The thing about Anxiety and Logic is that, the two are always kept awake due to their traits relentlessness, For Logan, it was an overwhelming need to work, to complete, to study, to learn. While for Virgil, it was a constant feeling of worry, fear, and a feeling one would akin to dread. They often kept each other company on their shared sleepless nights, in Logan's room, obviously due to the damaging effects of staying in Virgil's room long term.

Their relationship started out incredibly platonic, their nights spent where Virgil was upside down hanging half off the bed, the top tuffs of his hair making contact with the, almost black, deep blue carpet, and Logan sitting in his desk chair, with his laptop either on the desk in front of him, when he is truly engrossed in his work, or on his lap if he's turned to face Virgil, due to whatever conversation currently peaked their interest, it was mainly space, or any other existential esc things that the two of them could never share with the others for fear of them not being able to handle it.

It just took one day, for it to stop being that pleasantly platonic. Virgil had said something that made the incredibly rare sight of Logan laughing be visible, and it just made Virgil laugh in return. It wasn't a laugh that the others would hear, it was just small chuckles which were attempted to be silenced by them biting their lips, this, of course, didn't help.

Once the two actually stopped laughing, they both went to make what was supposed to be a quick glance towards each other, turned into them both staring in a mix of confusion and intrigue, the pair of deep purple and deep blue eyes not breaking contact for what felt like an hour, but in reality, it was only about a minute, if even that. Normally this level of eye contact for a longer period of time would make Virgil feel anxious, nervous or worried, but, this time was just different.

What brought them out of it, was actually Logan's realization of what was actually happening, within his own mind and apparently inside Virgil's, his eyes widened as he noticed the one crucial detail that made his mind finally click to the realization. His own heartbeat quickened, his palms had a slight hint of moisture, one that definitely had not been there beforehand. He felt a rush of adrenaline and... serotonin, seemingly pass through him, and that's when he noticed it, Virgil's pupils were extremely dilated. It was obvious that he wasn't under the influence of anything else that would cause this physical and irrepressible response, other than...

Logan cleared his throat "A-Anyways." he mumbled, averting his eyes back to his computer screen, which lay in his lap, his hands resting on the keys but remaining perfectly still for a few moments, before they slowly closed into fists, he bit his lip, his whole train of thought had become horribly maladjusted. Everytime he continued to try to work, his thoughts would always drift to Virgil, who now, was sitting correctly on the edge of the bed, looking at his phone, nothing particular on his phone, it was more like he was now trying to avoid eye contact at all costs at this moment, the faintest hint of pink placed upon his cheeks, this was mostly hidden by his foundation, but, it was just barely visible enough for Logan to notice it. "Um... Lo, I'm.... I'm just... g-gonna...." The anxious trait mumbled as he stood, making his way to the door.

Logan for once, spoke without thinking, that alone shot a feeling of 'Right-but-wrong' through him. "You do not have leave if you do not wish Virgil." He spoke, his voice maintaining a calm collectiveness despite his own mind going haywire with all of the questions that rang out through his subconscious, asking if he was just seeing and feeling things that were false, or if he truly saw Virgil's eyes dilate when they made direct eye contact, had his heart rate truly increased? Was it just a false sense of emotion that he misinterpreted due to him not knowing about emotions in really any form? No. It wasn't, Logan concluded. He had researched the effects of 'Being in love' when he thought he felt something similar happen with Patton, but this was not the case...

"I well... um... I think... I... i just..." Virgil stumbled pathetically over his words, trying to think of some kind of excuse to leave so that he could go scream into one of his black pillows and possibly cry. Most likely cry as well... Whether it be out of, confusion, joy or some form of sadness due to the confusion, that was to be determined. Now Virgil obviously had not researched at all about the symptoms of being in love, like Logan had, but he did know quite a bit, because of Roman and Patton's constant descriptions of how they felt or what it should feel like. Roman, being Roman and putting way to much description into it, while Patton only offered very simple 'You'll know' and 'It'll just feel right and good!' so, they were not that incredibly helpful, as the pure bare facts of the body's instinctual response to, figuratively, falling in love. As Virgil took a minute letting small fragments of sentences escape his mouth, only to die off before he fully finished his thought, Logan set his laptop onto the desk, and stood. "Virgil." He said, keeping that calm tone as before, only slightly louder and with a certain sharpness that sent a chill up Virgil's spine, making him go dead silent. Logan slowly walked over to the darker trait. There was a colliding sense of silence between them, both having mixed feelings of if this silence was comfortable and nice, or awkward and needed to end.

"I believe both of us have reached the same conclusion, at relatively, if not the exact, same time... You're eyes were dilated, while, my heart rate increased significantly... Both natural responses to, catering romantic feelings towards another" He spoke, the sudden sharpness was no longer there, making Virgil's once tense shoulders now relax ever so slightly. Virgil looked down towards the floor, biting his lip in thought, of course Logan was right, Logan was always right... Well not always, but more than the others were.

He was brought out of his thoughts when he felt the other sides' thumb underneath his chin, tilting his head upwards ever so slightly so now the two were once again in that moment of blissful eye contact, this wasn't as 'Magical' as one other side would have put it, but the feeling never left them, so it was still very pleasant. Logan's eyes which at times could normally be intimidating, were simply, serene and tranquil, not harsh or agitated as Virgil half expected them to be once the realization would have been reached.

Virgil's eyes were filled with a confusing mix of emotions, ones that Logan could barely make out, and he highly doubt he'd be able to fully, but the one thing he was sure of is that, Virgil's expression more read 'Nervousness' not a hint of detest or loathing, there was a brief moment of hesitation and silent communication. Logan's eyes meeting Virgil's before glancing down to his lips before their gaze moved back up again. Virgil did the same, giving a silent confirmation of what he wanted. The two leaned in slowly, tilting their heads as not to bump noses, or clack teeth as they kissed. The kiss was a surprisingly satisfying experience, the two felt metaphorical shocks flow through them, though it wasn't demanding or rough, rather it was soft and incredibly delightful. The two enjoyed the endearing experience until they had to pull away. "Well..." Logan began as he again cleared his throat. Virgil's nervous expression had now been replaced with one of a gentle smile, though there was a slight hint of a smirk if you looked close enough. "Want another one?" The emo trait asked "That will be more than adequate, yes." The logical trait replied, and so they did, again and again and again.

That day, they didn't leave Logan's room really at all, because that entire day was just a day for them to relax within each others, now non-platonic, company. It was mainly spent with Logan laying on the bed, with Virgil's arms wrapped around his waist, laying his head on his chest, their legs intertwined, staying there in perfectly comfortable silence. As the sun began to set, and their host began to get ready to go to sleep himself, Logan absentmindedly began running his fingers through Virgil's hair, the calming and repetitive motion, made the two, finally, for the first time in almost two weeks, fall into a deep and peaceful sleep.
