Logicality- smart with math but stupid with love.
All I could think about while I wrote this was logan hitting his feelings with a broom screaming die, so I drew it.
Sorry for bad drawing and writing quality.
Logan was sitting in his on his bed, reading.
His room was What Virgil described as 'minimalist' and roman described it as 'a glorified cupboard with a bed in it.' At any rate, it served its purpose it gave him a place to rest, and it normally gave him privacy.
Normally.
Today however, patton flung himself face first into the space next to logan and groaned.
Logan blushed awkwardly.
Patton stirred feelings inside him that made him— uncomfortable, in the best possible way.
But he was logic, and emotions clouded judgment, so he chose not to feel them.
The butterflies in his stomach that took flight anytime patton smiled were the product of his imagination, nothing more.
Not that he had an imagination, roman or remus was most likely messing with him.
"Logan, help meeeehh"
He'd almost forgotten Patton was there.
"You need another lesson on diction Patton, 'meehhhh' is not a word."
"That's not what I need help with Logie bear."
Logan wasn't blushing, he refused to blush, refused to let patton crawl into his heart.
"There's this... this GUY and he's making me feel... FEELINGS lo. And their wonderful feelings, But... I'm a mess."
Logan nodded, but patton couldn't see because his face was smushed in the bed, adorably.
Not that patton was adorable in any way"It's all in your head."
He said, unsure if he was talking to himself or his friend
"What's that?"
Well, patton heard him, so he'd better explain.
"Emotions are yours to control. If you chose to do so, you can simply chose not to feel them, like I do."
Patton sat up
"Surely you cant mean that."
Logan looked at him "I assure you, I do indeed 'mean that'"
Patton put an arm around Logans shoulder and Logan went tense.
"Logan, listen to me: a wise man once told me that repression of any kind doesn't help."
Logan was dumbstruck
"I told you that"
Patton smiled
"I know. So why when it comes to are you repressing yours?"
Logan considered this.
"I am not repressing them, I am simply electing to ignore them to gain control— oh my I am repressing them."
Patton giggled and pulled logan into a hug.
"Accepting that your feelings exist is a good start logan. Take it from someone who spent most of their life on trying to keep a rein on their feelings: it wont help you. As humans, our heart is among our greatest strengths and we cant afford to lose that."
As logan leaned into the hug, he briefly considered that letting patton into his heart was an excellent idea.
"Well them Patton, follow your heart, go after this mystery guy"
Patton grinned, and logan couldn't deny the butterflies.
"Ok."
And Patton kissed him.
Hope you liked it!!!
