      Ever since then, Sarah would sneak out to patrol the city, even though it was her uncle's city of course. No one got a chance to find out who this new super hero was.

Sarah would hang out with Mr Gold and Belle a lot. And even SpongeBob and Patrick, after hearing they moved here and Mr Krabs opened a new Krusty Krab in Gotham. They were better than McDonald's because of their secret seasoning in the secret formula.

Even Mario and Luigi moved in the city and had their business here. It was kinda hard, since they were born and raised in Brooklyn. But they always visit on birthdays, holidays and stuff.

Sarah felt so happy that some of her closest friends were here. She moved out her sister and brother-in-law's apartment. They now moved to a house in Metropolis.

Now she just wished she had someone. Someone to love. Someone to be held by, or snuggle with. She missed a human touch. True love. She thought she found true love from Rudy. But she thought that from her first boyfriend, Dr Spencer Reed.

Sarah was now taking a walk in the city. She was so afraid before that she wouldn't do anything. Once she heard Mr Gold and Belle moved  in, she was not afraid anymore to be out in public. She really felt safe now. She came to Mario and Luigi's Plumber Business building. She decided to come and visit them. She hadn't seen them since she was 12 years old. When she went to Brooklyn for her Choir Class concert.

Mario was in the shop, while Luigi was out the back, doing a stock check. Mario saw her walk in but didn't recognize her, "good day young lady. How can we be of assistance?" He smiled.

Mario frowned and looked thoughtful, "hm, I'm not sure...that name isn't ringing a bell."

"Really?"

"Don't you remember Mario, she helped us save the princess when we first went to the mushroom kingdom," Luigi said.

"Oh of course I remember her! I just forgot that was her name," Mario chuckled. He then turned back to the young lady, "do you know of her?"

"Oh for Pete sake, it's her!" 079 shouted from the Omnitrix.

"That's SCP-079, I met him years later after we defeated Bowser." Sarah giggled, "how are you both?"

Mario nodded, smiling, "we're doing good. We're missing Brooklyn a little but we're just about getting used to Gotham now."

"Even criminals need some plumbing fixed," Luigi joked.

Sarah then giggled.

Mario laughed too, "yeah, Gotham sure does have its share of villains. At least they keep Batman busy."

"Hopefully we got some magical pipes for you guys to protect the kingdom." Sarah smiled.

"Actually we do," Luigi smiled, "we keep it safe in the back. But it's too secret."

"Luigi."

"What, Mario? She's our little friend. She won't tell anybody." Luigi chuckled.

Mario then smiled.

This was great. Seeing Mario and Luigi her too than just Mr Gold and Belle moved in as well.

Suddenly Luigi's phone rang so he answered it. After the call, "looks like service never sleeps," Luigi said. "We got a leaky faucet, bro."

Mario and Luigi said goodbye and ran off to work. Sarah smiled watching them leave and kept walking down the street. She stopped and saw a clown dancing on the street. It wasn't the Joker she encountered days before.

The clown continued doing his little dance and then he noticed Sarah watching. He stopped and pulled a balloon from his pocket. He blew it up and then twisted it into a balloon bunny and handed it to her.

A bunny? How did he know she liked bunnies? Also it looked adorable and amazing. "Ah thank you." She reached in her pocket to pay him.

He quickly shook his head and waved away her paying him, "it's a gift.....a thank you."

"...oh you sure...and for what?" She was confused.

"I'm sure. And it's a thank you for taking the time to watch me dance. Most people usually just walk by," he shrugged.

Sarah blushed, "I think many people don't like clowns that's why. I love clowns...well good ones. And you're very welcome...uh..."

"....uh, Carnival," he gently shook her hand, "and you are?..."

"....Sarah...Sarah JTennyson...my last name is very long....", she blushed shaking his hand.

He chuckled slightly, "well it's nice to meet you, Miss Sarah J Tennyson," he shoved his hands in his pockets awkwardly, "well I better get back to work."

"....", Sarah thought it was strange he did that. But she did say and did awkward things, it was part of her autistic socialism. "Ok. I was nice meting you, Carnival. Thanks for the bunny."

"Uh, yeah...you too. Perhaps we'll see each other again. I-I work Gotham plaza most days, and amusement mile on the weekends," he said shyly.

"...really?...alright. I work at the diner not far from where I live. I live at the Gotham West buildings."

"Ah, the nice part of town," he smiled, "If ever I'm around that neighborhood I'll stop by the diner."

She smiled, "alright. I would love to see you...maybe as yourself and not a clown. Not that I don't like your clown, I'm just saying...I mean...," there she went again. Awkwardly explaining when she didn't need to.

He blushed slightly beneath his greasepaint, "it's okay, I know what you mean....and I'll try to come by sometime when I'm....myself."

"...ok...see you around." She blushed more and walked down more the street. Some people noticed them and some laughed.

Sarah of course ignored them. She got to her apartment and set her balloon bunny on her dresser and smiled at it happily. Late at night, she went out in the countryside to look around the abandoned places out of Gotham. She had a camera with her. 079 stayed silent since he was doing his own thing in the Omnitrix.

Sarah was also unaware she was nearby abandoned carnival which was now owned by the new Joker she ran into the other day.

Joker had made the abandoned carnival into his hideout and HQ. He liked the idea of using it as a base and the police and Batman never bothered him out there, which was how he liked it since escaping from Arkham.

He had two new members named Jackson and Jessie.

Jackson used to work or The Joker and his code name was Grumpy. But he quit after her rescued a young girl from The Joker since he was obsessed with her since she was 4 years old. Now he was working with Joker. Jessie was a runaway teen who didn't like rules. He was then working for The Joker until Jackson took him away and raised the boy himself.

Some of the goons were outside. Sarah came to the carnival and shivered thinking this was The Joker's hideaway. She was going to leave, but then she was grabbed.

"Snooping around, huh? Well we'll take you to the boss and show him that we caught a snoop!" One of the goons who grabbed her said.

"Yeah, he don't like cops or the press. So you better not be either of those things!" the other said.

Sarah panicked thinking these goons worked with The Joker. She was shaking and crying. "No let me go!" She screamed.

079 heard her screaming and everytime she screamed, he became protective. He got out of the Omnitrix and growled at them, "get your hands off of her mortal humans!" The humonid computer yelled.

The two goons freaked out when they saw her and quickly let her go.

"Hey man, we don't want any trouble," the first goon said, "we're just trying to protect our boss too. We have orders to follow."

"Oh yeah!? The same boss that kidnapped and raped this little girl!? The robot asked.

The goons frowned and looked at each other, confused.

"Our boss is no rapist!"

"No, he's been in Arkham for the past few years, but he never raped anybody. He's not like that."

Soon Joker showed up and the humanoid computer looked up seeing him, "change a new look huh!? You're still the devil, you child pervert."

Sarah noticed and saw it was the clown before, "'79, stop, that's the wrong Joker."

He held his hands up, "I'm not a pervert! See, she knows me" he looked at Sarah and recognized her from earlier, "Sarah! What are you doing around here?"

"....wait...Carnival?" Sarah was surprised, "you're Joker?"

he nodded "well....everybody needs a day job. Being joker is... kinda who I am now, and have been for a while. But I'm not like the other Joker. I don't mess with kids or r*pe defenseless women,"

".....," she then looked down in shock. She didn't how to react.

He noticed his goons were still holding onto her which he frowned.

"Okay guys, let her go!" The goons quickly let her go

"You can leave us" he told them, and they did

"Will you let me drive you home? It's not safe to walk around these parts."

"No, it's ok, I wandered myself in here, I will be fine."

079 then sucked himself back into her Omnitrix and she started to leave, but Joker got infront of her.

"No, seriously you can't leave. It's too dangerous. These are Gotham's badlands. You're lucky you made it this far safely," he sighed, "if you don't want me driving you then please let my friend take you."

"Oh, yeah, I didn't think of that."

Jackson then came and Joker gave him his car keys "please take Miss Tennyson home for me, Jackie, keep her safe."

Jackson nodded and showed Sarah to the car.

Jackson remembered Sarah, but acted like he didn't know her. Sarah did recognize his mask, but didn't say anything. She didn't have to tell him where she lived, he knew.

"Uh...thank you. And please tell your boss thank you too," she finally spoke.

Jackson nodded as they got in the car and he headed towards Sarah's part of town.

"It's not a problem. The boss wants to keep you safe and so do I."

"....I sense you do...," she finally said it, "also...thank you...for trying your best to protect me years ago..."

Jackson was surprised that she remembered but he could understand why she would.

"You're welcome. I'm sorry I couldn't do more."

"It's alright, you did what you could..."

Soon her stop came and she thanked Jackson again. She stepped out, shut the door and head inside. Once in her apartment, her monkey jumped in her arms excited to see her. "Hello, George. Still awake huh?" She yawned, "but we should get some sleep. We get to meet up with Gold tomorrow again at the coffee shop."

Morning came and Sarah was at the coffee shop with George. They were waiting for Mr Gold. They visit one day with Belle at the diner, now Gold and Sarah were just going to hang out, but he also wanted to tell her something important.

When Gold arrived he chuckled seeing George with her. He went to her and hugged her, kissing her cheek.

"Hello dearie, how are you today?"

Sarah smiled hugging him happily, "I'm good, I feel so safe now in this city, because you and Belle are here, SpongeBob and Patrick, and even Mario and Luigi."

Gold knew them, Sarah told him about them.

George then jumped into his arms and squeals happily.

Gold chuckled nervously, "okay George, settle down," he then placed a hand on Sarah's, "I'm glad you feel safe here and that you have friends here. But you still must be careful. This city is full of criminals."

"I know, but I have you and Belle." She smiled. She had a point. He would protect her like he would for Belle.

Gold nodded, "yes, and I feel better knowing you have your omnitrix device."

"And myself," 079 added.

"'79, you just do your own thing in there," Sarah giggled.

"Fine, also, greetings, Mr Gold." 079 said and his face disappeared from the face blade of the Omnitrix.

"He still lives in there?" Mr Gold asked.

"Yep, I know, I promised him freedom, but he doesn't want to leave." Sarah shrugged slightly smiling.

Gold laughed, "well at least he's happy to be in there."

"I swear he made a room in there," she giggles.

There a moment of silence after they laughed. She then looked up at him slightly smiling, "...you have been...the longest person to ever live that knows my secret....than just my parents. And I am thankful for that."

Mr Gold remembered the day she told him about The Joker. She was a teenager then, but a frightened and fragile teen. She was afraid to tell, fearing The Joker would hurt him when he found out. But it's been years since she told him, and The Joker never came after him. He did for Dr Reed her first boyfriend. And almost killed her folks after she told Mr Gold, but they survived.

Gold nodded and put his hand on hers, "and I'm glad you shared it with me, it's important you have someone in your life who knows what you've been through, so they can help support you."

Sarah smiled up at him slightly. She had tears in her eyes now. "You weren't the first to know, but the first to survive from his wrath...almost as if, he didn't know."

"Well, try not to dwell on it. Overthinking it won't help or change anything. Let's just be thankful that I am still here," he smiled.

She nodded, "...right...anyway...you had something important to tell me? You sounded excited on the phone when you told me."

"Ah yes, I wanted to tell you in person, which is why I wanted to meet without Belle."

"What's that?"

Gold took a deep breath, "well....before the curse hit, Belle and I had a son. His name was Arthur. We're going to look for him, we're not sure where he is, only that he's somewhere in Gotham."

"...was it magic that led you here?"

"In a way yes, I used the dreamcatcher on Belle. Regina took him away and someone named Penny Fleck found him in Arkham..."

Sarah then felt bad, "I'm sorry..."

Gold looked down sadly, "thank you. I know he's obviously been through some troubles of his own, but I want to find him and make up for all that lost time."

"...I will help you. I'm sure he isn't far around here."

"Well, he's in the city somewhere. Maybe your little robot friend could help locate him? He could be using a different name. Or maybe he's using the name Arthur Fleck."

"He could...I don't know much what his creator made him to do, but I think I need a dna and he could locate him. You have anything, a baby toy, blanket?"

Gold nodded, "I have an old rattle of his, and a blanket. We could go and get it, or are you working soon? If you are we can do it tomorrow."

"I have today off, so we can get it," she smiled.

"Oh so I do have to come and help," 079 said.

Gold laughed, "well yes, it's your help we're counting on, 079."

"Alright, inmortal." He sighed.
