I sweat dropped as soon as Maou opened his aparrment door. All I can see is boxes and more boxes, scattered and stacked across the small room.

"uh.... I can explain "Maou said scratching his head

" I'm listening "

" you remembered the land lady here, Mikity? She sent all of these here and told me to sell them at the summer bazaar. I haven't opened them yet though. I'm too busy with work, ashiya is getting worse than ever and urushihara is too lazy" he explained

"I HEARD THAT "lucifer yelled from the other side of the box

" Good afternoo......n........."chiho trailed and sweat dropped as soon as she saw those boxes too

"hi, chiho! "I greeted

"ah, chi! We've been waiting for you "maou said with his face relieved

" chi said that she would help us with these "maou explained to me

" ah.. I see... But how do we go past these boxes and get inside? "I asked confused

" oh, right. Here, follow me. You too, chi"Maou said before grabbing my hand and led me towards a small gap between the boxes

" err... I don't know... You go first. I'll be right behind you" chi said. Her tone is a bit weird but maybe it's just my ears playing tricks on me again

"oh, okay then "I said casually and began to fit myself through the gap

" Then don't eat too much "lucifer said as I hear him snickering

As I got closer to the exit, I felt myself got pushed from behind. With a shriek, I felt myself fall through the exit but luckily, maou caught me and held me close.

" whoa there. You okay? "maou asked with a concerned look plastered on his face

" y-yeah I'm fine. Thanks "I said, blushing lightly

" I'm so sorry ms. Alice! I tripped between the boxes there "Chiho said, still stuck between the box. Somehow her voice sounds like she's kind of.... Mad? Or upset about something.... I need to check my ears soon I'm beginning to hear things

" oh, that's okay, chiho " I smiled

My face flushed pink when I felt Maou gave me a peck on my cheek

" I'm gonna help chiho, okay? "he smiled mischievously and ruffled my hair, making it a bit messy

" you sly fox "I grumble making his mischievous smile became a grin

I sighed and opened a box nearby. It's filled with knick knacks from Hawaii.

" wow there sure are a lot of them " I mumbled picking up a flower shaped keychain

" apologize miss sasuki and alice. I'm afraid we have to bother you two because of me "Ashiya said crawling from behind a stack of boxes near me

" I'm still rather ill "he trailed. His knee then accidentally hit the stack of boxes making them fall onto him

I quickly pull out my phone from my pocket and examined my phone case. I saw the wolf sticker has a small light blinking in it. I rip it out and took out the tracking device before I threw it on lucifer.

" you better give me another sticker for this "I growled

" yeah yeah whatever "he scoffs

" what on earth is wrong with her anyway? "Maou sighed before stomping his way to the door

" we're busy wacko!! "Maou complained as he opens the door to.... Nothing

I joined him at the door and saw emi standing in front of Suzuno's room.

" huh? "emi asked confused

" oh.... You're at that door "maou trailes off

Soon enough I found myself inside suzuno's room with Maou, Emi, Chiho, Suzuno and lucifer

" why should I have to help you out with this weird sale? It's not like I live here. I only come to check on Suzuno "Emi said with her arms crossed

" speaking of weird, emi. I don't understand why you feel I need to be checked on "Suzuno said

" I'm gonna go back to our place. I'm a hermit remember? I have a strict rule - "lucifer trailed before maou dragged him back

Without further ado, we then began to look at the stuffs inside those boxes. There's some tiki masks, keychains, dolls, figures, t-shirts, hats, etc

"I don't think our landlady could freak me out more than she already has. But what's she doing with a bikini top like this? "lucifer asked staring at a huge sized bikini top that he wears.

" well, I actually think this one is kinda cute "Chiho complimented whole trying out a red and yellow bikini top

" yeah it kind of is. Maybe I should buy it "emi said

" if that'll fi- GUH!! "

" SHUT IT HERMIT" emi shouted throwing a doll on lucifer's face making him fell. I had to hold my laugh there

"wh-whoah.... T-there's food too! "maou said after he opened a box.

" pineapples, macadamian chocolates, - " chiho trailes off

" DID YOU SAY CHOCOLATE?? "I shrieked

" you're still a huge fan of chocolate, huh? "emi giggled

" I will never stop, emi. There's no such thing as ex-chocolate fan"I said

"oh, and there's juice! "chiho said again

Lucifer picked up a card from the box that contains the bottles of juices.

" this notes says that she wants us all to eat the food together. Ugh, lame"lucifer said

" what's go-wa-ba juice? "suzuno asked

" I don't know "I said looking at the bottle

" why don't we try it? "maou suggested

" I'll go get cups "Chiho said, getting up

" you know where they are, right? "maou asked

" I think so "

" alright, I'll open the bottle now "Maou said taking one of the bottles and tried to pull out the cork... Which has not much success

" I don't think that's how we open it "Suzuno said

" watch your eyes everyone. That cork is about to fly "Emi said before I heard a 'pop' and Maou's distressed voice

I look over and saw suzuno is covered with the juice.

" oops.... Err "maou trailed

" what is your problem?? Here this will help some "emi said giving suzuno a handkerchief

" huh? "suzuno said a bit surprised as she looks at emi

" what's wrong? "emi asked

Suzuno then looks like she had a short flashback before she snaps out of it and her mind became focused again.

" oh! Um.. It's uh.. Nothing" Suzuno said before taking emi's handkerchief

I then heard glass sounds and saw chiho came in.

" I can only find five mr maou "chiho said

" well, none for urushihara then "Maou said casually

" you'll be drinking with the same cup with me "maou smiled making me flustered

" dude, why do I get none?! If you shared the cup with her then there's exactly five of us!! "lucifer protested

" you, me, alice, emi, suzuno, chi, and ashiya is not dead yet "maou said

" how about you stick with water? "emi said

"GAH! WHAT THE CRAP?! WHY ARE YOU GUYS KEEP TREATING ME LIKE A KID... blah blah blah " lucifer kept on complaining loudly while Maou poured the juice into all of the cups

He then put the tray full of cups to the middle and took one cup before drinking it. He then pour some juice in the cup he used and hand it to me.

" here. It tastes good. You should try it" Maou said

"oh.. Right thanks "I said before taking a sip while trying to ignore the fact that by drinking with the same cup, me and maou accidentally kissed.

" you're right it's delicious "I said licking my lips after I finished drinking

" see? Told you so "Maou grined

" it does tastes quite well " suzuno complimented

" hey let's try this pineapple! "chiho said

" nah... Here alice try this. You said you like chocolate right? "maou smiled as he gives me a piece of chocolate

I reached out to take the chocolate but he held my hand back.

" who said about you eating it with your hand? Here open your mouth "maou grinned mischievously

" but maou I-" I was cut off with him tossing the chocolate into my mouth

"hey it tastes way greater than I thought it would be "I said tasting thd heavenly good chocolate

" nah.. It tastes good cause I'm the one who feed it to you "maou said sticking his tounge

" oh please, if anything the chocolate would become sour "emi scoffs muching some of the chocolate making me laugh a bit

" why are you so mean to me? "maou pouts

" says the devil "emi scoffs again making maou pouts more before he leans to me with a puppy face

" aliiceee.... Emi is being mean to meeee "he said trying to sound cute

" yeah right, don't bother him alice "emi said while rolling her eyes

" you can't tell her what to do she's not your girlfriend she's mine "maou said hugging my face when I was about to put a piece of chocolate into my mouth

" I'm trying to eat you know "I said, sweat dropping

" you can't eat unless you let me feed you" maou grins

I cut lucifer off by throwing a tiki mask to his stomach.

" shut up neet "I scoffed

" ow.... "lucifer groans

" hmph.. Wimp "emi smirked

" sh-shut uppp "lucifer whimpered

We then all laugh...beside suzuno who just smiled lightly. Seriously is this girl has no sense of humor or anything?

I then saw chiho didn't laugh as well. Heck she didn't even smile one bit. She looks sour and her face is red while she munched on a can of pineapple.

" hey, chiho what's wrong? "I asked

" nothing..."she said growling lightly making the rest of us exchange a confused face before we continued to eat again

*time skip *

" thanks. You're all a massive help today "maou said after he puts the last thing at the bazaar stand

" oh no worries it was fun! Feels like the day before my school's culture fest" chiho smiled

"yeah it seems the prep for stuff like this always got people more excited than the actual event, you know? "Emi said

I then noticed Suzuno stared off to the distance. What's with her today?

" something wrong? "I asked suzuno who got surprised a bit

" not at all. I was just thinking. It's been years since I have the time to enjoy proper festival" suzuno said

"well in that case we have to hang out and enjoy it! We'll do the prep first, and then go check out the rest "chiho said clapping her hands

" that's a great idea.. But I better head back home. My dad will be worried. What about you maou? " I asked

" I'd love to go but I better head out. I work tonight so I gotta get ready. See you "maou said before kissing my cheek and walk away

" I can't imagine the devil has a soft side on you "emi smirked making me blush

" sh-shut up!! " I scoff and turn my head away

I then saw suzuno staring at something sharply.

" suzuno? Are you sure you're okay? "I asked with a worried tone

" huh? Oh.. Yes... I'm fine "suzuno nods

" well I better go. Bye! "I said walking off

" go where? To Mgronald's to flirt with mr maou again? "chiho suddenly said

" huh? What do you mean? Of course I'm heading home. I already told you.... And I don't do flirt, he does "I said

" yeah right! "chiho scoffed

" chiho... Is something wrong? "emi asked

"good chiho... You seem tense. Is everything alright? "suzuno asked

" did I do something wrong? "I asked

" DO YOU HAVE TO ASK?? YOU STOLE MR MAOU AWAY FROM ME AND YOU GUYS ACT LIKE COUPLE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME LIKE I'M NOT EVEN THERE "Chiho shouted making me jump in surprise of the sudden outburst

" wh-what... "I said still in shock

" chiho!! "emi scolds making chiho seems to snap out

" I... Uh.... I'm.... "chiho stutters

" it's okay. I get it and I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings. I'll talk to maou about this. I'm sorry you feel this way chiho "I said. To be honest I know that she's jealous and all but I never mean any harm

" I'm sorry too. I should be happy if mr maou gets someone as great as you as his partner "chiho said, looking sad

" thanks for the compliment but I really am not that great "I smiled sheepishly

" but you are! You're ready to help anyone in need without thinking twice! You're strong! You're independent! You're calm and you're funny too! It's actually no wonder mr maou fell for you "chiho smiled

" wow.. Um... Thanks chiho.. I never knew I'm all that. You're great too you know. You're the most hardworking person I've ever met. I'm sure you'll find someone perfect for you "I smiled

I look at the time at my phone and my eyes almost fell.

" shoot it's already this late? Sorry guys I really better get going. See you! "I waved before running away

I got into a bus and sat down at an empty chair. I huffed and looked outside the window. The moon sure is big and shiny tonight. It's kind of beautiful yet so mysterious.

A few minutes passed and I feel like I can faIl asleep any second now. That is until I almost bumped my forehead into the chair in front of me when the bus suddenly hit the breaks.

"what happened? I asked as I got up

"look there! In front of the bus! "a guy whispered to me. I walked to behind the driver's seat and saw suzuno in front of the bus. She looks creepy for some reason. As if she just got betrayed or something

What the hell is wrong with her?
