Sakura's POV

I've waited so long for you to come back,

Sasuke-kun, it's march. 

The petals, the cherry petals fell. 

But, they seem slow. 

A few petals were on the ground, some on the rivers. 

But, one landed on my open hand. 

But at the moment my eyes landed on the petal. 

I never felt fear like it's a strong sensation ever. 

My world was suddenly surrounded by darkness. 

And then I see you, 

the most beautiful guy in the darkness. 

The guy I love the most. 

I could careless if you're in the darkness. 

Sasuke-kun, will I ever break those barrier of darkness with my love? 

Yes, it was you. 

In front of me, 

My heart and my soul, 

Sasuke-kun. 

I see you with the heart shaped petal on your hand,

 the same as mine. 

"Sasuke-kun.." I muttered smiling. 

You did not utter a word. 

I felt sad, 

but I remained smiling. 

Suddenly,

I was in the gates. 

Waiting for you. 

As I saw you taking another step, 

"Sasuke-kun!" I exclaimed. 

Those words seemed to have stopped you.

You remained emotionless, 

but I was filled with various emotions of love,

happiness, 

liveliness, 

joy. 

I ran up to you and hugged you. 

I thought you'd never come back, 

I thought you'd never want to see me. 

But.. 

"I'm back, Sakura." 

When you said those words. 

I felt overwhelmed. 

And I felt your love. 

I cried, I felt as if my world has picked up it's pieced. 

And revive again. 

My heart, felt alive. 

"I'm happy you're back." I muttered. 

I never saw your smile, 

But I know you smiled. 

And then i realized. 

All the pain, 

the fear, 

and the wounds. 

Were worth it. 

Sasuke-kun, 

You're worth the pain. 

I love you..

I woke up to the sound of  birds chirping, 

I sit up, looking around me and see that you are not beside me, 

I sighed. 

"Ha ha ha! Papa you can't catch me!" I hear Sarada's laughing voice. 

I look out the window to see you, Sarada, and our dog Saru. 

Playing, with the kiddie pool on the corner. 

Sasuke-kun, I saw your smile, 

Saw big, and sincere. 

Sasuke-kun, 

You were laughing, 

And I smiled as I leaned on the wall watching you, and our kinds,

Saru and Sarada. 

"Stop right there, Sarada! Saru chase her, go!" 

I smiled, 

Sasuke-kun, you were playing tag with them. 

Sasuke-kun, 

Thank you for returning. 

I was never mistaken. 

You are worth the pain.
