Sans' POV
I quietly sat on the edge of the fountain as students walked by, talking, on their way to their lockers or classrooms, or studying, as I quietly read a book. I sat alone since my brother, Papyrus, had to help one of his teachers with something, but I'm not sure of what he is doing. We came to school a bit early for Papyrus to help the teacher, so I was reading a book to pass the time, but I was also waiting for someone special to arrive. Considering I arrived earlier than usual, it wasn't a surprise that they weren't here yet.
"H-h-hi S-Sans!" I hear a sweet voice greet me, making something in me thump.
My head immediately shot up as I saw a very familiar small figure run up to me from a distance and waved to me. Frisk. She wore the usual school uniform for the girls that consisted of a white long sleeved blouse with the ends having blue and purple colored stripes and a blue and purple striped collar, a purple bow around her collar, a blue skirt that barely reaches below her knees, black knee high socks with a single purple stripe near the top, and black shoes.
I watched as she ran up to me, some locks of her perfect chocolate brown hair fly to her face with a small purple bow on her hair, and her beautiful hazel brown eyes sparkled in delight while her face began to form a light blush. I can feel the thumping in my chest go faster with each step she took as she continued to come closer to me. Once she finally came over to me, she sat down beside me as she smiles sheepishly.
"Good morning S-Sans." She quietly greets me again.
"Mornin' sweetheart." I smile down at her as I lightly kissed her forehead.
She blushes a darker shade of red as she fiddles with her fingers and focuses her gaze to her lap. I chuckled softly. Oh how adorable her shy nature was. Just makes you want to embrace her tightly and protect her from anyone.
"I see your wearing the ribbon I gave you." I say.
Her hand flew to the ribbon that rested atop her head. "M-mhmm! Its a v-very pretty b-bow. Th-th-thank y-you." She smiled shyly. "A-anyways, your here rather early t-today." She says.
"Pap had to help one of the teachers with something, so we had to come to school earlier than usual." I reply. "So I decided to wait for you here by the fountain. I've been reading a book to pass by."
"O-oh I'm sorry. Were you waiting l-long?" She quickly bows down her head.
"Of course not, sweetheart." I pull her close to me as I hugged her. "Besides, I would have waited for you, even if the bell rang."
She let out a small squeak as I pulled her close to me. But she snuggled up to me as her face was blushing such a bright red color.
"Y-you d-don't have to, y-you know..?" She stutters.
"I know." I grin, placing her chin in between my index finger and thumb, making her look up at me. "But I will."
I brought her face close to mine before I closed the space between us by pressing my teeth against her soft lips. I can feel her tense up as her face is practically cherry red, as if it could get any redder. She did however began to melt into the kiss as she she shyly and hesitantly kissed back. Once we pulled away she instantly covered her face with her hands.
"S-S-S-Sans! Were i-in p-p-public! Everyone c-can see us!" She shakily says.
"Let them see." I pull her back into a hug. "Everyone needs to know that your mine and only mine."
"I-I-I'm s-sorry. I-I'm just a l-l-l-little s-shy..." She nuzzles her face on my chest, hiding it.
"Your too cute for your own good." I kiss her forehead again.
"W-w-well we better g-get g-going!" She sheepishly rubs the back of her neck. "The bell might r-ring and class might s-s-start soon. I s-still h-have to pass b-by my locker." She laughs nervously, her cheeks still blushing red.
(Shy Frisk is adorable Frisk X3)
"Heh. Alright my little red cherry." I pat her head before grabbing her hand, intertwining our fingers, as I pulled her up. "We better get going if you want to get to class on time."
I picked up my backpack and flung it over my shoulder as we began to walk towards the lockers, hand in hand. But as we walked, many students would wave and greet my precious little cherry while she had a shy smile plastered on her sweet face as she would give anyone who greeted her a small wave. I on the other hand felt irritated. I sent quick glares to anyone who as so much gave her a quick glace, causing for their heads to instantly turn away.
'She's mine...'
I wrapped an arm around her shoulders and pulled her close to me as she looks up at me and smiles lightly. Eventually we reached her locker and she begins to gather her things.
"Hey Sans?" Frisk says as she closes her locker.
"What is it, sweetheart?" I asked.
"I have C-Computer Technologies f-f-for m-my first s-subject, and since o-o-our Physical Education t-teacher is absent today w-were have computer replace it." She twiddles with her fingers. "A-a-a-and s-since the computer room's a-air conditioner g-gets really cold, I was wondering i-i-if I... I c-c-could b-b-borrow your j-jacket a-again..?" She hesitantly asks.
"Of course, sweetheart." I grin.
I set my bag down for a second and unzipped my blue jacket. Once I took it of, Frisk sets her own bag down and I places the jacket over her shoulders. While I grabbed my backpack again, she slips her arms through the sleeves of her jacket and gladly hugs it close to her.
"Th-thank y-you." She thanks me, cheeks once again flushed red.
"There's my adorable red cherry." I cup her cheeks and kissed her cheek.
"Am I r-really that r-red..?" She hides her face in my jacket in embarrassment.
"Don't be ashamed, sweetheart. Its cute how easily you get flustered." I say, my grin widening.
Soon the echo of the school bell rang through the many hallways of the school.
"Looks like were going to be late if we don't get a move on." I say as my left eye socket glowed a cyan blue and surround the bag in the same blue color, lifting it up the the human. "I'll walk you to the computer lab."
She shook her head. "I-its sweet of you, but I can walk t-to class o-on m-my own. I wouldn't want f-f-for you t-to be late because of me."
"Are ya sure? I would mind being late." I say.
"Its fine." She smiles her sweet smile. She scans the area for a quick second. "But c-c-c-can I get a q-q-quick k-kiss..?"
"Anything for you my sweet little cherry." I say before planting a quick kiss on her lips. "I'll see you at recess by the fountain, alright sweetheart?"
(Does anyone else still have recess at this age??? Because my school has. I'm in grade 10 btw :3)
"O-o-o-okay... Bye S-Sans..!" She bids me before she turns to her heels and runs to the other direction towards the computer lab, covering her face with her books.
·~·~·~·~·~
Now came the most uneventful part of the day, the class lessons.
Being in class and listening to a teacher talk does get pretty boring after a while, especially if your not interested in the topic. I let out a quiet yawn, so I wouldn't grab the teachers attention.
Soon enough I let my mind wander. My thoughts drifted to my dear sweet loving Frisk. I wonder what my sweet cherry is doing right now? No matter where I go, she always enters my thoughts. God I loved so everything about her.
Her soft smooth silky chocolate brown hair was beautiful with its sweet cinnamon sent, her big hazel brow eyes that sparkled with so much determination, her luscious pink lips always tasted like delicious chocolate, but ironically today they tasted of sweet cherries. Her dazzling smile sent shivers down my spine, her laugh is sweet sounding and always make my knees go weak, her shy and gentle nature was charming, and her innocents make you want to just shower her with hugs and kisses, everything about her was so precious. The list could go on and on.
She was perfect.
But because of how perfect she was, I couldn't blame other for being interested in her. However I don't take kindly to those people.
Because she's mine.
And only mine.
No one else can have her.
Being separated from her during class was always horrible. I always fear that some guy will try to flirt with her while I'm not around or some sick fuck will harm my delicate little cherry.
I was pulled back into reality when the bell rang, signaling that class ends. Since this was our second second period, this meant that it was finally time for recess. I can finally see my sweet cherry.
I get out of class as fast as I could so I could meet Frisk over by the fountain. When I arrived by the fountain however, I did see my precious little cherry sitting on the edge of the fountain...
... but she was talking to someone.
I stopped dead on my track as I watched her talk to the guy, something inside me began to burn. I see the guy beside her say something I couldn't understand, which made Frisk smile and laugh a little. My hands ball up into a tight fist as I feel my left eye flicker from its normal white to a cyan blue. Seeing someone else make Frisk smile at them caused for rage and anger swell up inside me.
'Her smile belongs only to me.'
I inhaled deep breaths as I tried to calm my flickering eye socket, putting on a casual expression. I then walked over to them both. When I was close enough, Frisk notices me and stops the conversation as she stands up and runs over to me. Once she's in front of me, she hugs me happily while I accept her with open arms, hugging her back.
"H-hey S-Sans..! What t-t-took you so l-long?" She asks.
"Sorry for the wait, sweetheart." I apologize, kissing her forehead.
I look behind Frisk to see the guy, who was earlier talking to my sweet cherry, eyes widen as his body tenses up. I narrowed my eye sockets at him, making him avert his gaze away from me.
"I was talking to Jeffry while you weren't here. H-he's a nice g-g-guy and has been great company." She smiles, making my hate for him increase.
"That's... good to hear." I shrugged.
"I'm gonna say good by to him before we head over and eat." She then lets go of the hug.
She runs back to that 'Jeffry' guy and bowed. He nervously rubs the back of his head as he notices me continuing to send glares towards him, before Frisk's runs back to me.
'I'll deal with him later...'
As she hugs my arm, a smile formed on my face and we walk around to find a peaceful place to sit and eat. Frisk always enjoyed eating out under one of the school's trees, she always found it more calming. Hey if she was happy, I won't complain. Soon enough we found a nice quiet place to eat under one of the school trees. There weren't many students, aside from the occasional students that would pass by or the other students that would actually sit around the area to eat their own food.
Frisk happily pulled me towards the tree and we both sat down next to each other. I normally don't eat during recess time, I just love spending my time with my sweet cherry. Frisk opened her backpack and ruffled through her things until she brought out a small container containing something that looks like pie and a fork. She opens the container as the smell of cinnamon and butterscotch filled the air. She used her fork to cut a piece of the pie and brought it to my face.
"Try s-some." She nervously smiles.
I stared at the fork that held the piece of pie before I took a bite.
"What d-do you think..?" She anxiously asks.
"Its delicious, sweetheart." I say in between my chewing.
"R-r-really..?" She sighs in relief. "I was w-worried y-you wouldn't like it."
"How come?" I asked, swallowing it.
"B-b-because its homemade. I m-m-m-made it m-myself." She smiles a little proudly. "A cinnamon butterscotch pie."
"Well its sweet and delicious. You don't have to worry." I assure her. "Actually, I'd like another bite."
She smiles brightly as she gives me another piece of pie. She shyly leans her head on my shoulder and takes a bite of her own pie.
"I feel like I p-put to much b-butterscotch..." She frowns.
"Awww don't be like that. Its makes the pie sweeter, and you know how I have a secret sweet tooth." I wrap an arm around her shoulder. "That's probably why I like you, my sweet little cherry." I lightly pecked her forehead.
She smiled lightly, her face flushed a light pink.
"Oh..! Thank you f-for letting me borrow y-your jacket." She thanks me.
She was about to take i off her when I stopped her.
"Keep it. You can give it back to me by the end of the day."
"O-oh... okay." She wraps the jacket around her again.
We sat in silence for a while as my thought wandered to the guy who was talking to my sweet cherry. My hands balled up again and my eye sockets blackened.
Frisk notices my grim expression as she tugs on the sleeve of my shirt.
"Sans..? Are you alright..?" She questions, her voice filled with worry.
I was quiet.
"Sans..?"
"That guy..." I said. "I don't like the way he looks at you."
"Is that all?" She smiles. "You d-don't have to w-w-worry about him."
I was silent again.
"Sans."
I feel her warm hand touch my cheekbone as I gazed down at her, her face filled with seriousness.
"You know that I like you and only you." She says, firmly. "R-r-r-r-right..?"
I sigh. "Of course I do, sweetheart... I just can't help it sometimes. ya know..?"
She suddenly gives me a light kiss in my cheekbone as flashes me a reassuring smile, her face burning a bright red.
"I-I-I l-love y-you, alright..?" She shyly says.
I smile. "Thanks sweetheart. I love you too." I kiss her cheek.
Eventually the school bell rang again, signalling the end of break time. We both stood up once Frisk finished packing her things back in her bag.
"I'll s-see you later Sans." She says, before heading to her own class.
I wave to her, a grin plastered across my face, until she's out of sight. Once I couldn't see her, I feel my grin turn wicked and wider as my eye sockets turn pitch black.
'I'll just take a quick detour to have a 'chat' with someone. I'm sure the teacher wouldn't mind me being a little late.'
·~·~·~·~·~
As my left eye socket blazed a bright cyan blue, I quietly hummed a tune as the blue haze surrounded the laying body in front of me. I brought the body close to me as I removed the many sharp bones that pierced through its body, blood dripping from each individual bone I picked out. Once I was finished, I made the bones disappear and made the body float, using my magic, behind me as I lead it somewhere else, blood trailing from behind.
"Ya sure have a lot of blood in ya. Just can't make my job any easier can ya?" I casually say, looking behind me. "Now I have to clean up your mess. Look at all the blood your spilling, even got some on my uniform. Good thing I brought a spare change of clothes."
No response.
"Heh. Keep that up and your gonna loss all the blood in ya. Wouldn't want to leave ya bone dry." I chuckle darkly.
Still no response.
"At least you weren't as loud as the other I've had to... dealt with. Did struggle a lot however."
...
"Hey bud, don't take it personal." I say, looking back in front of me. "But if you mess with what's mine, the word 'mercy' becomes nonexistent to me." My wicked grin came back.
"And I don't appreciate how you were looking at MY sweet cherry."
Finally I made it to the incinerator near the back of the school. Now one was around, so this will be simple and easy. Why do we even have this thing around?
Oh well. Makes my job a lot easier.
I calmly tossed him inside before I closed it shut. I pressed the button and watched as the flames inside began to burn. I quickly spun around and started to head towards the mop and bucket of water I had prepared.
'Time to get to work.'
~~~Time Skip to Lunch :3~~~
"Hey trash bag!" I hear someone shout.
I stopped in my tracks as I let out a quiet growl. I was looking for my sweet cherry, I don't have time to talk to anyone.
I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around and groaned.
"What do you want, kid?" I say to Chara.
"As much as I hate to see your face. I need you to do something for me." She crosses her arms.
"That depends. What do you want from me? I'm kinda busy." I lightly glare at her.
She shuffled through her pocket before she brings out a pen and hands it over to me.
"I borrowed Frisk's pen the other day and I kept forgetting to give it back. And since you two are..." She gags. "... close. I thought you could give it back to her."
"... fine. Only because it belongs to Frisk." I say, grabbing the pen.
"Whatever." She rolls her eyes as she then walked away.
I shove the pen in my pocket while I continued my search for Frisk.
"H-h-hey..! Give th-that b-back..!" A sweet voice cried. "P-p-p-please! That m-means a lot t-t-to me..!"
"Frisk.?!" I call out.
"Sorry little lady~ Not until you give us our homework you promised you'd do." An unfamiliar voice says.
"I-I... I a-accidentally l-l-left it at home..." Her voice sounded sorrowful and was filled with regret.
I followed the voices as I finally found Frisk around a corner with two other students I was not familiar with.
"Psh. Your lucky its not due till tomorrow." The other guy says. "But I think we should keep this until we get what you promised."
That's when I noticed the first guy holding something, Frisk's ribbon.
"Please... d-d-don't t-take that... it v-v-very s-s-special to m-me..." She pleads.
I watched as the two guys laughed at her. She looked to be on the verge of tears as she bit her bottom lip, trying desperately to hold them back as I noticed her legs were shaking a little bit.
Rage quickly built up inside me as my left eye socket blazed a bright cyan blue.
'No one, I mean NO ONE, makes my sweet cherry cry. Unless their asking for their death sentence.'
I snapped my fingers as I instantly teleported behind Frisk, placing a hand on her shoulder.
"Afternoon sweetheart." I say, pulling her close to my chest.
"S-S-Sans..?"
"Are these guys giving my sweet cherry a hard time?" I say, eyeing the two boys, who were staring at me with horror.
"H-hey look man, we don't want any trouble!" The first guy says tossing the purple ribbon towards me as I caught it with my magic.
"Y-ya! We just-"
"Shut up or I'll rip your head of your shoulders, break every single bone in your body one by one, skin you alive, and makes sure no one finds your body ever again." I grin widely as I chuckled darkly.
"And that's no exaggeration." As I say that, I surround their necks in a blue hue and began to apply pressure around it and lifted them a little bit up in the air.
I see them trembling hardly as their breaths began to quicken. But I felt a warm hand touch my cheekbone, stopping me from pushing it any further. As I gazed down to the beautiful human, her hazel brown eyes filled with concern, as she shook her head.
"Are ya sure, sweetheart?" I ask.
She slowly nods her head.
I hesitantly look back at them and let them go. They began to catch their breaths as I sent deadly glares towards them.
"Consider this a warning fellas." I say. "But I won't be as considering next time. Now scram!"
With out question, they immediately stood up and ran away.
"What the hell was that?!" I say once they disappeared.
"I- I just-"
"What were you thinking?!" I angrily say.
"I just want to help them..." She mumbles, looking to the ground as she shifts her feet uncomfortable.
Then I noticed a single year fall to the tip of her shoes.
"I-I just wa-wanted t-to help th-them..." She quietly sobs.
My expression softened as I hugged her protectively. She hugs back.
"You kindness truly is strong for you to help them." I say. "I'm sorry for yelling at you, sweetheart..." I whisper.
"Its o-okay... b-b-but it was stupid of m-m-m-me t-t-to forget..." She whispers back.
"Don't you dare say that!" I make her look up at me. "You are anything but stupid. Its those assholes fault, they were dumb enough to think to ask you for help when they don't deserve help from you." I say. "And I'll make sure they never bother you again. I'm gonna have a talk with them."
"Sans no!" She exclaims, eyes wide. "You might end up fighting them like you've had in the past!" She grips onto my shirt. "I don't want you to get into trouble again..."
"But sweethe-"
"No Sans." She firmly says. "If you got into because of me... I-I-I d-don't know wh-what I-" She sniffed.
"... alright." I say, hugging her once again. "Just please stop crying. You'll stain that pretty face of yours." I say as I wiped away her tears.
"Th-thank you..." She smiles.
"... I have to go somewhere." I say as we pulled away.
"H-huh? Where are you going..?" She asks, suspicious.
"I... I forgot to submit my laboratory report for Biology." I excuse. "The due date was yesterday, wasn't it? I kinda forgot. Heh." I rub the back of my skull.
She shook her head, smiling. "Y-you bonehead. You should h-have p-past it yesterday. But that lab report w-w-was difficult."
"Go ahead and save us a tree, kay?" I lightly kiss her forehead. "I'll be there as soon as possible."
"O-okay." She smiles warmly before she walks away.
I'm sorry, my little cherry.
A lie must be made, for your protection.
Now I can show those two what happens when they mess with you.
And I will personally teach them what happens.
·~·~·~·~·~
"Your insane!" The first guy exclaims in horror.
"Heh. Thanks kid." I calmly say, my grin widening.
I see him stare back and fort between his friend that laid down lifeless on the ground in a pool of his own blood and at the knife I held in one of my hands. His eyes were filled with anger and terror as beads of sweat rolled down his pale looking face. I chuckled darkly.
"I could have just as easily killed you with a quick hit of one on my bones or a blast from my gaster blaster." I grin menacingly as I twirled the knife in my hand.
My left eye socket began to blaze a bright cyan blue.
"But you bothered my sweet cherry." I snapped my finger, summoning a bone and hit the sleeve of his shirt, pinning him against the wall.
"You made her upset." Another bone flew, hitting his other sleeve.
"You made her cry." Bone pinned one of the legs of his pants.
"You hurt her." I pinned the other part of this legs.
The rage inside me boiling up as my eye socket's blue haze flicker from blue to red, to blue to red, until the two colors mixed together, now glowing a lilac purple color while my right was now glowing a blood red color. I slowly and carefully approached him, knife clutched to my hand as the guy struggled to break free. When he noticed the color in my eye sockets and the angry yet gleeful expression on my face once I stood right in front of him, he stiffens. When I came to him however, his hand managed to reach me as he hit me right on the top of my skull.
Being unprepared, I stumbled backwards a little as I felt a small sting of pain. Then something began to slowly slide down my skull. I reached out to touch it and looked at my hand. Blood.
I chuckled evily as I regained my composure. I lightly pressed the cold hard metal blade against his neck as I brought my face close to his ear.
"Nice try, kiddo. But I've been through worst." I say, raising the knife up in the air.
"Now are you ready to have a bad time?"
I swung the knife down before he could scream, killing him.
"Get dunked on."
·~·~·~·~·~
"Sans! Oh my what happened to you?!" Frisk worriedly ran up to me as soon as she sees me.
"What's the matter, sweetheart?" I ask as she came up to me.
"What's the matter?! You have a crack on your skull!" She carefully lays her hand on the crack. "Are you alright? What happened?" She rapidly asks, panicking slightly.
"I guess I should have listened to your advice, huh?" I chuckled nervously, rubbing the back of my head. "Hey, at least those two guys won't bother you anymore."
"Sans..." She sighed in defeat, hugging me. "Y-your really reckless sometimes..." She squeezed me tightly. "I told y-y-you not to get into any f-fights."
"I know sweetheart." I embrace her. "But when anyone messes with my sweet cherry, their just asking for their death sentence."
She tip toed and kissed the top of my forehead, right where the crack was.
"Pl-please try not to get into any fights..." She requests.
"I'll try." I smile down at her. "Now shall we have lunch?"
She smiled. "Of course."
We held hands, intertwining our fingers as we began our walk towards the trees.
Third Person POV
As they walked towards one of the many trees that Frisk had chosen to sit under, she smiled up at the skeleton. He smiled back, unknowing that she had only force the smile. Not knowing that she had seen the small red stain he had tried to hide under his black neck tie. She loved the skeleton. Even if he never told her what he had done with the two boys. She didn't need to ask. She had known his secret for a while. He on the other hand didn't know. She didn't like what he was doing, but she was too afraid to confront him. Besides, she loved him. So she kept quiet about it.
She will say his innocent little cherry.
