Sakura's POV

Hello there! My name is Sakura Haruno. I'm eighteen years old and I have a twin sister. 

Her name is Sarah Haruno and she's the oldest. 

She's smart, positive, lovely, and the pearl of the family. She's almost the most perfect girl you'll ever meet. 

As for me, I'm the complete opposite. I'm negative, idiotic, a nerd and I may be a disgrace to the Haruno name.

Sometimes my sister can be mean, but I can't hate her.

In fact, I love her because she excepts me for who I am.

People judge us and they always say Sarah is better. It's true. I know that people only care about those who are almost perfect like she is.

But that all changed when a certain boy came into our lives...

"KYAAAAA! Sarah and Sasuke are dating?"

"Really? they're so perfect for each other!"

Sasuke?

 I'm with my best friend Ino Yamanka and we go to Konoha High School (KHS).

"Sasu-ke?" I said stretching out the syllables.

"You don't know who he is Sakura?" Ino chuckled.

"No Ino, I don't" I said, clearly embarrassed.

"Well, he's the most popular guy in school. Not to mention the hottest." she said cheerfully.

"Oh." 

~Timeskip 4 months bc I can~

Still Sakura's POV

"AHH Sakura HELP ME!"

I looked up from the book I'm reading and looked at my twin sister.

"What's all the fuss sister?" I asked worriedly.

"I'm sick..." she said tiredly.

"Then why don't you rest?" I asked curious.

"I can't, I have a date with Sasuke tonight!"

I sighed. " Then why don't you text him that you're sick?"

She took a deep breath. "I don't want to ruin our first date."

"Oh. What do you want me to do about it? Pretend to be you?" I asked jokingly.

"THAT'S IT!" she said excitedly.

"Huh?" I'm confused.

"Sakura, please pretend to be me for today please?"

"Umm..."

"Please Sakura, I'm begging you as your older sister!"

"Fine fine, but let me tell you, I'll get caught easily!" I said pouting.

"No you won't~" she had that grin on. Oh why did this have to happen?

Sarah's POV

I brushed Sakura's hair, did her makeup, painted her nails, and gave her a pretty dress to wear. 

"And for the finishing touch." I said cheerfully, even though I'm sick.

"Sakura, take off your glasses and wear contacts instead." I said taking her glasses and keeping them for her.

"Thanks sis." She said.

"No, thank you." I said back gently.

I told her where the meeting spot was for Sasuke and "my" date.

She nodded and went out the door.

"Act well Sister!~" I said waving.

Sakura's POV

I walked to where the meeting spot was and saw Sasuke.

"Sorry it took so long..."

He turned around and I could see a little hint of pink on his cheek. Is he blushing?

"It was worth the wait." He said smiling gently.

He's so cute, no wonder sister likes him. I thought to myself.

We had a lot of fun. LOTS OF IT. We went to the carnival,  a restaurant and somewhere else.

Now we were on the Ferris wheel. 

"AHAHAHA! The clown was hillarious! And the puppy was too! And then they---"

Oh no. Sister doesn't talk this much. 

"Sorry for being so loud." I looked at him.

He was smirking and staring at me.

"What?" I said blushing.

His smirk got wider.

"Stop staring." I said embarrassed.

His smirk got even wider.

"Why? Why can't I stare at my beautiful girlfriend?" He asked smirking.

The ferris wheel stopped. Sasuke fell over and so did I. He was on top of me in an awkward position. I could feel his breath. He leaned closer to me and closed his eyes.

Just kidding.

I blocked his lips just when they were about to tough mine. He opened his eyes and looked at me. I turned my head to the side.

"I'm sorry, I can't right now." I said regretting what I've done.

"Its okay." He said getting off of me.

~Time skip to a couple hours later~

I stood up from the bench and turned to Sasuke. 

"Well I gotta go home Sasuke. Farewell." I said smiling sadly.

"Farewell? Why not see you tomorrow?" He said confused cocking an eybrow.

Farewell because its the last time we'll ever be together like this and maybe the last time I see you. You probably won't notice me at school.

"Right, umm see you tomorrow Sasuke." I said turning around starting to walk away.

"Wait." He hugged me from behind to prevent me from walking any further.

I turned my head a little to look at him. And then I turned around to hug him back.

"Can we spend some more time together?  After this, I feel like , you'll just disappear somewhere." He said closing his eyes. "Tell me, Why do I feel this way?"

How can he tell?  I thought.

"Sure." I said making him smile a bit.

He took me to a hotel, laid me down on the bed and stripped both me and him.

I've betrayed you sister, but please, just for tonight. Let me be held by the man I love.

Sasuke's POV

She looked scared. Really scared.

"Don't worry, I'll be gentle." I reassured her.

"Okay." She said looking a little less scared.

I thrusted in her. I can't deny it any more. I need to say it.

"I love you."

Sakura's POV

"Sarah."

He's doing this because I'm Sarah. I know it yet,

It hurts. It hurts so much. My heart. 

My heart hurts so much dammit! 

Being embraced by the man you love, while calling another woman's name. 

My name is Sakura. Not Sarah.

A tear rolled down my eye. And then another.

Sasuke's POV

I saw a sparkle. I looked up at Sarah's face. They were tears.

What happened? What did I do wrong? Am I, hurting her?

"I-I'm sorry." She said trembling.

"No, I'm sorry, I'm the one who's being selfish." I got off her. We put on some clothes, then I took her home.

Sarah's POV 

I heard a car and looked out the window making sure the Sasuke wouldn't see me. 

I want to know what happened at the date. Did he find out? I hope not.

But.

The scene before me hit me hard.

I widened my eyes at the scene.

 Sasuke and Sakura were kissing?

But how did she...?
