Side Note: I wrote this almost immediately after the new episode. As badass as Logan was, I still managed to find angst for my logic boy.
Other Side note, like a month or two later: Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Whoops. I had this done for awhile and forgot to post it. My bad. In other news. For those who like Remile, and a Lot of angst. Me and a friend have a full story in progress. :) I'll make a new book chapter about it once it's posted as well as an announcement on my profile.

Logan took a deep breath, jotting down what he could remember of the experience, the feeling of the metal just scraping against his skull and feeling the bone crack. Then waking up a few seconds later with nothing wrong. It piqued a morbid curiosity within him. He would never force his experimentation on any of the others, it would be easier with first hand experiences anyways.
Logan knew the sides couldn't die. All of them knew that, their lives were connected to Thomas' so, there was no reason to fear that. These experiments were not due to him wanting to die, he was just curious.
He asked Roman if he could use the imagination for some experiments, and of course, Roman obliged without another question. It wasn't rare for the logical side to use the imagination for tests he couldn't otherwise perform by himself, so there was no reason to question him.
Logic performed his experiments in an organized fashion, he'd choose a weapon, substance, object, scenario etc. that would kill him if he was human, and go through those situations. Once he woke up, he'd write down all that he'd remember feeling and experiencing through these twisted experiments.
The first few he could barely feel the pain, overdosing, he could feel his heart rate slow, his breathing do the same. He looked in the mirror and saw his nails, skin and lips beginning to develop a bluish tinge. And then he was suddenly awake again, on the floor.
Falling from a tall building, he felt the pain for almost three or four seconds as he hit the pavement below him, but then there was nothing. He was awake again. Unscathed.
However, they slowly became more and more painful. Getting run over by a car, being stabbed etc. Anything that did not 'kill' him almost immediately was extremely painful. Being burned was probably the most painful one, along with drinking hydrofluoric acid, and being electrocuted.
The others did not become aware of his experiments until they began to hear gunshots. Several, almost all within seconds of each other, with just a little bit of a break.
Virgil cued into this first, obviously, he flinched the second he heard one. And immediately glanced to where the source was coming from. When he began to hear more, he raced up the stairs to the imagination doors in a panicked sprint. He shoved the door open and was horrified at the sight in front of him.
Logan was holding a gun to his head, splatters of blood cascaded around the room, mainly hitting the floor, though some ended up on the wall. Before Virgil could even get his bearings in order to alert Logan of his presence. Logan shot the gun, his body waving for a moment before hitting the ground hard.
After a couple seconds, Logan's wound healed up, and he sat up rubbing his head. He began to write something down on a little notepad.
"Logan..." Virgil's voice came out as a shaken whisper, he couldn't make it any louder. He was petrified. Logan was so casual about ending his life, presumably over and over. It made him feel so sick to his stomach.
Logan glanced over his shoulder, his eyes widening. "Virgil, I can explain," he murmured calmly. Holding his hand up a bit, to hopefully dissuade Virgil from breaking down into a panic attack. Virgil shook his head however, "What the hell is there to explain! I just saw you shoot yourself! What are you doing?"
Virgil's voice was shaking and jittery. He was horrified at the possible implications of what Logan was doing. Was he trying to kill himself? He knew they couldn't die, did he just want the feeling of it? Why was Logan that upset? What happened? What did He do?
Logan took a deep breath, standing up and walking over to Virgil. "Allow me to explain, I'm alright Virgil. I merely had a morbid curiosity." Virgil felt his heart drop, "A morbid curiosity? You just wanted to know how dying felt??"
Logan paused, debating with himself if Virgil was correct in his assumptions. "Sort of, but it was mostly me wanting to know how each way to die felt. What sensations went along with it." he explained. Virgil slowly shook his head, "Don't do that anymore, please? I don't know what all you've done, but, please... It's... I hate it, I hate thinking of you wanting to feel anything like that, even if you are just curious. Please, just cut it out?"
The look Virgil gave told Logan what Virgil had not put into words. He was scared, scared of Logan enjoying it. He didn't want Logan to continue hurting himself, that would hurt them both, even without Logan meaning to do so. That would be the repercussions of those actions.
Logan nodded, "Alright, Virgil... I will stop these experiments." Virgil gave a small smile in response, holding his hand out for Logan to take, "Let's go watch some space documentaries, or something calming or whatever."
Logan's lips twitched into a small smirk, "Buzzfeed unsolved?" Virgil rolled his eyes, "Fine. But when we watch the supernatural season, do not correct me on whether or not it's a ghost, cause I swear it's a ghost-"
"Virgil, the most probable odds are of the noise not being-"
"Shut up"
"You know I am correct"
"No you're not."
"Sure."
