Neither did any of the other couples in Naruto

But it doesn't mean anything...

Maybe they didn't have rings because it was a bother during missions, maybe they didn't have rings because they were loyal to not cheat on their husband/wives.

"Mama? Why don't you have a wedding ring on your finger? Are you and Dad not married?" Sarada asked with tears in her eyes.

Sakura looked at her daughter with a worried face.

"Sarada I told you before, honey. Your father and I don't need a ring to prove that we were married. We're connected by our feelings, and we are connected because you exist in this world." her mother said reassuringly.

"Then how did he propose?" Sarada asked with sparkles in her eyes.

"Well he told me this: 'I don't have a ring for you, but I want you to wear something more meaningful and important, something that is a big part of me and I want to share it with you. I want you to wear the Uchiha clan crest on the back of your clothes for the rest of your life. Sakura, will you marry me?'

Sarada beemed with tears in her eyes. I don't want a ring when i get married either, i want to wear the crest of my husband for the rest of my life as well...
