I can't help myself sometimes...

In this Remus and Janus have gone to the 'light sides'! Are staying with them and have left the last side who I'll just call the side either 'Orange Side' or 'he, him, his'.

I guess spoilers if you've not seen the Steven Universe movie kinda... but not the plot just that song....

Warning: Sort of angsty which I can change if you want a part 2, which you'll understand if you read. It has character disappearance I wouldn't say death...

Thomas was asleep, hanging out with his sides.

Virgil was sat in Romans lap, Patton had his head in Janus' lap and Remus had his arms wrapped around Logan's waist.

They were watching a movie, well Roman, Patton and Thomas was, but Virgil was on his phone, Janus was watching Patton with soft eyes and Logan was quietly explaining how they did certain effects for the movie and Remus happily listened.

Frozen was on the tv and Roman would sing along or mime the words, even Remus would join in on the singing - he was still creativity.

Logan would stop talking when Remus would sing and happily listen and once Remus was done he'd plant a kiss on Logan's lips as an apology for cutting him off.

Frozen now finished, Thomas grabbed another movie from the Disney shelf, but Janus said, "not another Disney movie, I can't take the twins singing anymore."

This earned a gentle and playful hit to the chest from Patton who muttered with a smile, "don't talk bad about my sons." And an offended Princey noise from Roman and an offended Duke(y) noise from Remus.

"If you must know Janus, we happen to be wonderful singers!" Roman deafened himself.

Remus waited for a second and glared, "why are you not defending me?!"

"Because then I'd be lying." Roman smirked, earning a large dramatic gasp from Remus.

Logan smiled softly and held Remus close, "I think your voice sounds lovely, dear."

Remus grinned, "thanks Logan!"

Virgil cuddled into Romans chest, "I agree with Logan."

Roman gaped, "did you just betray me?"

"Maybe." Virgil smirked, kissing Romans cheek.

Thomas pulled out E.T. he wondered over and placed it in the DVD player and sat down with the group again.

Janus gently lifted Patton's head and set it on a pillow, which earned a confused look from the others, "I'm just getting some popcorn."

Remus jumped up, "oh, I'll join!"

"Yeah me too." Virgil said getting and kissing Romans lips softly.

The three went to the kitchen and began on the bowls of popcorn and drinks.

"Can you believe months ago we were against them?" Janus asked Remus as he poured a glass of water. He asked Remus in particular because it took a lot for the side in green to like them.

Remus smiled slightly and stood next to him getting a coffee mug, "it doesn't seem real."

Virgil smiled and walked over behind them and placed a hand on their shoulders and leaned in between them, "told you they weren't that bad, didn't I?"

"Oh you tickle me emo. When you first showed up you'd come back crying." Remus smirked.

Janus nodded, "it's true you did. I'd remember, I'd be the one to comfort you most nights."

"Oh shut up." Scoffed Virgil.

"It strengthened our bond though, before you left... I hated seeing either of you upset... it was honestly heart-"

"No seriously Janus..." A voice said from behind them making the three freeze, "shut up."

The three spun around and stared, Janus and Remus dropping the glass of water and coffee mug as it shattered on the floor and the microwaved began beeping signalling the popcorn was ready.

Patton, Logan, Roman and Thomas flinched as they heard the shattering of glass and pot.

Morality was up and ran to the kitchen but froze in the doorway confused, followed by Logan who stared with one eyebrow raised.

"Honestly you two." Roman sighed and pushed in front of them, "what are you-" he saw and froze loosing them ability to speak.

Thomas frowned, "guys?"

But all he got back was loud shouting of, "no, no, no- Thomas don't come- hold on- stay there don't- not safe- woah woah woah- you can't come in right-"

But then there was a laugh that filled the room and what sounded like fingers clicking, the room swirled and now they were in what looked like a dungeon almost, but with not bars and chains, but just plain, cobble walls with no doors or windows.

Thomas stared at the person in front of him. He looked like Thomas - obviously - but had the color combination of orange and black.

Roman, Patton and Logan had gotten in front of Thomas. Virgil was stood in front of Roman, Janus in front of Patton and Remus in front of Logan, the three glaring at the man in orange that stood before them.

"Well, well, well, well, well!" He laughed, "lemme get a look at the menagerie!"

He looked to Virgil and then at Roman, "you must be Roman."

He did the same with Janus and Patton, "you must be Patton."

"And Logan," but then he looked directly at Remus, "The Duke? Wow, he took you in with him, isn't that just swell?" He said sarcastically.

"It can't be..." Virgil gasped.

"Oh, but it can be!" He laughed, "and it is! I got a new style-" he gestured down to himself which obviously meant he looked different back then, "-and a few new toys that are gonna put an end to your happily ever after, once and for all!" He snarled, two more sets of arms growing out from him, his eyes glowing orange as he stared at Thomas.

Virgil and Remus subtly threw Janus a look, who shrugged back helplessly. How was he supposed to know orange guy would come back? It was just a simple and harmless gift... back then...

"Whoa, whoa!" Thomas said, pushing his way in between the group, his hands raised to show he meant not harm, "this has gotta be a misunderstanding!" He said, as Janus desperately tried to bring him back, "in case you haven't heard, there's been an established peace across the-"

"Yeah, yeah, I've heard." He said, waving his hand dismissively, "I've had your little message to the mind on LOOP!" He screeched, punched Thomas in the face so he flew back into a wall.

Thomas groaned and Patton was by his side instantly, "kiddo? Are you ok?!"

"I just love that part, where these sides spends the rest of their days on this nowhere planet with a bunch of nobodies!" He laughed.

Roman moved forward next much to Virgil and Remus' protest and said, "look, calm down..." He reached his hand out to try and keep a distance still.

The orange side smirked and grabbed his wrist, "that's right I heard the story over and over again." He sang, spinning Roman harshly, making him stumble and fall at Virgil's feet.

"Gee, it's swell to finally meet their other friends!" The man sang, appearing behind Logan and grabbing his arm and pulling him up to his face, their noses pressed against each other, "that's right I heard the story, don't really like how it ends." He dropped Logan on his butt.

"Gee, it's swell to finally meet their other friends!" He sang, wrapping three arms around Virgil, Remus and Janus and bringing them together with a smirk and shoved them to the floor.

Logan got up, ready to try and stop him, but with a flick of the orange sides wrists he was against the wall.

"What did he say about me? What did he say?" He asked, summoning three green ninja starts and throwing them at him. Logan ducked at the one that was aimed at his head.

"What did you do without me? What did you do?" He sang, as he summoned Janus' yellow snakes, wrapping them around Patton's wrists.

"Did you play games without me? What did you play?" He sang, sending purple flames around Roman who squeaked.

Thomas watched and looked to Virgil, Remus and Janus who were just staring at the orange man in fear.

"Did you think all this time that I wouldn't find out about you?" He sang angrily, all six of his arms coming out and pointing to the three cowering sides on the floor who left him and never came back. As if they were never to be found out.

Remus plucked up some courage and summoned his mace, swinging it at the side a couple of times who just stepped back, but it did break the hold on Patton and Roman.

Logan, Patton and Roman rushed to Thomas aid as the orange side held up his hand putting up an invisible shield. The mace smashed into it shattering the weapon.

He flicked his wrists sending the three darkly dressed males flying backwards.

Roman was by Virgil instantly, checking him over, Logan now by Remus gently stroking the matted hair out of his eyes and Patton was with Janus, caressing the scales that seemed to be growing.

"That's right I heard the story over and over again," he sang, making Thomas appear in front of him earning glares from the sides, he grabbed his arms and spun around with him, "gee, it's swell to finally meet their other friends!" He sang, letting go of Thomas so he stumbled and fell on the floor in front of his sides with a grunt.

"He's running circles around us!" Janus grunted, putting a quivering Patton behind him.

"I'm rusty, give me a break!" Remus whined, this is the first time he had touched his now broken mace in months and Logan gently placed a hand on his shoulder.

"It really is him, but he can't be serious!" Virgil stared in shock, then glanced at Roman for some form of reassurance but found nothing but fear.

"I think he is serious Virgil!" Janus snarled.

Remus scoffed, "understatement much?!"

"You know him, guys?" Thomas asked, looking to the darkly dressed sides who looked down shamefully, "can you tell me who he is?"

This did not go over well with the orange side who glared darkly, his eyes glowing orange, teeth clenched and his fists clenched, summoning the broken mace and mending it instantly.

At that Virgil shoved Thomas and Roman behind him and Remus did the same with Logan, following the example of Virgil and Janus.

"Who am I? Who am I?" He swaggered you to them, with an intense glare as they backed up, "what are you even saying?"

"I'm the loser of the game you didn't know you were playing!" He smirked, pointing to himself, "let's play another game this time I get to win!" He summoned Romans katana now, dropping the mace.

"Lives on the line-" he sang, stretching his arms, "winner takes all-" he grabbed Roman, Patton, Logan and Thomas, making the darker clothed males gasp.

"Ready or not-" he slammed the four down to the ground, "let's begin!"

He let go and raised Romans katana at Logan, who turned over and gasped. Roman shakily got up, Patton whimpered and Thomas was panting.

Remus got in between the two and blocked the attack with his mace, pushing him back and Virgil and Janus got in front of them again.

Virgil caressed Romans cheek and Janus ran a hand through Patton's hair, keeping Thomas far from the orange man.

The three shared a look and nodded with each other.

"Oh, that's right I heard the story over and over again!" Virgil got up and aimed a punch to his face and missed, then tried again, only for the orange side to click his fingers, making Virgil clamp his hand on his mouth.

Janus glared, that was his thing, "gee, it's swell to finally beat their other friends!" Remus yelled and swung his mace only to be blocked by the katana in the orange sides hands and shoved him back.

"Oh, that's right I heard the story, don't really like how it ends." Janus tried to punch his face but he clicked his fingers, making Janus fly backwards.

Virgil had moved back to the group and managed to remove his hands from his mouth and nodded to the two.

Anxiety summoned his fire, The Duke held up his mace and Deceit summoned his snakes with his eye glowing.

They ran at him, arms and weapons raised and the orange side simply smirked and waited.

"Gee, it's swell to finally beat their other-" they got closer, "other-" the lighter clothed males and host watched in sadness and worry.

The orange side swung Romans katana as they were now practically right in front of him and finished the song.

"Other friends!"

Everything fell silent and everyone stared.

The three were sliced in half at the waist, flying forward almost slowly with shocked looks on their face. Their was no blood, just a dark light and the three puffed away in yellow, green and purple smoke. And nothing was left of them.

After a moment of silence that's when the screams started.

Roman screamed just throat raw, tears streaming down his face staring at the spot his brother and boyfriend had been in.

Logan held out his hands, tears also streaming down his face and screamed out, "NOOO!" As if it'd bring Remus back.

Patton wailed out loudly, tears streaming down his face, lip quivering and his breathing massively uneven.

Thomas just stared, he could hear his heart pounding in his chest and looked to the side he never met before.

The orange side smirked and disappeared, the last thing seen being his orange glowing eyes.
