Logan gazed at the jar of Crofter's in his hand. Oh, how nutrient and delicious it was. It was one of the healthiest jams around, and honestly, he wasn't sure if he could bear to eat it. He just wanted to spread it across only the most golden toast he could find and frame it. The utmost care was all Crofter's deserved, so it was only right that he, Logan, be put in charge of it for the day-

"Time's up, nerd!" Roman swiped the jar out of his hand and threw it up in the air. Logan shrieked, but the prince caught it easily.

"How dare you?! I thought we agreed that I should have it for the entire day!"

Roman rolled his eyes and held out his hand. "Don't get your glasses in a twist."

"That's not- whatever, just give it back!" Logan waited patiently, but Roman used the chance to take off down the hallway, still holding the jar of Crofter's. Cursing, the logical side took pursuit, running past Virgil and Patton.

They saw what was going on and joined the chase.

"I thought we had a schedule," muttered Anxiety.

"I thought we did too," Logan spat through gritted teeth.

Patton merely laughed and sped up, somehow surpassing them both. "Don't worry," he called back, "When I get it, I'll make sure we all share our love equally!"

However, when they finally caught up to Roman, all that was left was an empty jar and a sobbing Prince.
