Chapter 2

The thing took you to her house. You never made much talk, come to think of it, you hadn't made much talk since you fell into that dark hole.
"Not much a talker, human?" Toriel asks you. You shook your head, wanting to go home. Toriel laughed and you burst into tears. Toriel looks at you.
"What is it, human?" She asks you with sympathy in her eyes. You didn't want to talk, you thought it wasn't worth it. You blink away tears from your E/C eyes.
Toriel knew you weren't going to tell her, so she kept on walking. "Follow human. There are some brothers who go human hunting. If the oldest sees you, he'll think your a human, even though he's never seen one before. The youngest won't care." She states calmly.
You nod and get up, following her. After an hour if walking, you both stumble upon a dark forest. "Human, you must venture forth by yourself now." Toriel says. You turn to plead, but she was gone.
You heard something behind you, but you weren't sure what it was. You decided to walk, you did want to explore this place. But you were easily frightened, and this place wasn't helping none.
As you walk, you feel eyes on you. You turned a couple times, but no one was there.
You spot a bridge ahead, and sigh a sigh of relief. You go to step on the old bridge when someone grabs your shirt collar from behind. "Is that how you greet pals? Turn around and shake my hand." A male voice says.
You slowly turn, afraid it might be a hideous monster like Flowey. You were surprised to see that it wasn't a monster. It was a short boy, with a white skull like face and he had no nose with a hoodie and shorts on.
He held out his hand, looking impatiently into your eyes. "Well, ya gonna take it or what?" He sounded annoyed. You took it, and his hand was cold and boney.
About 30 seconds pass, and he was now smiling crazily at you. You didn't know why until you looked down. You were still holding his hand.
"Oh God! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to!" Your quickly let go, jumping back. Your face was as red as a tomato. You fell your butt, still blushing.
The boy, who to you looked around 18, was now laughing his head off. He finally stopped, catching his breath and standing up. "I'm Sans. You are?" He tilts his head to a side. You looked away, not wanting to tell him.
"Y/N." You reply quietly.
"Like puns?" Sans asks you. It was his turn to blush. His cheeks tinted a light blue, which you thought was cute.
"I wouldn't want to fib- ula to you. Yes, I do." You winked at him, causing him to blush more and chuckle.
"Welk, I have a skele-ton more." He grins. You giggled lightly, which made him smile more.
"Ok, ok. I have more. Knock knock?" You couldn't help yourself. You missed talking to people who cared about you. Did he?
"Who's there?" Sans grins evilly. You didn't know if your joke was going to be funny.
"Spell." You reply. He obviously knew what was coming because his face read 'oh, I see.'
"Spell who?" He tried to hold in a laugh, but his skull was turning red.
"W- H- O." There it went. You both start laughing uncontrollably. After a while, you both stop slowly, catching your breaths.
"Where'd ya learn that, kid?" Sans broke the silence. You stop smiling, remembering your mom. She taught you everything. She was the only one who cared. The only one who tried to care.
You slowly feel yourself about to cry. 'No! Not now! Not in front of Sans!' You beg yourself. Too late. By the time you tell yourself don't cry, the tears were already rolling down your cheeks.
"Y/N? Why ya cryin'?" You could barely hear Sans. You tried to stop, but your mind was telling you no. That after all these years of not crying, let it out now. All of it.
You felt someone rub your back, but you didn't care. "Shh. Your alright now. What ever happened up there, must have been horrible to make you cry," he stopped. You looked at him, following his gaze on your arm. You cut up arm. ", must've been pretty messed up to make you hurt yourself." He finishes, rubbing his bony fingers on your cit arm.
"My life wasn't always this bad." You tell him. You hear him sigh.
"I gotta go, kid. See ya." Sans says. You closed your eyes, open them, and he was gone. He didn't care, you thought. He never cared from the start. He's just acting like it. He didn't care the first time he laid eyes on me.

How was it? Yay! My next chapter will be soon, I promise!
