I Can't Decide-No Ship
The song in this is I Can't Decide by Scissor Sisters, sorry if this is kind of inconsistent. Speaking of songs, please listen to Twenty One Pilot's new song Level Of Concern, it's really good.
Warning: Low-key torture, mentions of killing, swearing, and Remus
Virgil went back to his old room, the one in the Dark Side of the Mind. He can't face the others, not now, and Virgil doesn't know if he'll ever be able to face Thomas again after the look the host gave him.
'Stupid, stupid, stupid!' Were the only words looping in Virgil's head, he should've never confessed that he was once a "Dark Side," as Roman has called them. The appearance of two specific sides made Virgil realize it was a mistake coming back here.
"Virgil, I'm absolutely thrilled that you're back. What's the matter?" Deceit mockingly asked when he saw the guarded and scared look on Virgil's face, "Didn't think your sudden appearance back here would've gone unnoticed, did you?"
"Told ya I'd get him to crack, now he's spilled his biggest secret like a condom leaking semen!" Remus cackled, Deceit rolled his eyes.
"Yes, yes, horrible job Remus," Deceit dismisses, "You do remember we informed you of the consequences shouldn't you return?" Virgil shivered and backed way as Deceit was inching closer, he did remember, they had stuck to him since he left. Virgil tried to leave, but he couldn't, Deceit was blocking him. Now Virgil was backed up against the wall with nowhere to go, Deceit seemed to tower over him menacingly.
"Remus, we don't require a different room." Deceit spoke to a grinning Remus who managed to hang himself by his own intestines and had blood spilling out of his open torso, Remus snapped his fingers and they were in a dungeon-like room. The blood was gone and Remus was fully healed, but Virgil found himself chained to the wall. It was obvious that pulling on the chains wouldn't do any good, but Virgil still tried, then he tried to duck out and into Thomas's living room, but Deceit was blocking him.
"It's not easy having yourself a good time," Deceit calmly began, "Greasing up those bets and betters, watching out they don't four-letter." Deceit's speaking about the Light Sides now.
"Fuck and kiss you both at the same time." Remus interjected, and Virgil opened his mouth to object, but Deceit shut it and continued.
"Smells like something I've forgotten, curled up died and now it's rotten." Deceit referred to Virgil's relationship with him and Remus, "I'm not a gangster tonight, don't wanna be a bad guy."
'Too late for that.' Virgil thought to himself, glaring at Deceit.
"I'm just a loner baby, and now you've gotten in my way." Deceit put his gloved hand to his chin as if he was pondering something.
"I can't decide whether you should live or die," he held both his hands out from his sides a bit, as if weighing something.
"Oh, you'll probably go to heaven, please don't hang your head and cry." Deceit lifted Virgil's drooped head by his chin with two fingers, but abruptly pulled away and Virgil's head went back down.
"No wonder why my heart feels dead inside." Deceit says, blaming Virgil, who's had just about enough of this.
"It's cold and hard and petrified." Virgil spat out, Deceit glared at him.
"Lock the doors and close the blinds, we're going for a ride." Remus summoned his vast knife collection and began sharpening them one by one.
"It's a bitch convincing people to like you," Deceit told Virgil, "If I stop now call me a quitter."
"If lies were cats you'd be a litter." Virgil snapped at Deceit, who ignored it.
"Pleasing everyone isn't like you." Deceit says, as if he knew Virgil, who Virgil is now.
"Dancing jigs until I'm crippled, slug ten drinks I won't get pickled" Remus cut in, Deceit held his hand up, silently telling Remus to shut his mouth.
"I've got to hand it to you, you've played by all the same rules. It takes the truth to fool me, and now you've made me angry." Deceit sneered at Virgil.
"I can't decide whether you should live or die," Deceit made a gesture with his hands as if he was weighing possible outcomes.
"Oh, you'll probably go to heaven, please don't hang your head and cry." Deceit lifted Virgil's drooped head by his chin with two fingers, but abruptly pulled away and Virgil's head went back down then shot back up.
"No wonder why my heart feels dead inside." Deceit says, blaming Virgil, who's trying to gain some ground.
"It's cold and hard and petrified." Virgil spat out again, Deceit glared at him.
"Lock the doors and close the blinds, we're going for a ride." Remus approached with a knife in hand and paced in front of Virgil.
"Oh, I could throw you in the lake, or feed you poisoned birthday cake. I won't deny I'm gonna miss you when you're gone. Oh, I could bury you alive, but you might crawl out with a knife and kill me when I'm sleeping." Remus listed, terrifying Virgil with each sentence.
"That's why I can't decide whether you should live or die," Deceit made the same weighing gesture.
"Oh, you'll probably go to heaven, please don't hang your head and cry." Deceit lifted Virgil's drooped head by his chin with two fingers, but abruptly pulled away and Virgil's head went back down and shot back up, keeping his eyes on Deceit.
"No wonder why my heart feels dead inside." Deceit says, blaming Virgil for a third time.
"It's cold and hard and petrified." Virgil spat out, Deceit glared at him.
"Lock the doors and close the blinds, we're going for a ride."

They didn't just want to damage Virgil physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Remus summoned figments of the Light Sides and tortured them after he was done carving things into Virgil, who stayed curled against the wall the whole time. He knows they're not real, he knows Patton, Logan, and Roman were safe in the Light Side of the Mind, but the screams were so real. Virgil covered his ears with his hoodie sleeves, but nothing could block out the sound. He felt as if they were screaming at him, he doesn't like people screaming at him.
The screams finally stopped and Virgil uncovered his ears, tears still streaming down his face. He flinched when Deceit's hand started to gently pet his hair, then it moved down to caress Virgil's cheek. Then Deceit patted Virgil's cheek forcefully, but not hard enough to sting or feel sore.
"Now, Virgil, you be a good boy and stay here." Deceit says, walking away, "We won't be back soon."
"When they find me, find what you did to me, you guys will be in trouble." Virgil's voice was deep and echoed, he wasn't just anxious though, Virgil was terrified. The statement got both Deceit and Remus to laugh.
"They totally will find you down here, you're too far in. The Light Sides would always venture this far into the Dark Side of the Mind without certain...hmm, let's not call them consequences." Deceit smirks, "But they do affect you because you weren't one of us once. We were a family." Virgil scoffed at the words, he knows what a real family is like, and whatever they were here wasn't it.
"Family? Family?! Families don't torture one another. I was your little errand boy, Remus was your fuck-buddy, and you were a malevolent king. We were a lot of things, but family wasn't one of them." Virgil spat, his voice was still a low, growling echo, but he tried to cover up his fear with anger. Deceit saw right through it, he smiled cruelly at Virgil's fear and made his exit.
"Don't fret, we will take a while. So long -" Deceit shut the door with a loud clang "- Paranoia." The name echoed in Virgil's head, he tried to push it away.
He's not Paranoia.
He's not Paranoia.
He's not Paranoia. ̷̩̽

So, I'm sorry if this is bad, this is my attempt of dong something around a song, I'm warning you that there will be more. Again, the song is I Can't Decide by Scissor Sisters and I love it. This is also another pitiful attempt at trying to write angst. I got nothing else to add...Well, have a good day/night!
Love you all~
