At first, Fell want's to know the universe they're in, but the moment when he saw the waterfall, he thought of this:

Fell!Sans: Wait, so everyone is in the Anime World? Specifically the World of the Kantai Collection? Wow... Alphys, Undyne and Ralph really liked that anime....

Fell!Sans went to the Lab to go into the Kantai World, and he jumps in (don't worry, he already has battleship parts)
When he goes out to the other side, he looks at himself in awe

Fell!Sans: Wow! I look awesome!

He looks for The 5 People that got here first, when he finds them though, he is shocked to learn that Ralph had turned into a Aircraft Carrier and also an Admiral

Fell!Sans: Wow.... So he's the Admiral and an Aircraft Carrier? No wonder they liked the anime....

Sans noticed Fell!Sans and went to him and greeted:
