(Some fluff and smut maybe...)

Sanemi dragged Giyuu all the way to his favourite place. It was very calm and silent. No one was there, just the two Hashiras. A lot of cherry blossom trees were there too. Sanemi used to come to this place usually with Kanae. They would sit under a cherry blossom tree, she would sing and Sanemi would rest on her lap and relax. After her death, he had stopped coming. But now that he found someone whom he loved, he couldn't hold back but come back to this beautiful place again.

"Why did you bring me here, Shinazugawa-San?"
Asked Giyuu, totally clueless.

Sanemi exhaled softly and blushed.

He put both his hands on Giyuu's shoulders and took a deep breath in.

This is the time I tell him! This is the time I confess to Giyuu...
Sanemi thought as he closed his eyes.

"Giyuu...Giyuu I- I wanted to tell you a s-secret..."

"W-What secret?"
Asked Giyuu, stuttering a little.

"It's that I..."

Sanemi stopped abruptly, and thought again if it was the right decision.

I... I am confessing to Giyuu...
What will he say? Why do I feel so uneasy...? It's okay Sanemi... Calm down. You can do it! YES! I shouldn't mess this up.... Afterall, I love him and I just simply have to admit it...No matter what he says, I don't think I am doing anything wrong this time...

Sanemi opened his eyes and looked determined as he shouted out loudly-

"IT'S THAT I LOVE YOU GIYUU!"

A strong wind blew and the cherry blossom petals flew towards the sky. Sanemi's white hair moved a bit and the sunlight glowed on his face, complimenting his features. Giyuu's front hair moved too, revealing his full face which was all red.

'badump! badump!'

Giyuu's heart started racing and his legs started to shiver from what he had just heard.

W-what did he just... I don't believe...
There- there's no way this is .......real.

'drip!'
Blood starts dripping down Giyuu's nose and he immediately wipes it off.

He stares at Sanemi who was blushing a bright shade of red too.

Giyuu couldn't process anything. He didn't know what to reply to that, he was out of words.

"What...did you just say?"
Giyuu mumbled silently.

"I said I Love you!"
Sanemi replied.

Giyuu eyes widen. But soon enough, his gaze softened and he hugged Sanemi immediately, as he exhaled softly.

"I-I also have a secret to t-tell..."
Giyuu blushed as he inhaled.

"W-What is it?"
Asked Sanemi.

"It's that I have always loved you..."

Shinobu went to her Estate and the others made their way to their Estates too. No one bothered to know where the Wind and Water Hashira had gone. Infact, they didn't even know that they went somewhere.

'It's that I have always loved you...'

This sentence echoed in Sanemi's mind.

"Shinazugawa-San, I fell in love with you during the mission... I don't know when you fell in love with me, but you know? I am happy that my feelings are returned... This- this feels like a dream!"

After hearing what Giyuu just said, Sanemi's eyebrows would have raised, if he had them, of course.

Giyuu smiled softly, even though Sanemi couldn't see it. He hugged him tightly because he didn't want to let go of the taller Hashira's embrace.

Sanemi hugged him back, and began-

"I fell in love with you during the mission too..."

They let go of each other slowly.

"Shinazugawa-San..."

"Hmm?"

"You said that you bet that day will never come..."
Giyuu said silently.

"What day?"
Asked Sanemi.

"The day I smile..."

Said Giyuu as he smiled softly at Sanemi.

H-his smile... It's... It's pretty, very pretty..

Thought Sanemi.

Giyuu stood on his toes so that he was taller and reached Sanemi's level of height.

Sanemi seemed puzzled and didn't know what was going on until...

Giyuu planted a soft, gentle kiss on his cheek.

They both blushed hard, unimaginably hard.

As Giyuu's soft lips touched his skin, Sanemi felt like he was in heaven.

He always thought that Giyuu would never love him back. But to his surprise, he even got a kiss from him!

Sanemi never imagined that things would turn this way, as before the mission, he thought of Giyuu as a nobody. They were sent on a mission together to be friends, but it turned out into something else...

"You're adorable, Giyuu..."
Said Sanemi as he locked his eyes with Giyuu.

Giyuu blushed slightly and dug his head onto Sanemi chest silently, he looked embarrassed.

"T...Thank you!"
He replied.

Sanemi held Giyuu's chin with his finger, and smiled at him.

He looked at Giyuu in such a way, as if he was asking him for permission.

Giyuu slowly nodded and smiled back.

Sanemi pulled Giyuu's body towards him, and leaned closer. Giyuu could feel Sanemi's soft breath falling on his skin. Giyuu came closer to him too, his cheeks turning pink.

"Shinazuga-"

Giyuu didn't get to complete, Sanemi gently pressed his lips together with Giyuu's.

Giyuu, having no idea how to kiss, parted his lips slowly, allowing Sanemi's tongue to get inside.

Sanemi slipped his tongue inside Giyuu's mouth and kissed him passionately.

His lips and his mouth... i-it's so soft!

Sanemi thought as he played with Giyuu's tongue inside.

Giyuu tried to copy what Sanemi did and he gently kissed him back. He had never kissed anyone in his life before. Sanemi was his first kiss.
Their tongues battled inside the mouth and they had started panting.

"Haa...haa... Shinazugawa~ s-san!"
Giyuu muttered in the middle of the kissing.

Sanemi pulled away, breaking the kiss, allowing both of them to breath a little.

They both breathed heavily, and Sanemi began,

"Call me Sanemi..."

Sanemi smiled softly at the shorter Hashira's face.

Giyuu smiled back, as if to say 'Okay...'

"Giyuu... Will you love me back?"

Asked Sanemi and Giyuu replied,

"I will love you always!"

THEY FINALLY CONFESSED!!!
Damn... 😳 Never thought I would be writing such things... But I hope you liked this one...
Atleast I did the confession part which was stressing me!!!!
I feel relieved now.
