Party (the author still sucks at titles)

The turnout of the party was a complete success, which was quite unfortunate in Virgil's opinion. There had to have been hundreds of people there. He was convinced that the whole college had attended. Music was blaring, and alcohol was being passed out everywhere you turned. The whole room was completely crowded, it felt suffocating. Virgil's shoulder had brushed up against a stranger's at least a hundred times in just the last minute. There were frat boys everywhere yelling at the college freshmen, but surprisingly, it was all in good fun.

People were meeting, and screaming over the music, making friends, and just having a great time. Patton, Janus, Roman, and Remus had practically begged Virgil and Logan to come. It was the first party of the new school year! They just had to come!

Logan wanted to stay in and study, and Virgil didn't like the idea of a party. Loud noises and screaming all night, with drunk people everywhere. He'd never been to one before, he'd never even had alcohol either. Logan gave in first, and Virgil followed soon after, eventually just agreeing, because he was a people pleaser, with the promise that he didn't have to stay the whole night, they just wanted to experience it with him.

They were all having a great time, and the party was actually, as Logan would say, pretty lit. Virgil and Logan did find themselves having a good time, dancing around with everyone. Roman shoved a red solo cup in Virgil's hand and ordered him to drink it. All their friends gathered around for Virgil's first taste of alcohol ever. They laughed as his eyes widened at the first sip and he spat it out as quickly as it came in, "ugh! What the hell is that?!" He asked.

"Vodka" Roman laughed, holding his stomach, "that was priceless!"

"Roman, why would you start him off on something like that? Get him something more tame. I need something stronger than Vodka for myself, where's Remy, I know he's hiding the good stuff somewhere" Patton said.

Virgil's eyes widened in shock, "Patton? What the hell, are you like, a seasoned drinker?!"

"Virgil, there's a lot of things you don't know about me" Patton winked, before walking off to find Remy.

Virgil was forced to try a bunch of different drinks, and eventually just gave up and settled for some kind of sweet, fruity drink. Janus called him basic, but Virgil thought his wine was much more laughable. Janus countered by saying at least his wine tasted good. Logan drank too, though more responsibly than the others. Roman and Remus were shitfaced within an hour, just as drunk(if not more) as the frat boys.

Eventually, everybody was drunk, and the party was getting real crazy. Virgil was abandoned by his friends, which honestly didn't come as a surprise to him. He couldn't expect them to give up a night of fun to hang out with him while he was being lame and sulking in a corner.

It did bring him a lot of anxiety, though, to be alone by himself with nothing but his thoughts, in a room that was way too loud. He was getting overwhelmed quickly, while trying to tell himself that nobody was staring, that none of the laughs were directed at him.

Janus came back eventually from the bar, and noticed that Virgil was alone, so he guided him to a table full of shot glasses. He ordered him to take them and tell him which one he liked the best. He was afraid of getting drunk, but with the alcohol from earlier, he was a little less anxious. He was pretty sure he'd never get an opportunity to do this again because of his anxiety, so he shrugged, muttered a quick 'fuck it' and began downing shots left and right as Janus cheered.

Halfway through, his interest was piqued when he noticed a crowd start to gather in the middle of the room, and eventually began shouting his friend's name. He was sure that half the people were either too far away or too drunk to even know who they were shouting for. "Remus, Remus, Remus!" The crowd chanted as he began to chug a bottle of vodka. He didn't flinch once, so Roman begrudgingly handed Logan 30 bucks.

"Janus, Stop force feeding Virgil all of that alcohol, you know he isn't going too take it well!" Patton gasped as he finally noticed just how many shot glasses Virgil had been through, "if he pukes in front of everyone he will literally drop out of school."

"Relax, Pat! He wanted to do it, come on!" Janus called back.

"Yeah, I feel gr—" Virgil's face went pale as soon as he opened his mouth, "BLLRGH—"

"Oh, Shit!"

It didn't take long for Janus to shove Virgil over to a trash can so that he could puke his guts out. Several wretches and glasses of water later, Virgil was only a little bit tipsy, and was recovering from how much he'd puked his guts out. Soon enough, he was back into the swing of things at the party, but all that beer, and all that alcohol really began to take a toll in Virgil's bladder. Maybe Remus was too tipsy to care, but Virgil was sure that he had to go too.

Virgil didn't want to seem weak or anything, because he had way less to drink than Remus—so he kind of took it as a challenge. Or at least, that's what he tried to convince himself of, that it was totally because of his competitive nature, and not because of his crowd anxiety coming back. Though, he did hear Janus take Remus to pee while he was puking..well, he still didn't want to go through the huge crowd to the bathroom by himself. It made him nervous, he could have ran into someone, or accidentally stepped on someone's foot..he could trip and embarrass himself-there was just too much that could go wrong.

And so, he just stayed put in his own little bubble, in the circle of his group with everyone else. He decided to stay sober, because he did not want to embarrass himself or worse, piss himself during the first party of the year. Nobody would let him ever live it down.

He didn't dance anymore, though nobody found it suspicious. He wasn't the type to want get himself out there anyways, so nobody questioned his still stature. Nobody questioned when he started squirming either, because he was an anxious person, especially at parties.

Eventually though, he forgot about his need because of his panic. It was loud, people were yelling and screaming, not just for fun, but at each other. People were fighting and having beer brawls, and everything was just getting really out of control.

Everyone was basically doing the same thing, there were three groups of people. The people who kept on chanting for different sides, filming the fights and yelling for them to continue, some people even joined the fights and made them worse. Then there was the group that tried to stop the fights, and keep everyone calm. This group mostly consisted of drunk, crying best friends, or sober buzzkills. Then the third group was either the crying in the corner type, or having a panic attack type. Some people didn't care though, leaning against the wall, continuing to drink, talk, and smoke weed with friends.

During all of the panic and excitement, Virgil didn't notice when he was being pulled out of the room by Janus and Logan, Remus trailing closely behind because Logan needed to patch him up.

Yep, no surprise there, Remus was one of the dumb asses who started the fights, and for no reason, at that. He got a couple of scratches, and a bloody nose, nothing too serious.

Janus decided to drag Virgil out because he noticed how overwhelmed he was. So once they all got into the bathroom, which was quite large, much to Virgil's pleasure, (he didn't like small spaces) they all sat down by the sink and engaged in some conversation while Logan got Remus cleaned up.

"Remus, why do I even bother with you, everything you do turns into a disaster" Logan sighed, putting some rubbing alcohol onto a cotton swab to disinfect a large cut, "you need to be more careful."

"Because you loveee mee!" Remus screeched, still drunk.

"A mistake on my part, I will admit. And I don't make mistakes often" Logan responded seriously, which made Remus burst into tears..very drunk tears..

"Oh, I was only messing with you!" Logan teased, smirking.

"You're such a cute couple" Janus smirked, "come on Virgil, let's give them some privacy" he snickered, dragging Virgil to the other side of the bathroom while Logan blushed.

Virgil sat awkwardly with Janus, looking at the floor where he sat. The need to pee was resurfacing, and very noticeably, at that. It wasn't something he could just shove to the side anymore. It was getting dire.

But he couldn't being himself to just walk into one of the stalls or by one of the urinals and go. It felt too embarrassing..Janus was right there, and he didn't want to admit his need.

He knew it was stupid, and that he was just over thinking. Janus wouldn't think twice about doing that exact same thing.

"So, what's up with you Virgil?" Janus asked after a while of watching Virgil vigorously tap his foot and bounce around. He chalked it up to nerves at first, but Virgil was really going at it.

Squirming and shifting, lip biting and foot tapping, the whole thing. It was almost like he had to- ...Did he have to pee?

"Nothing.." Virgil whispered, sounding strained, like it took effort to speak.

Janus looked a little closer, and noticed how he was constantly glancing back and forth between the urinals and stalls, how he quickly looked away only to glance right back.

Eventually, Virgil slipped a hand between his thighs, and blushed. Janus smirked a little bit and shook his head. Typical Virgil. He waited for him to say something, but frowned when the emo didn't speak up, just continued to squirm. Janus sighed. He knew Virgil was shy, but come on? Really? They were best friends. He should probably say something, he was sure Virgil hadn't went all night.

"Wait, do you have to pee?" Janus asked quietly, bending down to where Virgil was on the floor. He quieted his voice as to not draw any attention and embarrass him.

Virgil's cheeks reddened further, and he quickly looked around to make sure nobody heard, and nodded. Saying he had to pee was a complete understatement. He had to pee like, yesterday.

"Why don't you just...go?" Janus asked, like it was the simplest thing in the world.

"You know how I overthink!" Virgil said, voice higher and more squeaky, panic raising his voice level.

"I know, I know! Don't work yourself up, here" Janus said, reaching his hand out to help Virgil up."Stall or urinal?" He asked.

Virgil looked at him blankly, "is that even a question?" Virgil asked, crossing his legs together.

"You're right, I know you better than that, stall it is" he chuckled, leading Virgil to the stall, and Virgil quickly shut the door and locked it, turning around to unzip, making quick work of his fly.

He tried his absolute hardest to make his stream slow, steady, and un noticeable. Just as he was beginning to feel relieved, Remus screamed to the top of his lungs, "we're finished!" Which made Virgil extremely nervous, his stream cutting off immediately.

Janus noticed a sudden halt in liquid hitting liquid, so asked if anything was wrong.

"Remus made me lock up with his damn loud voice" Virgil muttered, squirming, "ohhhhh, it hurts.."

"I'll handle it" Janus whispered.

After a little bit, he heard Janus' voice again, "I got them to leave, it's okay. Nobody's in here except us" he assured.

And that was all Virgil's bladder needed to hear before it released its thick, heavy stream, and he was pissing violently into the porcelain bowl, moaning in relief, mumbling inaudibly about how good it felt.

Janus didn't say anything, simply letting him finish from where he stood by the sinks. He heard a toilet flush and a stakl open, revealing a very relieved Virgil, "Thank you so much" he sighed.

Janus chuckled, "get over here and wash your hands. Now move outta the way, I gotta go too."

"Why didn't you go earlier?" Virgil asked.

"One, I didn't notice I had to go until I realized your potty dance, and two, I didn't wanna make you nervous with the noise after you did start going." He explained.

Virgil blushed, turning the faucet in, and washing his hands, Janus going to a stall and releasing all the drinks he had that night.
