So lets just say some patient's like "I was so enchanted by your beauty that I ran into the wall, so i think i may need your number so i can call the doctor." Sakura is freaking out. and then Sasuke, well, he beats him up with Susanoo. 

Or if a male patient talks to her in general.

Moral: Never hit on Sakura Uchiha, because you will be (literally) hit by Sasuke Uchiha.
