Respect (IMPORTANT MUST READ)
Hey guys, I just wanted to take this time to express a deep concern I have.
I'm kind of disappointed in the SasuSakuComm right now.
You guys know the SasuSakuCorps , right? Or what used to be of it.
Well, someone from our own community went onto their conversations board and left a long and awful message for them, including swear words and calling them a "copycat failure".
GUYS.
When we entrusted you with the password to the SasuSakuComm, I make sure to specify that everyone shows each other respect. NOT just in the SasuSakuComm, but on Wattpad as a whole.
Now, the SasuSakuCorps is the Shippuden Corps, which, I think, is SO neat and totally awesome, but guys.
The whole reason for them switching is because of that awful message. Now I feel awful that we weren't respectful enough and forced them to change their community.
Guys.
We inspired them to create the SasuSakuCorps. Can you imagine how crushed they must be now after we completely told them off and destroyed their dreams with a single comment? It may be deleted, but people have read that message now, and it's changed their plans and their hopes to be just like us (not in a whole copyright-ish way), but I loved the SasuSakuCorps.
This is a message for the WHOLE SasuSakuComm.
I hope we learn from this experience to
1) Read your comments before posting them, especially since you're representing the SasuSakuComm as a whole, not just yourself
2) Be careful what you post. You don't know what your words could do to someone, physically, mentally, or emotionally
3) RESPECT. EVERYONE. Even your enemies.
This is serious, guys. I feel awful that we kind of just took a fellow SasuSaku community and put them down the way that person from our very own SasuSakuComm did.
I told them that rather than pushing them away or shoving them down, we should strive to help them become more original instead of crushing their hopes because that's who we should strive to be.
I'm still upset about this and I had to apologize to the SasuSakuCorps multiple times, but nothing can change how they see us now.
PLEASE promise me something like this never happens again, okay? I love you all, and I don't wanna have this lecture again. So please promise me that this OneShot squad doesn't do anything like that, okay?
