Sorry, it's short.
'You are invited to the Mud Bogging Event of the Year!'
Virgil looked at the invitation utterly confused. As far as he knew none of the sides had ever shown interest in mud bogging so why would they be getting mail about it. Still, he had never gone to a mud bogging event so he might as well. He traveled into the town in the mind that Roman had created. It acted just like a regular town strangely enough. He'd never really gone out into the town so he got slightly lost on his way but did eventually find the muddy field with monster trucks lined up covered in mud splashed ruining whatever paint job they once had. Virgil shifted his way through the crowd so he could watch the next truck drive recklessly through the deep mud. The truck got stuck in the mud and its wheels splashed the mud up behind it. Virgil's eyes widened when he took in the state of the driver. Their head was thrown back in genuine laughter and a smile that was too familiar for Virgil. The black-rimmed glasses confirmed his fear. Driving the dangerous death machine sat Virgil's boyfriend, Patton. Virgil could only helplessly stare in distress as Patton continued to kick up mud with his truck, eventually pulling out of the mud. Virgil ran to where Patton was climbing out of his huge truck and tackled him into a hug.
"V-Virgil?" Patton stuttered. He slowly wrapped his arms around Virgil's waist to greet him back.
"That's so dangerous." Virgil sniffed into his boyfriend's shoulder. Patton patted him back calmly.
"Its fine Virgil really. It's just a bit of fun." Patton explained. He carefully pulled his boyfriend away to look at him. "I'm always careful."
"but... What if you get hurt?" Virgil whimpered.
"Trust me, Virgil. It's safe. You can try it and see for yourself." Patton suggested. He opened the truck door and let Virgil slide into the front seat. Patton climbed in the other side and showed Virgil how to start the truck. Virgil barely drove a foot forward before stopping.
"Nope. Nope. I'm out." Virgil cried in panic. He got out of the truck and sighed in relief. Patton came up to him and kissed him lightly.
"At least you tried," Patton said happily, "that's what counts!"
"How often do you come out here to do this?"
"Often. Do you never see the mail?"
