It was late at night, and all was calm and quiet throughout the mind. Logan and Patton were lying together in bed, enjoying the comfortable silence that surrounded them. Patton's head was resting on Logan's chest, listening to the sound of his heart beat and feeling the rise and fall of his chest as he breathed. Logan was running a hand through Patton's hair, his other arm wrapped tightly around him and holding him close.

Both of them were lost in thoughts about the other, thinking about how lucky they were to have each other. They were both so happy. Logan, although emotions still baffled him, knew he wanted to be with Patton as long as he possibly could. He always enjoyed being with him, whether they were talking and joking, or just sitting together in content silence.

Patton felt the same way. Seeing Logan always put a smile on his face, even now he couldn't stop smiling. He felt so relaxed, laying with him and being held close to him.

After a while of them lying there, Patton began to hum softly. The sound filled up the silent room, at first surprising Logan because of how sudden it was, but he relaxed again as he realized what it was.

He sighed contently, letting his eyes fall shut. His hand that had been running through Patton's hair slowly started to stop. Patton noticed his breathing change as he drifted off, and smiled. He lifted his head off of Logan's chest, leaning up to press a kiss to his cheek.

"Love you, Logan." He mumbled, laying back down and closing his own eyes. He drifted off quickly, still listening to Logan's heartbeat and his steady breathing.

I haven't been writing enough of this ship lately

I kept getting so distracted while writing this that it took me over an hour to get it done and it's not even three hundred words what's wrong with me

Anyways. I am exhausted now so, instead of going to sleep I'm probably gonna end up staying up yet again to read fanfiction or something. I have a lot to catch up on lol.
