🌸The Trip Part 2🌸

In the back seat of Temari's car, two girls were trying to sleep despite the fact that it was still late afternoon and they were on their roadtrip. Everything was too boring since they started off this morning and Ino had lost all her excitement.

Sakura was bored because she was driving and couldn't afford to sleep at all. Temari was beside her with one earphone on her ear and the other dangling off her neck while dozing off.

But the girls soon woke up and they were still bored. Yawning and stretching, they came to reality where Sakura was driving.

"Oh yeah. I forgot. I made a dos ans don'ts list for the trip." Temari pulled out a piece of paper from her leather sling bag.

"Oh. Can I take a look at that?" Hinata asked with a queerly curious tone.

A neon green paper was passed to the pearly-eyed girl who started reading it. Ino, on the other hand, scoffed unbelievably at the fact that this girl had bothered to make a dos and don'ts list and leaned over to look at it. One of the rules caught her attention and she instantly started laughing. Hinata controlled her laughter and read the funniest rule she saw.

"Number three... No farting in my car." She giggled a little before continuing. "I think I've already broke that one." Into laughed even more louder at the confession while Temari made a frustrated noise.

"Impossible as fuck." Hinata stated and Ino repeated.

Night came too quickly and the girls started feeling hungry.

"Guys, rats have invaded my stomach instead of those romantic butterflies." Ino was the first one to declare her hunger.

"Me too man." Hinata agreed.

"I've kept some sandwiches in the ice-box at the back." Temari stated curtly.

"The ones wrapped in the foil?" Ino asked.

"Yeah."

"Did you prepare those?"

"No, I ordered them from the bakery this morning."

"Then it's fine. Actually I took them out cause there wasn't much space for the booze." Ino explained.

"Man, only you can do this." Sakura exclaimed with a silly smile. Temari became grumpy once again and let out a grunt.

"Man, it's my stomach that's growling. Why are you being so sentimental, madam?" Ino was starting to get really annoyed at Temari.

"Where will we get food now? There are no restaurants here." The other blonde retorted.

"Well there are a couple of restaurants ten kilometres away from here." Hinata spoke as she used the GPS to search food joints.

"Garden. 3 stars." Hinata began.

"Minimum four stars." Temari huffed.

"Pure vegetarian. No thank you." Ino began scrolling down. "Oh guys. There's a Red Chillies restaurant. Four and a half stars and... really good reviews."

"Red Chillies it is." Sakura announced.

Another eleven kilometres later, the girls arrived at a surprisingly decent-looking restaurant and rushed towards it as soon as the car had been parked. They quickly found a table and Hinata began the topic of discussion.

"So spill the beans Sakura. Your hot fiancé Sasuke, right? Hinata looked at her teasingly.

"Ohhh!" Ino giggled.

"Does he..." Hinata had a perverted look on her face. A kind of look which would've been impossible to imagine on her if someone had met her for the first time.

"Oh yeah!"

"Way better than...."

"Yeah!" Sakura enthusiastically replied.

Ino's call ringtone caught their attention and she excused herself to speak to someone. When she returned and was inquired about the call, she replied.

"The TV anchor job is almost confirmed."

"Why almost?"

"This is between me and this booby slutty woman who always wears a top which has a neckline extending till her stomach. Everyone knows my hair is better than her cleavage."

"You'll get it man." Sakura assured.

"Ma'am, which one do you want?" A waiter came and asked. There was no menu on his hand and the girls were confused.

"Anything." Sakura confusedly replied.

A few seconds later, a curtain in front of them opened to reveal girls standing near poles with very tight clothes. Music which sounded strangely erotic started playing in the background and the girls had unfortunately realized how the Red Chillies restaurant had good reviews and didn't waste another moment to flee before paying the bill.

Back in the car, they laughed and laughed.

"Oh my god! I can't believe where we ended up." Ino said between her laughs.

"Where have you booked us for the night, Ino?" Sakura inquired. The night was becoming darker and the girls were tired.

"Wait, I've booked us at the finest hotel I could find in this area." Ino took out her phone and started tapping on it to search the hotel.

While looking at the message from the hotel which confirmed the booking, Ino realized her mistake. Temari had immediately noticed it and asked her what happened.

"I did book us at Hotel Eden. But I don't know, some autocorrect error shit happened and it booked us at Oiur, Kiri instead of Riur, Suna." Ino nervously spoke.

"What's this? She's so careless, I'm fed up of her already." Temari yelled.

"Temari, calm down." Sakura tried to calm her current best friend. Tried.

"Calm down? How do I do that? We have no beds or a roof above us." Temari took a few steps away from them to start her telling session to calm herself while Ino was being chased around by Hinata who was seriously annoyed. Sakura crouched down and sighed with a hand holding her forehead.

But the next morning turned out to be a fresh one. The girls had camped then and there and had slept soundly only to be woken up to nature welcoming the light of the sunrise.

They resumed their trip and for the next night, they stayed at Ino's farmhouse which was conveniently on the way and Temari was more than glad to be able to use clean toilets.

And the next day, they finally reached the hotel and their car keys were given to a valet. The four girls entered the not-too-grand yet elegant entrance and were welcomed by the manager and a few of the staff who were holding trays with drinks.

"The manager is cute." Hinata whispered. The manager was really attractive in their eyes.

"Shotgun, he's mine." Ino whispered.

"Welcome to Hotel Willow." He spoke and motioned for the women behind to him to offer the drinks who did so instantly.

"Are you from Konoha?" Temari asked out of the blue.

"Yes, I assume you are too. How was your flight?" He seemed taken aback by her correct yet sudden guess.

"Oh we came by road. It was Temari's idea actually." Hinata mischievously added while pointing to Temari.

"That's very adventurous of you." The manager spoke in a peculiarly interested tone.

"Please give me your passports and I'll join you with your room keys in a sec." As the man collected their passports, they saw his name tag more clearly.

Nara Shikamaru.

"Alright ladies, your room is ready. And compliments of the hotel, you've been upgraded to the superior villa. Your room is this way." Shikamaru led them to the best suite of the hotel and the girls explored if while doing crazy stuff like jumping on the bed and putting their handbags in the large bathtub.

"Temari, do you miss your hot hotelier boyfriend? Do you want to go and kiss him right now?" Ino asked in a squeaky voice that made Temari smile and deny.

"Okay guys. I'll be right back." Temari said when the hotel staff had left them alone and exited the room before Sakura had locked the door.

"Oooh. Girl means business." Hinata cheered.

"We've created a monster." Ino excitedly yelled.
