Okay, just because I know nothing about sport, this takes place at Hogwarts

Janus didn't know how, but Remus had convinced him to watch the Gryffindor vs Ravenclaw match. Janus, of course, would be rooting for his own House (Gryffindor) like he always did. But usually he liked to avoid Quidditch games. They were too loud and everyone could see his face. Janus really hated his face. He had come into close contact with Fieyn Fire and had paid the price for it. Sighing and starting to climb the many steps to the Gryffindor bleachers, he didn't notice some Hufflepuff girls giggling excitedly over the news that an enchanted Kiss Cam was going to be circling the pitch that game.

Janus was practically cheering himself hoarse as Rose (Captain of the Quidditch Team) scored another goal against Ravenclaw. The score was now 30:20 with Gryffindor just winning. If they wanted to end the game now, they simply had to catch the Snitch. But Quidditch games were never that easy. Janus noticed that an odd Muggle contraption was floating over to him and Remus. Remus had managed to sneak into the Gryffindor bleachers to cheer with his best friend. Janus noticed that the contraption had the words 'Kiss Cam' scrawled at the top and was pointing straight at him and Remus. Janus flushed and quickly turned away, cheering Gryffindor on as Roman blocked anther Quaffle.

The match was 50:60 with Ravenclaw winning when the Kiss Cam came around to Janus and Remus again. Janus told himself that the camera was probably just circling the pitch and that this was coincidence. He turned away again, cheering Gryffindor on. He was not about to kiss his best friend just because some Muggle thing was filming them.

Janus very nearly kissed Remus when the Kiss Cam came around again, just to stop the bloody thing focusing on him. But, he stopped himself. It would make both him and Remus feel very uncomfortable. "If it comes around again, I'll kiss him." Janus decided firmly, doubting that the contraption would focus on them for a fourth time.

He was wrong. The Kiss Cam circled around the pitch again and focused on Remus and Janus, this time not moving from its spot.

"Oh for Merlin's sake!" Janus yelled, grabbing Remus by his robes and pulling him into a kiss. Janus expected Remus to pull away in disgust but instead, Remus melted into the kiss, deepening it too. When Janus pulled back, the camera was gone and he was as red as his school robes. Remus said something that Janus couldn't hear over all the yelling.

"What?!" Janus hollered. Remus tried again. "I can't hear you!" Janus yelled. Remus rolled his eyes and tapped his wrist, signalling that they would talk about it later.

In the end, Gryffindor won and the crowds dispersed. Janus and Remus sat down by the Great Lake.

"So..." Remus started.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so, so, so sorry!" Janus burst out. "It's just, the stupid thing wouldn't stop focusing on us and I was losing my temper and I assumed that if I kissed you, it would go away. I'm sorry!"

"Janus, Janus, calm down. It's fine." Remus laughed. "I honestly don't care. I don't know why the camera kept focusing on us but I'm pretty glad it did because I've been trying to work out how to ask you out for ages. And I was kinda hoping that you would say yes."

Janus laughed slightly. "Well, see you at Hogsmead on Sunday then." He said, winking at Remus and walking away.

"Thanks, Pat." Roman whispered, handing a giggling Patton 5 Galleons. "I think that'll get them together."

"It better." Patton muttered indignantly.

"Couldn't you have focused it on me when I was hovering over the Ravenclaw stands?"

"That wasn't what I was paid for, Kiddo." Patton joked. "Besides, Virgil wasn't there, I checked."

Roman turned a little pink but turned away as he heard the kind of laughter that can only come from being overly excited and happy.

"It's nice to hear my brother be normally happy." Roman thought. "Janus'll treat him right."
