Unstable (Prt 2)
It had been a week since Deceits encounter with the core sides, well, mainly Roman. He hadn't left his room since. Thoughts of what the creative side had said running through his mind.
Unstable.
He wasn't unstable... was he? They've only ever had two cases of a side being unstable and Deceit never behave like that, did he?
Deceits friends would come and make sure he was alive, their friendship(s) were confined so that the others wouldn't develop the label "unstable" as well and make matters worse.
Anxiety would bring him food, but wouldn't stick around long... maybe inflict a conversation or two but not much.
Remy was the one who mainly tried to get Deceit out of his "funk" and not the good kind. He sat and talked with him, telling him that people were just assholes. He brought him peppermint mochas and board games. They had a great time together, only if everyone could see this side of Deceit.
"Dee, don't listen to him. You're clearly not unstable, and it takes Logan's jurisdiction to determine someone unstable, it hasn't come to that."
Deceit smiled at that thought but Anxiety just had to be there to bud in on the thought. The Anxious sides grumbled and grossed his arms.
"Oh come on Remy, don't be so optimistic. You know that it'll eventually come to that. The core sides will eventually begin to think that the rumors are true and put Dee on trial, we all know it!"
It was like Anxiety was reading Deceits mind, though, he was the embodiment of Anxiety. Deceit just groaned, laying back on his bed. Everything had been overwhelming him, he had tried so hard all his life to avoid being the odd one out, but that's exactly what happened the minute his job came to mind. Literally.
"Excuse me Sir but how can you give Dee your defeatists attitude right now!?"
As Remy and Virgil continued to fight, Deceit just wallowed in his own self pitty. He felt as if he could throw up.
"What is wrong with you Virgil!" Of course they were fighting, they were never too close anyway and neither of them was too close to Dee, but each of them was some how closer than the other was in their own way.
"I don't lean on any one! I don't need any one! And If you have a problem with that then fine bitch, see ya never!" As Virgil walked out the door he flipped off Remy and slammed the door, giving the sleepy side no chance to fix his fault.
And there it was, Deceit had finally let everything go.
After Virgil left the room, Deceit stood from his bed and ran to the bath room that was attached to his room, letting everything that he held in go. <If you're confused... he vomited.>
"Oh honey, that is not okay." The usual sassy and coffee induced side still had coffee coursing through his veins but was less sassy than usual lately, if anything he was either serious, angry, sad or sassy... kneeled next to Deceit and rubbed his back.
This was so unlike him, Remy hated anything gross. It made him gag, which he was probably doing right now but Deceit couldn't hear anything over the sound of his own vomit.
It took a few minutes but eventually Deceit stopped vomiting and sat back into Remy's arms, a little breathless. "T-Thank you, Re..."
The Sleep(less)y Side perked up. "For what?"
Deceit took a moment to breath before responding. "For being here..." Remy just smiled and nodded, taking his friend and laying back on the bathroom floor. Knowing all too well that they both needed some rest but for different reasons.
They slept that way until they heard "Logan needs to see Deceit in the meeting room right away." on the loud speaker. Well, there was no avoiding his undeniable and horrid fate now.
Deceit tried his best to stand without falling over, but being dizzy didn't help at all. Deceit had stumbled and fell back onto the wall, waking Remy in the process.
Remy gasped and stood upon seeing Deceits appearance. "Dee, you look horrible. Are you feeling okay?"
The typically lying side shook his head and tried to continue out of the bathroom but falling onto Remy instead. Said side giggled a little at the way his friend stumbled, helping him out he asked: "Where are you going when your puking let alone hardly walk."
Deceit just huffed and pointed to the door, motioning that he needed out of the room. "Logan wants to see me."
Shit...
To Be Continued:
If you don't understand what's happening, here's an explanation of how everyone works. If you get it, you don't have to read this.
Situation with "The Core Sides": So basically they are looked greatly upon by all the sides for having overall control of Thomas. They don't really have "over all control" they just make up who Thomas is and effect what his choices are. So, "Overall control".
Deceit, Anxiety, and Remy. (In my mind "The Loner Sides")Hate the Core Sides due to the sides shoving them to the side (XD) for being "different"
Now, this whole scenerio takes place in Thomas' mind, which means that there are several more sides... more than you and I are aware of. (So many that they they can pack a Cafeteria)
And Logan, he's like the headmaster of the place or the "brain" so he orders everyone around and all that shit, I'm still working out the kinks but you get it I hope...
