Fifteen days passed by like a fresh gush of wind. The harsh summer was slowly coming to an end as it was the next month now.

Giyuu had been visiting Sanemi every single morning, talking to him about his day... Or just being next to him.

Sometimes, even Obanai, Mitsuri and Rengoku would visit him, spending time with him as they talked.

The weather was way more pleasant now as the autumn season brought a fresh new start to everyone's lives.

Sanemi was healing up eventually, his bandages being removed now. He was completely alright, but Shinobu felt he had to stay there for a few more days until he recovered 'completely'.
She advised him to stay in the Butterfly Mansion for six more days.

Time passed by so swiftly, he didn't even notice.

It was the fifth day today.

After having his breakfast, Sanemi was getting really bored.

"Kocho, can I go out for a walk or something...?"

"I suggest you do that the day after tomorrow..."
She smiled at him.

"Ugh, I'm bored..."
He fell back on the bed.

I'm feeling weaker laying in the bed like this... Ugh! I wish Tomioka was here right now...

"Shinazugawa-San!"
Giyuu walked in just then.

"Sorry I was late!"
He sat by him.

"I brought ohagi for you..."
He smiled at him sweetly.

"Really?"
Sanemi sat up.

Giyuu handed him the box he had in his hand.

"I made them by myself... I really hope you like it."
He smiled.

Sanemi smiled back as he took one.
"That's amazing, Tomioka! I love them!"

Giyuu chuckled.
"I'm glad you do..."

That's when the door opened.
It was Mitsuri and Obanai.

"Kyaa!!! Shinazugawa-San, Tomioka-San! Cute!"
She squealed.

"How are you guys?"

"I'm feeling better, thanks."
Sanemi said.

"I'm doing good, what about you?"
Giyuu asked.

"All good! Just Iguro-San's throat's been hurting since the past few days... So we're here to get a medicine from Kocho-San!"

"I see..."

"You alright, Shinazugawa?"
Obanai asked.

"Yeah..."

The two went to Shinobu.

"Kocho-San!"
Mitsuri called out.

Shinobu gasped softly.
"Kanroji-San... And Iguro-San? What a pleasant surprise!"

"Hehehe! Iguro-San's throat is hurting all of a sudden, and I was coming to see you, that's when we decided to pay you a visit together!"

"I see... What happened, Iguro-San?"
Shinobu asked.

"It hurts when I try to speak for some reason..."

"Huh? Have you been taking icy cold foods or drinks?"

Iguro shook his head.
"I don't like them anyways..."

Shinobu tilted her head to the side.
"Ah! Got it, follow me, Iguro-San!"

Iguro followed her into a separate room.

"Be careful here, there are some sharp blades on that table..."
She said as she looked through cabinents.

"You should've said that earlier..."

Shinobu turned, only to find Iguro with a bleeding finger.

"Oh my!"
She quickly got a bandage, tying up his cut.

Iguro noticed how close her face was to his. But he didn't bother to say anything.

Until she looked up to meet his gaze.
"Be more careful, Iguro-San..."

"O-Okay..."
He nodded, backing away very slowly.

Shinobu paused, backing up too.

"HI GUYS!"
Mitsuri ran inside.

"Careful!"
Shinobu warned.

"Eh? Why?"

"You see that table over there..."
Shinobu pointed to the table.

"Ooh! This one?"
Mitsuri leaned closer.

"Ow! My finger..."

"...You weren't supposed to touch it..."
Shinobu sighed, putting a bandage over her bleeding cut as well.

"Kyaa!! Kocho-San, you're so caring!!!"
Mitsuri blushed.

Shinobu blushed a little too.

"J-Just wait... I'll get the medicine..."

"..."

"Found it!"
Shinobu stepped closer to Iguro, handing him the medicine.

"Take it every night before going to bed, for five days, if it still doesn't heal... Try taking it for a week... It should help!"
She smiled softly.

"Thank you, Kocho..."
Iguro sighed, walking out of the room.

Mitsuri followed him, as Shinobu slowly closed the door of that room.

"So, Kanroji-San,.why did you want to see me?"
Shinobu asked.

"Because I missed you!"

"A-Ah! I see..."
Shinobu blushed slightly.

Iguro sighed, feeling left out.

"...And, I'm glad to see both of you today!"

Mitsuri pulled Iguro closer, surprising him.

Shinobu laughed heartily.

"You guys want some tea?"

"Yes please!!!"
Mitsuri smiled wide.

"I'll just rest and sit with you..."
Iguro replied.

"Great! Let's go!"
Shinobu clapped her hands, smiling sweetly as the two followed her.

As Giyuu and Sanemi talked, Giyuu tried to bring his memory back.

"I hugged you very tightly, that day..."
He said.

"Really?"
Sanemi asked.

"Yes..."
Giyuu replied.

Shinazugawa-San... Why don't you remember? Just how do I bring that memory back?
Giyuu sighed softly.

"So... Tomioka, since I'm completely fine now... I guess I'll be going on walks with you from tomorrow... Just how we used to..."
Sanemi smiled, squeezing Giyuu's hand gently.

Giyuu gasped softly.
"R-Really...?"

"Uh huh..."
Sanemi nodded.

Giyuu hugged him tightly.
"I'm... I'm so excited!"

He pulled away, bubbling up with joy.

Sanemi stared at Giyuu's happy face, his own heart overwhelming with joy.

Ah... How much I want to see you smiling like this, Tomioka...
Sanemi smiled, staring into Giyuu's beautiful eyes, the way they sparkle up when he's happy,
Like stars in the night sky.

I just hope you never hide yourself from me when you're sad... It is so unfair...
Sanemi's gaze turned serious.

You brighten up my day with your smile, and don't let me be by your side when you're crying...

It's unfair...

"Shinazugawa-San?"

Sanemi snapped back to reality, looking at Giyuu and smiling again.
"Sorry, I was just spacing out... So... We'll meet again tomorrow?"

A small smile played on Giyuu's lips.

"I will be looking forward to it."
He said.

Sanemi smiled back, his heart racing.

I don't know why, Tomioka...

But all of a sudden, I feel an urge... to just, tell you everything... You mean so much to me!

And, I think it's time...
