It took five person to open the gift and it revealed a life-sized teddybear with a red bow on its neck

"I-It's sooooo cuuuteeee" Chiho squealed as she hugged the doll

"thank you so much!" Chiho said to Izzy who just chuckled in amusement

"which one is yours?" Maou asked

"hmm... Here" I said as I took a blue colored gift box before I gave it to Maou's waiting arm

"MAOU WHAT THE HELL IS THIS" Izzy screamed before Maou could even open the gift box

"what??" Maou asked

"a cap with a Mgronald's logo? REALLY?" Izzy growled

"err..... I couldn't think of anything else to give" Maou said nervously as he scoot over behind me

"hide me" he whispered

"it's a good thing I didn't get a gift from him" Emi said

"is this a blanket?" lucifer asked as he held out a  wide green blanket from a gift box

"be grateful you cursed barney" Karuchi growled

"hmph. Thanks, I guess" Lucifer scoffed

"YOU GUESS??" Karuchi enraged

"Karuchi please understand the poor idiot. He never even say thank you in his entire life" Suzuno said

"fine" Karuchi grumbled as she hugged the small red pillow with a yellow sun pattern she got from Emi's gift

"woah! Did you made this?" Maou asked

"huh?"

I look back and see him holding up a red sweater with blue wolf paw print I hand-knitted for these past two months.

"yeah" I nodded

Maou immediately wear the sweater over his shirt and stare at the pattern in awe.

"I love it! You're the best!" he grinned as he hugged me and kissed my cheek

"ugh! Get a room!!" Lucifer groaned

"Alice! Alice! You haven't opened your present!!" Winter called out as she dragged a really small gift box and hand it to me.

"what is it?" Maou asked from my shoulder, his arms still around my waist

"a.. Pendant" I said softly

"I made it myself! Do you like it? I'm relieved you're the one who got it instead of Ashiya since he'll probably sell it" Winter scoffed

"you're not wrong" Ashiya shrugged

"thanks Winter. I love it" I smiled

"LET'S ENJOY CHRISTMAS WHILE IT LASTS!!" Izzy shouted

All of them went to the dining room to eat some cookies and drink some hot chocolate. I got up and went outside. The cold breeze of christmas night greeted me as soon as I open the door. I leaned on the porch and look at the stars on the night sky.

"hey, you okay?" Maou asked as he appeared at the door with two glasses of hot chocolate in his hands

"nothing" I smiled at him

He frowned and put the hot chocolates on the table nearby.

"come on. Spill the truth" He demanded

"whaaat? What truth? I don't know what you're talking about" I said nervously

Smooth. Real smooth.

Maou raised his eyebrow and crossed his arms.

I sighed deeply, "fine.. You got me"

I leaned to the porch again and stare at the stars.

"I just miss my dad. That's all" I sighed as Maou stood beside me

"it's my first christmas without him and to be honest, it felt different and strange. It's usually just the two of us under the christmas tree. Well, sometime Izzy and Karuchi came over but not often. We used to bake cookies together for christmas and eat them together. It was a fun memory "I said, staring at the snow that's starting to fall.

I sighed as I remember the past Christmases I spent with my dad. I wonder how he's doing up there? Is he alright? Does he miss me? Does he remember me?

I flinched in shock whem I felt a hand trailed down my hair. I look at Maou who's smiling down at me. He hugged me tightly and breathed in my hair. His cold breath making me shiver.

"your dad won't want you to be sad thinking about him in christmas. And so do I. I miss your wide grin and beautiful smile. Your dad may no longer be with you, but I'm here and so is your friends. And I promise you I will never leave you" Maou said, still hugging me tightly.

I hugged him back and burry my face on his neck. It's nice to know that you're not alone on christmas.

"GET A ROOM!" Lucifer yelled

"we look towards the door to see Izzy smacking lucifer's head with a book

" DON'T RUIN MY SHIP "She yelled

" Hey Alice! "Winter called

I look around and see her on top of me and Maou holding somehing in her hands.

" what is that? "Maou whispered

" I don't know "I whispered back

" the rule of christmas says that you have to kiss under a mistletoe!! "Winter grinned

Wait... Is she holding what I think she's holding?

" don't tell me-"

" YEP! I'M HOLDING A MISTLETOE, BABY! "Winter laughed

" WINTER!! "I yelled as I flushed red, maou stood there with his face also steaming red

" KISS ALREADY!! "Izzy yelled

" Shut up, Izzy! "Karuchi scolded

" What?? They're my top ship!! "Izzy whined

" come on! Let's give them some privacy "Emi smirked as she pushed everyone but Winter back inside. Little did I know she and the others are peeking at us at a window.

" what do you say? "Maou asked, his face still red

" I don't know, what do you think, demon lord? "I smirked

" I'm thinking about this "Maou smirked back before he leaned down his face towards mine. It didn't take long before we connected our lips together. Our lips move in sync, my hands find its way to Maou's neck as his wrap around my waist.

" YEAH!!!! I LOVE MY SHIP!!! "Izzy's voice boomed

" IZZY!!! "the others shouted in frustration

Maou departed his lips from mine, resting his forehead against mine.

" merry christmas, Maou" I grinned

"Merry christmas, my love" he breathed before we connected our lips once again

This maybe the first christmas without my dad, but it's still a chrismas worth to remember.
