Patton slowly sat up in bed, yawning and rubbing his eyes. His head was pounding, the almost blinding sunlight streaming through the window making his eyes squint. "Ow..." He whimpered quietly as he held his arm in front of his face to block the light.

He tried to feel around for his glasses on the little bed-side table, which luckily he found and put on as he turned away from the light. He blinked a few times allowing his eyes to adjust. He took in his surroundings, eyes widening. "This... Isn't my... Bedroom..." He mumbled, glancing around the room with deep blue and black walls, that matched the basic color scheme of the bedsheets.

"Oh my god..." Patton whispered as his mind raced through the millions of possibilities, who did he come home with? Did they hook up? Was he safe with it if he did?!? Oh god oh god- "oh... wait..." He said taking one more glance around the room, realizing where he was calmed him slightly. He was in his roommate's bedroom.

This was both a really good thing and a really bad thing.

First off, it's a good thing because he didn't just go home with some random stranger.

Secondly, it's a bad thing because he's had a crush on Logan for quite some time now.

Thirdly, he's hoping that he didn't try to do anything while he was intoxicated, because Logan is Asexual.

Oh god, he probably just ruined everything between them didn't he?

He shook his head, no they're probably fine, he thought as he got out of the bed. Noticing that he was still in his own clothes, from the previous night made him feel a slight bit more at ease, despite him feeling slightly disgusted with himself.

He quickly went to his room, grabbing a clean set of clothes before going to the bathroom. "Okay, I'm just gonna take a quick shower, change then I can go talk to him.... And I'll think about what I'm gonna say to him, while I'm in the shower. This'll be alright... Right?" He muttered to himself. He took a breath and just got in the shower going along with his plan.

Once he finished getting changed, he walked out to the living room. Logan, who was reading as he was seated at his normal spot on the couch, looked up from his book and over at Patton as he stood in the doorway. "Ah, good..." He checked the time on his watch "Afternoon, Patton. Are you doing alright?" He asked.

no not really cause wtf happened-

"Yeah, just... Headache..." Patton mumbled back as he made his way to the kitchen to get a glass of water. There was silence between them, which just screamed with awkwardness and dread. So, after taking a drink of water, Patton broke the silence with a question. "What.... Um.... What happened last night?"

Logan sighed, "well... Quite a bit, actually." "Okay, I'm sorry, whatever I did or said, I meant none of it I'm so sorry..." Patton quickly babbled out, trying desperately to save himself any embarrassment. "Oh so you don't reciprocate those feelings..." He heard Logan mutter under his breath. "Wait what?"

Logan looked over and shook his head. "I didn't say anything, anyway-" "No, I heard something... And you're a really bad liar, Lo." Logan's face had a slight hint of red now, almost matching Patton's just fainter. "Well.... If you say nothing you said while you were in your rather intoxicated state was truly factual, which I didn't... Really believe it was, it just means that you do not have the... Romantic feelings you said you did for me." Logan explained, partially hoping to over speak so Patton would just get confused and drop it.

But that didn't happen.

Patton understood every. Single. Word.

"I... Um... That's.... That part is true...." He mumbled quietly. "I had a feeling due to intoxication making people lose their filter. And, I... return those feelings..." Logan said smiling at him. Patton tried to keep from squealing as he rushed over and hugged Logan, catching him off guard.

Logan soon enough chuckled and just hugged him back, letting his book be placed on the small dark brown table beside him. "I've been waiting to hear those words for so long!!" Patton squealed. "I'm glad my incredibly confusing feelings are returned." Logan said, as the two pulled away a bit to be face to face with one another.

"So... Is that all... That happened?" Patton asked, as he moved to sit beside Logan so he wasn't in his lap anymore. "No. You said... And... Did... Well tried to do... A lot of things..." Logan explained, his face flushing a bit more. "Wait... Did I try to um...." Patton made a gesture with his hand, while Logan just nodded.

"Oh my goodness, Logan I am so sorry I didn't-"

"It's alright, I promise. But let's try to keep the appearance of overly intoxicated Patton to a minimum, alright?"

Patton nodded "Gotcha!"
