AIZEN POV

"Ace come here." This is the sixth times the Beverly is calling and asking Ace to her pero nagbibingi-bingiyan si Ace. Kapit na kapit ito kay Gene at hindi humihiwalay kanina pa. Gene on the other hand keep on telling Ace na lapitan ang kanyang ina pero ayaw talaga ni Ace.

Nasa fiscal office for Ace custody. Hinihintay naman namin yung fiscal na nasa hearing pa.

"Why don't you want to come here!?" Inis na wika ni Beverly.

"Wala ka sa kalye Beverly. Lower your voice." Ani papa Slater.

"Eh kasi ayaw nya lumapit sa akin, pa." Sagot ni Beverly.

"Don't call me papa Beverly. Hindi kita anak." Inis na sabi ni papa Slater.

"Not now but soon." Ngumiti si Beverly.

"Not gonna happen Beverly." Sabat ni papa Ivo.

"Why? Ayaw nyo ba magkaroon ng kompletong pamilya ang apo nyo?"

Napalingon ako kay Gene ng gumalaw ito at lumingon sa akin. Ngumiti ako sa kanya at pasimpleng ngumiti. Nag-iisip na naman ito ng kung ano-ano panigurado.

"Everything will be okay baby." Bulong ko na sabi. Sapat lang na kami at si Ace ang makarinig.

Dapat talaga hindi ko nalang sya sinama dito. He is stress again. Medyo namumutla na naman sya. Kung hindi lang dahil kay Ace na ayaw humiwalay sa kanya, hindi ko isasama dito si Gene. This place plus Beverly is bad for him.

"I can give Ace a complete family."  Seryoso ko na sagot kay Beverly.

"You can't Aizen. Buhay na buhay ako oh."

"Wanna try Beverly." Ngumisi ako sa kanya.

"Don't you dare Aizen."

"I already dare Beverly and you can't do anything about it."

"Hindi ako papayag na makasal ka sa iba Lake Aizen. Akin ka lang."

"Bad news, Beverly. Kasal na ako."

Bago pa man makapagsalita si Beverly ay dumating na ang fiscal.

(A/N: pag ganitong issue, I mean custody thingy, ang hearing is sa korte talaga. I just put it this way kasi...wala lang. Trip ko lang. But in real life sa korte talaga sya.)

"Let's start." Ani ng fiscal pagka-upo nya sa kanyang pwesto.

"What is this all about?" Ani Beverly. Halos sabay lang kami lumapit sa lamesa ng fiscal.

"Child custody Mrs. Hudson." Magalang na sagot ng fiscal.

"Why?"

"Because you are not capable of taking care of my son." Madiin ko na sagot.

"Any proof?" Ngumisi sya sa akin.

"The proof is here, Mrs. Hudson." May inabot na folder ang fiscal sa kanya.

"Ang kapal ha." Naiiling na wika ni Beverly.

"You cannot provide anything to your son as you don't have work or money." Panimula ng fiscal. "According to all of the evidence, your late husband left you with nothing. As per his last will, all his assets was left under the name of your child. He can do anything on all of those assets when he reach the right age. According also to Mr. Morgan investigation you are doing all illegal way to transfer all the said asset to your name."

"None of this are true!" Gigil na wika ni Beverly.

"We asked for the last will of your late husband from his attorney Mrs. Hudson and found out that all his asset is under your child name. Since you don't have any means to provide things to Ace, you are not elligible on his custody. Also, we found out that you are hurting Ace and teaching him things for your own benefit."

"That is all lie. I never taught Ace anything bad, right baby?" Nilingon ni Beverly si Ace na kasalukuyang nakikipaglaro ng jakston sa mga bodyguard na kasama namin.

"ACE AIZEN!" Sigaw ni Beverly na kinagulat ng anak ko. He look at us and start crying loud. Agad na dinuluhan ni Gene si Ace.

"Mommy bad. Ace don't like mommy. Ace want mommy In-in and daddy."

"In your f*cking dream Ace!"

"Watch your word Beverly!" Sigaw ko sa kanya.

"Hindi ako papayag dito Aizen. Akin si Ace at akin ka din."

"Not your place to decide." Sagot ko.

"Let's end this immediately as I still have another hearing to attend and also Ace need to be out of this place. This is not a good place for a kids." Wika ng fiscal.

"All this said evidence are false. You need to investigate this carefully." Galit na wika ni Beverly.

"We already did Mrs. Hudson. And as per our investigation, we find that you are incapable to be a mother and guardian of Ace. And also, your son, as we witness don't want to be with you. So, I'm granting the custody to Lake Aizen Morgan and to his othe half Gene Morgan. As for visiting days for you Mrs. Hudson...."

"She can only allowed to visit my son if I allow her." Putol ko sa sasabihin ng fiscal.

"As you wish Mr. Morgan."

"Thank you." Tumayo ako at masayang lumapit sa anak at asawa ko. I look at my parents and wink at me.

"I can't accept this!" Malakas na sigaw ni Beverly na kinagulat ni Gene. Agad kong hinawakan si Gene and hug him. Tang ina, pag ang asawa ko inatake papatayin ko ng wala sa oras itong babaeng ito.

"May choice ka ba?" Tanong ni papa Ivo kay Beverly.

"May choice o wala hindi ko tanggap ang desisyon. And what? Asawa mo si Aizen, ha, Gene."

Hinarap ko si Beverly. "Oo. Asawa ko sya."

"Akalain mo yun, isa ka palang ahas Gene. Sa likod na maamo mong mukha, isa ka palang mang-aagaw."

"Wala ako inagaw sayo ate." Sagot ni Gene.

"Eh ano si Aizen? Wag mo sabihin kusa yan sumama sayo?"

"Kasal kami ni Aizen simula bata pa kami ate." Halata sa boses ni Gene na natatakot sya.

"That is not registered."

"I registered it." Sabat ni papa Ivo.

"Basta hindi ako papayag. Akin si Ace at si Aizen. Hahayaan ko kayo  ngayon, pero babalikan ko kayo. At pag bumalik ako, aagawin ko kung ano ang akin." Seryos at madiin na sabi ni Beverly.

"Walang sayo Beverly kaya wala kang aagawin." Sagot ko.

"Let see Aizen. Let see." Ngumisi sya tsaka naunang lumabas ng opisina.

"Mommy scwary like a monster." Ani Ace na nanginginig din sa takot.

"She is. But don't worry, she can't get you from us." Wika ko at binalingan ko si Gene. His complexion is not good.

"Ayos ka lang?"

"Oo. Okay lang." Aniya at simpleng ngumiti.

"Uwi na tayo para makapagpahinga ka." Wika ko.

"No mall daddy? Ace want to go to mall."

"Will go to mall tomorrow. Mommy In-in is not feeling well. He need to rest."

"Okay. Ace will also sleep."

Hinalikan ko ang pisngi ni Ace. Ang dali nyang kausapin talaga.

Inalalayan ko si Gene na himiga sa kama namin. Simula ng malalabas sya ng hospital 5 days ago, ay sa iisang kwarto na kami natulog. Nung una ay nahihiya pa sya at naiilang.

"Sorry." Aniya ng makahiga na sya ng maayos sa kama.

"For what?" Takang tanong ko. I put something on his chest so that I can monitor his heartbeat, and as expected the beat is not normal.

"Ang gulo kanina eh. Galit na galit si ate. Tapos hindi pa nakapag mall si Ace. Bagot na bagot na sya dito sa bahay."

"Hayaan mo ang galit ni Beverly. She can't touch Ace or you. My parents will not allow it and so am I. As for Ace, natalino sya at madali sya makaintindi. We can go to mall tomorrow pag ayos ka na. You need to rest, that is the top priority for now."

Tumango lang si Gene at ngumiti. I caress his face and kiss his lips gently. "Take a rest baby. I stay beside you."

Muling tumango si Gene tsaka pumikit.

I got my son. I have Gene. All I can wish for now is for us to find a heart donor for Gene. Yun nalang talaga. Sana may makuha na kami. Gene's heart is like a thicking bomb and it scaring me.
