Ignoring Me Now?

>POV SEVERUS<
I walked to the Great Hall and sat at my chair. Me and Sarah fought last night, but things could be better right?

I stared at the Gryffindor table, and there sat Sarah. The whole hour she never even glanced at me. I felt my heart drop,

just like how Lily ignored me.

As the thought of Lily went to my head, I couldn't help but let out a little tear from my face.

And it was just the right-timing that Sarah looked up at me.

I wiped quickly my tear, and ran out of the room.

Since it was a Saturday, I went to my private chambers. Shaking the bothering thoughts, I slammed my door behind me.

>POV SARAH<
I saw dad leave this morning... And I think it was my fault. Maybe if I just ignored him, maybe it wouldv'e been better? I don't know!

But today, it wasn't really the most normal days of Hogwarts. Like before. It was cloudly, and there was that warm weather around. There weren't any sick students, which were a relief, but maybe, now and then, it's like the whole room shakes for a split second, and I'm glad I wasn't the only one feeling it.

"Hey Sarah? Are you all right?" Rose asked, I snapped back to reality, and nodded my head. Albus stared at me confusingly and stood up from the table. "Where're you going?" Rose asked, "outside. Wanna join me?" he suggested. Rose stood up, leaving me the only one sitting down. Albus arched an eyebrow at me handsomely, and stretched out his hand.

I, who can ever be so tempted, took his hand and joined them. We all sat down under a tree, and I walked around. Albus played with a random bird, while Rose as usual, brought out a book and started to read. I reached a small group of flowers. Lilies.

I decided of maybe picking some. As I picked each one, I tapped my wand on each spot, and one new flower will grow. Save mother Earth, kids. I used each and every flower to make a beautiful flower crown. With magic, the flowers will never die, and will stay sturdy in it's position. I wore it on my head, and went back to the others. "Hey, woah!" Albus said, smiling, "you guys like it?" I asked nervously, "like it? It looks bloody awesome! Can you make me one?" she requested, I gave a light laugh and did what Rose requested. But as I was looking for different flowers, I thought the ground was trembling. I held on to a tree, when it stopped. "Albus? Rose?" I shouted, "Sarah!" They both replied, I sighed in relief and ran back.

"D-did you feel that?" I asked, they both shook their heads, when the ground growled and trembled, only louder. "Run!!!" I shouted, we three ran back to the castle as fast as we could. But we were too far. "What's happening?!" Albus asked, "I dunno! Maybe-"

"Just shut up and run!!!"

As we nearly reached Hogwarts, everybody was running the complete opposite direction. "What?!" Rose said in frustration, everybody was screaming and running for their lives. Since the place was having a tantrum, there were numerous things happening, or as I would call it, accidents.

I spotted a young Hufflepuff first year, trembling, as a large stone pillar was about to fall. Without thinking twice, I rushed up to him and led him aside. "Thank you!" he said, hugging my neck. As I put him to somewhere safe, all of the older students were in charge of protecting the younger. If you're asking what in the Merlin the staff were doing? Well, they were working their butt off on protecting the school to NOT collapse down to earth.

"Run!!!" The prefects shouted, I was searching the staff to look for dad, I can't find him. "Where's dad?!" I asked, "don't worry! He's over there!" Rose replied and held Hugo, who looked petrified. "H-H-Head C-C-Count!" The Head boy shouted, standing on a tall stone, that made him shake. "Where is Malfoy?" I asked Albus, trying not to make Rose panic, unfortunately, she was just right beside me.

"Oh my god! Where is he?!" She said, dropping her brother to the ground. "Hugo!" I said, as the ginger rubbed his head, "I'm alright."

But as I stared into the building, there was a first year, Gryffindor screaming. She was still inside. I ran straight to her, "Sarah! Wait!" Albus said, trying to grab my sleeve, but missed. She was about to be hit by the gargoyle that was starting to fall. Well, it's pretty stupid that the gargoyle had wings, and can't even fly for a minute. The gargoyle was screaming, but the poor girl won't move. As I reached her, I casted a protection charm, causing the gargoyle to bounce off. "Wingardium Leviosa!" I shouted, the statue was an inch to the ground. "Thank you m'lady" he said and ran away.

"Come on, we need to get back outside." I told the girl, as she held her arms around my waist. As we got outside, the trembling softened a bit, but it was still shaking. "Sarah! Rose! Albus! Wha' happen'?" Hagrid said, as he was holding Buckbeak in a leash. "We don't know, Hagrid. But it's scary." Albus answered. "Sarah! Right! Your father is bloody looking for you!" Hagrid told me, wait looking for me? But I'm right here!!!

I spotted a dark figure, running. Dad.

Not even thinking of the possible dangers, I ran to him. I don't know why does everybody I bump into have to be in danger. Two stone pillars were about to crush him, either side. I ran in front of him, and drew my wand.

Pointing it, I shouted: "Expulso!"

The two stone pillars exploded into millions of pieces, raining to the floor. I looked over to dad, who had a shocked expression in his face. He looked at me and hugged me tightly. "Let's go!" I shouted, taking his wrist, and leading him out. We were about to get out, WHEN A STUPID FREAKING DEMENTOR BLOCKED OUR WAY.

Like last time, my happinness... Memories.... Starting to...

"Expecto Patronum!!!" A voice shouted, as I opened my eyes a jet of light burst into dad's wand.

I looked at him, and he smiled warmly.

"You got my back, I got yours."

I nodded, and ran to a safe spot. "Why were you looking for me?" I asked, trying to find the others. "Because I do care for my daughter."

>POV SEVERUS<
I guess she didn't really expect what I said, because she stared at me with wide eyes. "Y-Y-You do?" she asked, "isn't that what every father should be doing?" I replied, without warning, she hugged me tightly.

"You're not angry at me anymore?"

"Okay, is that the 7th or 8th time you told me that? You know I can never be angry at you!" Sarah answered.

Later, Potter and Weasley came rushing towards her. "Sarah! You dropped this!" Weasley said, but went terrified as she spotted me. She handed her a beautiful lily flower crown. "Thanks." Sarah said, and held it to her chest. But the large earthquake stopped. "It- It- It stopped!" Potter said, everybody burst into happiness as it all went peacefully still.

As we all went back into the broken building, Minerva called all staff to step beside her. With the wave of our wands, the whole school was back to normal. Applause echoed throughout the building, and I stared around me. "Missed a spot," Sarah said, I looked at her in a confused manner, when she stood up into her tip-toes.

She rubbed gently a finger in my cheek, and smiled. "Better." she said, smiling warmly. As everyone sat at the Great Hall, everybody was talking loudly. "May I have your attention?" she asked kindly, the students stopped, making the whole hall dead silent. "Is everybody alright?" she asked, all of the students nodded their heads.

Well let's just say her speech went on like forever.

As that ended, we made sure that the students were safe by making each professor to be with their assigned group until they reach their dorms.

Before Sarah can leave, she turned around and hugged me tightly.

"After all this time?" I asked her, putting on the flower crown on her head. Very beautiful.

"Always." She replied, and ran back to her group.

Leaving me, standing, speechless.
