Fenrys (TOG Character) TOG AU x OC {} <Part Two>
I woke up too early for a Saturday. It had been months since my coronation and people still were having parties over it.
I roll over to try and subdue the nausea roiling in my stomach. My husband was no where to be felt as I rolled over.
We had our wedding and coronation all in one day. I allowed my mother a few months to finally say goodbye to the kingdom while she allowed Fenrys and I to honeymoon.
When we came back her and my father left to travel the world. Such things hurt my head. I rub my temples and roll over once more slowly opening my eyes.
The nausea wouldn't go away. I stand up only to make it worse. Today would be a puking day. It has been a few weeks now that I've been waking up like this, almost a full month actually.
I rush to the bathroom and hold my hair up, my hand clutching the porcelain side of my toilet. Fenrys comes in our chamber the smell of fried eggs reaching my nose causing me to hurl.
"Out!" I cry. "Out! Out! Ouuut!" I screech. He quickly removes the breakfast tray and rushes back to me. He collects my hair in his hand and begins rubbing my back as I retched again.
"I don't know what's wrong with me." I sigh rubbing my eyes against my arms. "Maybe I'm dying." He glared at me and I gave a sly grin. I stood and began washing myself, making sure to be thorough with my mouth.
"After breakfast we're bringing you to the physician. No queens are allowed to die on my watch." He chuckled and I shake my head as I begin getting ready.
"At least one of us is happy this morning." I grumble. I tug a white tunic on over my head and pull on some black pants.
Fenrys comes behind me wrapping his arms around my waist kissing my neck. He chuckles slightly and begins playing with my hair.
"You're fine darling, probably a stomach bug." I pout and look down at my stomach poking it slightly.
"Yeah, a stomach bug that makes me bloat." He chuckles louder this time and nuzzles his cheek against mine.
"We'll get some medicine from the doc and-" a sharp knock sounded from my door. I leave Fenrys' arms and a black haired head poked through.
"King Asterin Crochan Blackbeak Havilliard is that you?" I chastise and he chuckles.
"You have quite a few visitors Queen Levana Whitethorn Ashryver Moonbeam Galathynius." I chuckle this time and hug my friend. "What is that smell?" He asks looking at me. I glare at Fenrys.
"Probably eggs. I've been having bouts of nausea lately, you probably smell this mornings outburst. I was actually just about to see the physician."
He chuckled and wrapped his arm around my shoulders Fenrys glowering at him. I walk down to the main foyer of the palace and scream as I see my parents.
"My baby!" Mom cried hugging me. I sob hugging her back. My dad joins the group soon all of my family and friends are hugging me. I see a gleam of olive skin and golden hair.
"Auntie Yrene?" I ask. The crowd dissipates around me and she hugs me personally.
"Yes dear?" I smile as she began playing with my hair.
"I was to see the physician about a bout of stomach sickness but since you're here..." She gave me a hearty laugh and tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear.
"Bring me to your chambers." She shook her head smiling.
"You all know where to sleep." I smile to my guests. "I will see you all dinner time. Make yourselves at home." I grab the healer's hands as Fenrys and I begin to lead her to my rooms. I open the door and she points to my bed.
"Now, tell me your symptoms. How long have you been feeling this way?" I take a breath and her and Fenrys sit beside me. The latter taking my hand.
"Every third or second morning for the past month I've been waking up feeling nauseous, and end up puking." She hmm's and lifts up my tunic.
She lays her hand on my stomach and pokes around slightly. Her fingers begin to glow gold and I shiver slightly. She pulls it away smiling.
"So doc, what's the prognosis?" Fenrys asked.
She chuckled and pulled my shirt down standing up. "Certainly not stomach sickness." We look at her then each other.
"Have you not smelled it? I thought Fae had heightened smell?" We nod slowly as we look back at her.
"Well darlings, prepare yourselves, if you can't smell this how will you ever take care of your babe?" Fenrys stills his thumb rubbing over my knuckles.
"Our babe?" He asks his grip tightening on my hand. "As in?" He paused and looked to me a large smile on his face. He hugged me tight and I slowly wrapped my arms around his shoulders.
"I'll leave you two alone. You can choose when to tell everyone, I promise I won't." She opened the door to leave and looked back to me. "I'll start making you a tonic to help with your morning sickness." I nod slowly to her. She closes the door and Fenrys gets off me. I sit up and hug myself.
"What if I'm not a good mother?" Fenrys lets out a low snarl and grabbed my face making me look into his eyes.
"Any child, even someone else's would be lucky to have you as a mother. Never forget that." I close my eyes a tear shedding. He kisses it away sighing.
"Let's get you dressed for dinner. Will you tell everyone or will I?" He asked gently. I could sense his excitement.

Fenrys' Point of View
Yrene chuckled and pulled Levana's shirt down standing up. "Certainly not stomach sickness." We look at her then each other.
"Have you not smelled it? I thought Fae had heightened smell?" We nod slowly as we look back at her.
"Well darlings, prepare yourselves, if you can't smell this how will you ever take care of your babe?" I still my thumb from rubbing over Levana's knuckles.
"Our babe?" I ask my grip tightening on her hand. "As in?" I pause and look to her a large smile on my face. I hugged her tight and she slowly wrapped her arms around my shoulders. How could she not be as over the moon as I was about this?
"I'll leave you two alone. You can choose when to tell everyone, I promise I won't." She opened the door to leave and looked back to Levana. "I'll start making you a tonic to help with your morning sickness." Levana gave Yrene a slow nod. Yrene closes the door and I get off Levana. She sits up and hugs herself.
"What if I'm not a good mother?" My stomach turned at those words. I grabbed her face and let out a low snarl looking her in the eyes.
"Any child, even someone else's would be lucky to have you as a mother. Never forget that." She closes her eyes a tear shedding. I kiss it away sighing.
"Let's get you dressed for dinner. Will you tell everyone or will I?" I ask gently. She nods slowly standing.
"I will." She began searching her armoire for a gown. "I think I'm ok." She shook her head laying a hand on her stomach. "You'd think I'd feel it." She laughed slightly picking out a yellow gown.
"You've never had a chance to feel it before. Don't blame yourself love." I nod and kiss her gently.
"You're right. You're totally right." She slowly strips off and puts on the gown. She turns to me moving her hair letting me zip it. She messes with her hair at her mirror and lays it around her shoulders curled.
"Ready?" I ask. She nods slowly taking a deep breath. We walk out into the hall a stream of people behind us. We walk into the great hall, Levana taking the throne like chair at the head of the table. I took her right, her mother her left.
"Will everyone please be seated? She asked. Everyone did as she asked watching her intently.
"As of late I have been feeling majorly under the weather." I smile up at her holding her hand.
"That's a severe under statement love." I joked. She gave me a playful glare and then looked down the table again.
"I asked Lady Westfall, the second Lady Westfall," she clarified a few people laughing. "To come see what I had wrong instead of haulin ass all the way across Orynth for a physician." They laughed again. She squeezed my hand twice and I squeezed back four times.
She looked at me and blinked once. It was the code I used to help her mother through Maeve. "What she told me was wrong shocked me. I am not having a bout of stomach sickness. I am having a babe." She said the last sentence fairly quickly a few people looking at her strangely.
Her mother one of them.
"A what?" She asked looking around at the table. Levana took a deep breath and sighed.
"A babe." She spoke, slower this time, more gentle. Whoever didn't hear her the first time certainly heard her now. A few gasps echoed down the table until someone screamed.
"Levana!" It was Avery. She jumped out of her seat and hugged her friend. Levana let out a slight chuckle.
"She's around a month I suspect from what she told me when her symptoms began." Avery sat down bouncing slightly. The rest of her family and friends stood to hug her. Rowan grabbed me by the back of my shirt and pulled me out of my chair forcing me to look at him his teeth bared.
"Congrats." He spoke and hugged me. Levana watched wide eyed then laughed.
I loved this family.
