"There!", I said, as I finished my letter. I think it looks ok. Good enough. "Jamie, come here girl", I said. I grabbed my snowy owl and tied the letter to her leg. Then I opened the window and sent her off. "Take it to Uncle Harry, and Aunt Ginny", I said. Then she was gone into the night. As I started to make my way back to the door, it opened. "And she said, well, as long as you'll be there!", a boy said. It sounded a lot like- "Hello Scorpius", I said. He noticed I was here. "It's Malfoy to you". He said. Way to be friendly, I thought. "Well, I will be going now, excuse me.", I said, making my way past Malfoy, Crabbe's son, and Goyles son. "Hey, what were you doing up here, anyway?", he said, "Must be important to send it at eleven o clock pm,". Knowing I had to stand my ground, I replied. "What's it to ya? A minute ago you couldn't wait to get rid of me", I replied. This seemed to surprise him. I'm not the type to be rude. "You dare to speak to me that way?", he said. "Yes", I said simply. "You have three seconds to take that back, Weasley.", he said. "I won't take back what I mean. And you need to realize your not as important as you think. So go get a life, Malfoy.", I said. I regretted it as I heard a single word. "Crucio!", a deep voice said. I screamed as I fell to the floor in pain. As I curled into a ball, I looked at Malfoy and pleaded with my eyes to stop. "Crabbe, stop, she had enough.", he said. Crabbe stopped quickly. I was still in my little ball, hoping the pain would stay away."You two send this to my father.", Malfoy said. I heard two pairs of footsteps walking upstairs. I relaxed a little, knowing the caster was gone. "You just gonna stay there?", a voice said. I looked up to see Malfoy, looking down at me. I quickly got up. "Thank you", I said, "But why did you stop him?". "So you wanted me to let him?", he asked, raising his eyebrows. "No, uh, never mind.", I said. "It's late, better get back to dorms.", he said. "Ya, we better", I said, as we walked into the night. ~End of chapter
