Now onto a more serious matter, that most anti's avoid is how he looks at her.

Exhibit A

Look at his facial expression. Even though he says that she's "heavy," he doesn't have a face saying he wants her to leave. He just gazes at her, not expressionless. Not 'annoyed' just relaxed.

Exhibit B

After his fight, he winds up in the hospital. When he wakes up Sakura starts hugging him, and he looks sorry? I don't know how to explain, but there is a look of regret in his eyes.

And alas,

Exhibit C

When he can barely move, he apologizes for everything. We see a caring side of him towards Sakura.

Even in times of pain, he cares about her like no other.
