Having a crush on someone is easy, isn't it?

Hell no! And especially when you suddenly become a socially awkward creature when he's around and he's the crush of almost all the female population of your college and if that wasn't enough, he doesn't even cares that you are his roommate's best friend.

I'm Sanyukta Agrawal, a third year engineering student. Wait, that was boring, Heya I'm Sanyukta Agrawal, a stupid, hyper girl who doesn't knows how to behave in front of her crush and keeps on embarrassing herself in front of him all the time. Yeah,  this one is precise.

Being Parth Kashyap's best friend since childhood was never something I was proud of until we entered college and my dumbo best friend became the roommate of Randhir Singh Shekhawat, the heartthrob of our college.

Randhir became Parth's roommate and I thought it was going to be my advantage and I was one point ahead of all the girls but was I wrong?  That guy talks to every damn girl in the college except me!

I don't know why but forget about talking, he even avoids an eye contact with me. Whenever I visit their dorm,  he leaves immediately. The reason is unknown to me but I surely know that he hates me.

" Moti. " I heard my best friend's irritating voice and put my head down.

" Kya hua? " Parth asked and I heard a chair being pulled.

"Mat pooch yaar. " I mumbled keeping my head on the desk with my eyes closed.

"Bad day? " He asked keeping his head on my back.

"Achha kb hota h. Yaar kutta palo,  billi palo,  galatfehmi bhi paal lo pr kbhi crush na palo, bdi takleef hoti h. " I whined and heard him chuckle.

"You have a crush? " This question made me open my eyes instantly, actually not the question but the voice of the person. This was probably the first time Randhir was talking to me.

I immediately looked up to find him standing in front of me with a frown on his face.

" Answer him Sanyukta. " I heard Parth's voice and looked at him. Answer him? What did he asked?  Damn, in my surprise I totally forgot what he asked me.

"Um, what? " I asked them,  embarrassing myself as usual.

"Do you have a crush? " Randhir asked and I gulped. Is he actually talking to me or am I dreaming?  Most probably I fell asleep on this library's desk and now I'm dreaming.

I smiled at my dream causing his frown to deepen.

"Sanyuktaaaaa" Parth jerked me causing me to jump in my chair. I was about to fall but held the table on time.

"What the hell yaar Parth?" I asked him annoyed.

He leaned towards me and whispered near my ear. "You're not dreaming dumb head,  stop smiling like a freak." My eyes widened at his words and I immediately cleared my throat and looked at Randhir who was looking at Parth with disapproval.

"I,  um,  I do have a crush. " I told him and he looked at me again with a blank face.

"And mind you he is the biggest jerk in the world. " Parth added. I glared at him but that jerk just smirked.

"Um, *clears throat* okay. " And with this simple okay,  he left.

I hit Parth on his arm and he busted into laughter. That jerk!

"Tu kaha h yaar Parth?  Kb se baithi hoon mai yaha pagalon jaise, tu pichle 1 ghnte se 5 minute kr ra h, tere 5 minute kb khtm honge? " I asked Parth on phone. He asked me to meet him in this cafe and didn't come yet.

"5 minute aur bas,  aa gya." He said and cut the call. I groaned and banged my head on the table. I hate waiting and this guy's making me wait for an hour now.

"Sanyukta? " I heard this voice and looked up immediately to find Randhir standing in front of me.

"Randhir? " I felt my cheeks heating up.

"You here? " He asked looking around.

"I'm, um,  I'm waiting for Parth,  he called me here. " I told him smiling nervously.

"Me too. " He said scratching his nape. Then it hit me,  Parth isn't going to come, he was fixing my meeting with Randhir instead. Damn, I didn't knew that jerk thought about me this much. Chill okay,  anyways you are going to embarrass yourself! My stupid conscience rolled it's eyes on me.

"Um, you can sit down,  if you want to. " I told him and he gave me a nod before sitting down on the chair in front of me. I cleared my throat and he did the same.

"You wanna have something? " He asked ne after a long pause.

" I've ordered a coffee. " I told and he nodded.

"What 'bout you? " I asked him.

"Nothing, I'm good. " He shifted uncomfortably in his seat. Do I make him uncomfortable? He's going to hate me even more now. I'm going to kill Parth.

"So,  um, any progress with your crush? " He asked looking here and there. Can't he just look at me?  Am I not even worth his glance?

"Zero. I know there's no chance and I'm planning on moving on. " I said looking at him and he finally looked at me.

"Okay. " he forced a smile.

"Ma'am your coffee. " the waiter placed the cup on the table.

"Thank you." I thanked him with a smile and he left.

"So are you willing to wait any longer? I think he's not coming. " I told him looking at my coffee.

"I think I'd like to wait some more. " He replied. I just shrugged and started drinking my coffee after offering him which he politely declined, surprising isn't it?

I finished my coffee but the silence was still there si I finally decided to break it by leaving myself. I can't make it any more awkward. I'm giving up!

"So I'll leave now,  I know he's not coming. " I told him and got up to leave.

"Sanyukta,  just a minute. " He said and I sat down.

"Um,  actually it wasn't Parth who wanted to talk. " He said looking down and my eyes widened.

Does it means he wanted to talk?

"Then? " I asked him stupidity.

"Actually Sanyukta, this is something I wanted to tell you since a very long time  since the first time I saw you in my dorm, helping Parth in arranging his stuff. " He said looking at me.

"What is it Randhir? " I asked him,  my heart beat was racing.

"Actually, I don't know what it is but I'm sure there's something, I kinda like you. " He said scratching his nape and I felt dizzy. Wtf!

" Don't take me wrong Sanyukta but I've been feeling this way and I didn't knew what to do about it so I decided to ignore you but that day when I got to know that you have a crush, I felt really bad and decided to confess my feelings, that's why I asked Parth to call you here. Sanyukta I'm not sure what it is but I really want to know you,  be around you. So will you come to the farewell party with me as my date? " He asked and I couldn't breathe anymore, omggggg he's asking me out!!!  He feels the same way for me!!!  I can't believe this!!!

"Of course I'll come with you, omg I can't believe this!" I exclaimed and he grinned.

"Abey Moti uth" I felt a jerk and my head got banged on the table.

"Ouch. " I pulled my head up and looked in front to find Parth standing there with a frown on his face.

"So gyi thi tu? " He asked sitting in front of me. But Randhir was sitting there,  where is he?  I looked around for him but he was nowhere.

" Tu kb aaya? " I asked him rubbing my forehead.

"Jb tu sapne mei omg kr ri thi. " He replied chuckling.

I held my head in my hand and closed my eyes,  I was dreaming, no way! But it was so real! Damn it!

"Kya hua?" I heard Parth asking who was taking a sip of my coffee.

"Tere jaise dost ho to sirf zindagi jhand hi ho skti h. " I told him and got up from the chair. He frowned but I stuck my tongue out and left the cafe.

I so wish my dream becomes reality but I know it's too good to be true. I shook my head and took a step ahead but my ankle twisted. I closed my eyes and was about to fall when someone caught my hand.

On opening my eyes I saw him, Randhir.

"You okay Sanyukta? " He asked in concern.

"Yeah." I told him getting out of his grip.

"Um,  Sanyukta do you mind a coffee with me? " He asked scratching his nape and my mouth hung open. No way!

I don't know where did it came from 😂😂😂 I have no idea why I wrote this😂😂😂

But I've done it and now you have  read it 😂😂😂
