I will explain it better in another chapter, but what proof do you have that Sasuke himself tried to kill Sakura? How do you know that it wasnt Orochimaru who controlled him?

Try this...Be respectful to your mother for one day. Be obedient to her. If she scolds you, do not talk back. First listen what she has to say, then speak calmly. Tell her that you love her. Make sure she takes care of herself. Help her relax.

See, if Sakura's parents died, she became strong, and fell in darkness, both her and Sasuke would suffer.
Since, Sasuke was in darkness, and Sakura was tge light, it wouldnt really help if she accompanied him in the darkness.
