Shizuku’s POV

I snuck out of my hospital room and met Sasuke by the Uchiha compound, it was the morning of the next day and I had decided to visit a few people. Just for fun I guess.

“I’m going to stay in the compound until the evening. Do what you want for now.” Sasuke instructed me.

“Yes sir.” I said sarcastically.

I walked off and decided where to go first,

“Yamanaka’s flower shop?” I muttered to myself, then set off to that direction.

“Hello! Welcome!” I heard Ino yell cheerfully.

“Hey Ino. Mind if I get some flowers?” I smiled.

She looked at me, then smiled too, “Take your pick!”

I looked at the variety of different flowers, different colours, sizes. “What do you recommend?”

She looked over the flowers, “The roses are in season, they are a beautiful red, I say roses.”

I nodded to a bouquet of roses. “Then roses it is, here.” I placed money on the counter and took the bouquet of roses.

“Great choice. Tell Sasuke I said hi. See you later.” I nodded and picked a rose out of the bouquet, and placed it on the counter.

“Thanks for everything.” I mumbled, and then walked out of the store letting Ino think about what I was talking about.

I walked down the street with the flowers, people were smiling and saying hello to me, I thought, who next.

Hinata.

I walked to the Hyuuga compound and knocked on big door. The door then opened revealing a peeved off Neji.

“What?” I blinked at his greeting.

“Hey Neji, is Hinata home?” I tried being sweet and nice, he sighed and calmed down.

“Yes, Lady Hinata is home. Come this way.” He waved me towards him and we walked to a big open field inside the compound. There I saw Hinata training with her father, Hiashi, I think that’s his name.

She was sweating and blocking her dad’s attacks, then she finally did a chakra punch at his side. But Hiashi quickly it her hand away. So close.

“Lady Hinata, you have a visitor.” Neji yelled at her, Hiashi stopped and told her something, she nodded and came over to me. I quickly picked out a rose and slipped it into Neji’s pocket while he wasn’t looking.

“He- Hello… Shizuku-chan…” She stuttered, I smiled,

“Hey Hinata, can I talk to you for a sec?” I asked, she nodded and led me beside one of the pillars.

“What… What is it?”

I smiled and sighed, “You really like Naruto don’t you?”

Her face became bright red, “Uh… uh… No…” I chuckled.

“Yeah you totally do. If you want his attention, be yourself, don’t be shy, talk to him face on and laugh at his jokes. Just be yourself.” I picked another flower, “Oh and here. Thanks. You’re nice to talk to.” I gave her the flower and backed away from her, waved and jogged out of the compound.

After I finally slipped Choji, Shikamaru, Kiba and Shino’s rose into their bag or pocket, I chuckled, Sakura and Naruto left eh?

I walked in the afternoon sun to Naruto’s apartment, I then looked though his window, he was sleeping!

Who sleeps in the middle of the day?

With his black and white sleeping hat. It was pretty cute.

No, No NO NO NO NO NO NO!

I shrugged and placed a rose onto his bedside table. Then ran off before he woke up.

Because of my endless stalking skills I knew exactly where Sakura’s house was. I walked up to the white and black house and knocked on the door. I eard footsteps and the door opened to reveal a lady with light pink hair and green eyes, she was a splitting image of Sakura.

“Hello? And who might you be?” She asked with a kind smile.

“Hi Mrs Haruno, my name is Shizuku Uchiha, I am Sakura’s friend. Teammate.”

“Oh Sakura has told me about you. Sorry she isn’t in right now; do you want me to tell her something?” She asked. I shook my head and reached for a rose.

“Can you give her this, and tell her thanks. That’ll be it. Thank you, bye.” I gave her the rose and rushed off.

I was walking down the street when I saw Avril and Colin laughing together, I smiled. I’ll be leaving them too.

“Av! Colin!” I shouted and waved my hand, they spotted me and smiled, ran to me and Avril gave me a huge hug.

“Hey Shizuku! What you up to?” Colin asked.

“Nothing much. Oh, here.” I picked out two roses and gave it to them.

“Wow! Aww thanks honey it’s so pretty!” Avril beamed and laughed.

“Yeah, thanks.” Colin agreed.

“Ha, thanks by the way. See ya!” I shouted and ran off to the Uchiha compound.

“Come on, we’re leaving.” Sasuke grunted.

“Wait! I need to pack; I’ll take like 2 minutes! Just wait.” I jumped up the staircase and swung open my door, I grabbed a backpack that Sasuke once gave me, my Ipod, and some essentials. Orochimaru will give me a change of clothes eventually. I then looked on my table; there stood the picture of our team, Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Kakashi and I. Team 7. I smiled and lay it down so you couldn’t see the photo.

I won’t need that to become strong.

I smirked and put on my packed bag, and stepped down the stairs. Sasuke was leaning on the wall waiting; he nodded and proceeded to open the door letting the moonlight entering the hallway.

“Let’s go.”

We were walking down the road exiting Konoha, Kotetsu and Imuzo were sound asleep so we just walked out. I heard footsteps and sensed a familiar chakra.

“Shizuku! Sasuke! Stop!” Sakura yelled from behind us, I stopped dead in my tracks, Sasuke did the same.

“Where do you think you’re going? This path leads out of Konoha, are you doing that I think you’re doing? Why are you going to join Orochimaru? Please stay!” She yelled and her eyes got teary.

“Orochimaru can help us Sakura. Konoha can’t. That’s all there is to it.” I said monotone.

“The… The rose… Shizuku, you were my only TRUE friend… Please Sasuke… I LOVE YOU!” She started sobbing. I felt a bit bad, I was her only true friend, Ino was a rival, Hinata and her didn’t talk much. Just me.

“We’re leaving. That’s it.” Sasuke told her sternly. But I could see he was feeling nostalgic, and thinking that leaving would be at least a bit hard.

“NO! I’ll scream if you go!” I sighed and pleaded Sasuke with my eyes, he nodded and flashed behind Sakura.

“Sakura… Thank you…” And he knocked her out, I walked to her and with help from Sasuke I put her on the bench.

“Thank you…” I whispered in her ear and walked away, Sasuke next to me the whole time.

We walked completely out of the village premises and were met by the same sound ninja that attacked us. And guess what? They were kneeling.

“Sasuke, Shizuku, we will be with you to help along the way. Please feel free to ask us anything.” I shook my head.

“And what’s with the quick change of attitude?” I raised an eyebrow.

“The moment you left the village, we became your servants, we serve Lord Orochimaru, and he values both of you.” The dude with two heads told us, I scoffed.

Lord Orochimaru, values me and Sasuke huh? Wooow, that’s amazing. Take that Kabuto.

“Let’s go.” Sasuke grunts, and walks ahead of me. I turn around to face the village.

“We’ll be back.”

“Yeah, we will.” I turn around again and catch up to Sasuke.
