Sasuke's POV:

"Where am I?" I open my eyes to see the place is very bright.

"Didn't we make it to the castle?" I slowly sat up rubbing my eyes.

"It's about time you woke up." Sakura spoke as Gaara nodded.

"Where are we?" I asked.

"In the woods, obviously. However, it's good that you woke up..." Neji spoke.

"Why is that?"

"Naruto is waiting for you to come home." Sakura spoke.

"Let's head back then." I spoke.

"You can head back there yourself." Gaara said.

Sakura and Neji nodded, then those three left.

I started walking somewhere, but it feels as if I know where I'm going.

I kept walking and saw a house, I entered.

"Why does it feel like I live here?"

"Welcome home, Sasuke."

I looked up and saw Naruto who brightly greeted me with a slight bow.

"Have you eaten?" Naruto smiled.

"Mm." Was all that came out.

"Give me a moment, I'll go prepare something for you." Naruto said as he disappeared into the kitchen.

I was surprised. "What happened while I was passed out?"

As I remember how he greeted me, I could see how beautiful and handsome he is.

"Was I that blind as a kid? Forget it, if this is a dream, I hope not to wake up."

I then made my way to the dining table and sat.

"The quickest thing I could make is onigiri, hope you're okay with it." Naruto smiled.

I nodded then took a bite, my eyes widen.

"Just like mother's."

"Is it good?" Naruto asked.

I suddenly felt flustered. Then I gulped, I tried to swallow the sadness in my throat.

"They're really good." I managed to say.

Naruto smiled once again.

"Damn, that smile."

I started leaning close towards him, he looked taken back, but leaned in.

I pressed my lips against his, it felt warm and soft.

I kissed deeper, this time putting an arm around his waist and supported his head with the other.

We were in our own world, I thought I could never experience something so warm after what happened to my family.

"I have to remember that Naruto's parents were killed as well."

"I'm sorry, Naruto."

I then felt a burning sensation around my neck.

Then out of nowhere, everything became distorted. I try to find Naruto, but everything is falling apart.

My neck then burned once again.

I felt dizzy, but once everything cleared, I was devastated.

The house was destroyed, the trees were on fire, I then look to see Naruto covered in blood.

I panicked then ran to him.

"Sakura!" I got no response. "Gaara!" No response either. "Neji! Anyone!" I yelled.

I leaned into Naruto to hear if he's breathing and check his chest if it's rising up and down.

I hear nothing, I then checked his pulse, I couldn't find one.

Then I started with 30 chest compressions and 2 breathes.

I kept trying and trying to revive his heart, but to no avail.

I eventually got highly frustrated and clutched onto Naruto.

"Wake up, Naruto! I'm so sorry! Just please, wake up!" I cried out.

I felt myself shake violently, then the burning sensation came back.

"-hat's wrong?!"

"-ke! What's wrong?!"

"Sasuke! What's wrong?!"

I then heard clearly, it was Neji.

Something was burning inside me, it's like rage, but it's not.

I was out of my mind. I lost the one I loved, again. All I could do is attack.

Neji tried to help, but I ended up beating him too harshly.

Sakura and Gaara then came back running into the room. They attended to Neji before looking back at me.

"Sasuke...isn't hi..mself." Neji muttered out.

I just stood there not satisfied with beating Neji.

I was itching to hurt Sakura and Gaara. They weren't there to save Naruto.

Naruto died because of them. They weren't there when he needed them the most.

I lunged forward toward Sakura, but Gaara got in the way.

How romantic.

"Too bad being brave, won't make you stronger." I spat.

"I wouldn't count on that." Sakura came out of nowhere and punched me in the abdomen.

I didn't feel it, I was probably too high on adrenaline.

Then, in a blink of an eye, they were down.

I then grabbed Sakura by the throat and spoke.

"It's all your fault."

I squeezed her throat tighter to make sure she doesn't say anything else. Then, I slammed her head against the floor.

"You sick bastard." Gaara spoke.

I didn't even look at him.

"S-sand coffin." Gaara tried to use it once more, but got kicked in the face.

"What the hell?! Where's Sasuke? What did you do to him?" Neji yelled.

"Aren't you curious?" I said.

I was going to put him in his place, until...

I decided to give you guys a long chapter since it's my birthday today 😌👌
