Third person pov
Patton smiled as he walked in the room. His boyfriend was sat on the sofa, reading a book. Patton walked up to him and flopped into his lap.
"There's nothing to do..."
"The amount of things you could do is an incomprehensible number, surely you can find something to entertain yourself."
"I could try peppering kisses."
"Mhm.."
"Do you wanna try, Lolo?"
"No thank you."
"But I need another person, please?"
"Okay, although I would like to know what spices have to do with romantic gestures"
"Take the book away from your face and I'll show you what peppering kisses looks like." Logan seemed upset by the prospect that he couldn't read during the activity but he put his book down and resigned himself to his boyfriend's strange antics. Patton sat up next to Logan and pulled him onto his lap. Logan blushed a little and Patton smiled. He leaned forwards and started covering Logan's face in short kisses. Logan laughed and Patton smiled even brighter through the kisses. Patton had his hands behind Logan's back as the latter was tilting backwards in an attempt to get away.
"Patton! Stop it that tickles!" Logan managed to gasp.
"Nope, you signed up for this, you'll see it through." Patton said, continuing to kiss his boyfriend. Once Patton stopped Logan fell forward into his chest, gasping for breath. They looked at each other with stars in their eyes and then broke into laughter. Patton hugged Logan and Logan had gone on to kiss his boyfriend on both cheeks. He sighed and picked up his book again, happy to read with his boyfriend while in his lap.
"Why all the long words in this book?"
"This is Jane Eyre. If you want I could translate the more confusing, old English words into modern English."
"Yes, please. I have no idea what's going on"
"Okay so this word here means...."
*fades to black*
