But anti's or extremist seem to go as far to say "she chased after him while she was pregnant"

What kind of anti headcanon is that?

People should use their heads before they make up some dumb excuse to show how Sakura is a bad wife and mother.

Sasuke "promised" Sakura that she would be able to go on his next trip, and it was probably that one.

Also, I'm pretty sure Sasuke would never leave Sakura's side if she was pregnant with his baby. News spreads quick and if people learn that Sakura Uchiha was pregnant with Sasuke Uchiha's child there would be enemies that hate Sasuke coming from each corner to hurt her and the baby.
