You Should've Gone Before We Left. How Does It Feel? :)

A/n: Kay guys, first imma do some very nice backstory of Logan being like "bruh why didnt u go before we left" hex yahhhhh

Anyways, this one is for urdadlolz123 tysm!

Logan sighed, clearly annoyed as Virgil spoke up from the backseat, "hey, Lo? Could we um, stop somewhere?"

"Why?" Logan asked, already upset about having to stop so early.

Virgil blushed a little. Logan was really going to make him have to say it? In front of the whole car? "I uh, need to use the bathroom" he mumbled.

Logan glanced up into the rear view mirror, making eye contact with Virgil, "can it wait?"

Virgil was quick to nod, a blush clear on his face, "yeah, of course it can wait, i'm not five!" He hadn't wanted to speak up, he knew how much of a complete and utter control freak Logan was about getting to places on time. But he tried to hold it, and he didn't think he'd be able to last much longer.

Patton frowned though, because if Virgil was admitting that he had to pee, he probably had to go pretty bad. He wasn't usually so shy about it, but Virgil was clearly anxious about Logan being upset with him.

"I've planned a stop in ten minutes" Logan said, reading Patton's mind, before glancing at Virgil through the rear view mirror, "did you go before we left?"

Virgil nodded his head rapidly, "of course I went before we left, I went like seventeen times. Haven't you noticed I have anxiety?"

"Well, I didn't go before we left!" Remus piped up, hands shoved between his legs.

"Dear lord, please give me strength" Logan silently muttered, "Remus, we'll be there in a minute, you will be okay."

"Noooooo" Remus whined, " I have to pee!"

"You should've gone before we left" Logan said sternly.

"There it is!" Roman shouted, "he said it again! I thought we could at least go an hour, but apparently not!"

Logan sighed harshly, "you guys are being completely unreasonable. It's a common practice to use the restroom before leaving the house, especially if you know we are going to be in the car for an extended period of time."

Patton giggled a little, "he's right, you guys."

"But he does this literally every single time, he's such a control freak!" Janus argued, "let us piss!" He began to chant.

"Let us piss, let us piss, let us piss" Remus joined in the chant.

"You guys are so childish" Logan sighed, rolling his eyes, "we're almost there, I don't care if you have to go or not, you're all going to try."

Knowing Logan's history in the car, nobody really wanted him to be the one to drive to the destination, but he was the safest driver, and his car could fit all of them and their stuff rather comfortably, so he was the best option.

Logan got all of his stuff together and used the bathroom to pee, before getting in the car and turning on his gps.

"Okay" Logan said, the group FaceTime finally picking up, "i'm on my way to pick all of you guys up, so i'll be at Janus's house in probably thirty minutes?"

"Okay" Janus said, "that's cook, i'm ready."

"Don't forget to—" Logan began, before he was cut off by all five of his friend's voices.

"Pee before we leave?" They all asked with varying amounts of sarcasm.

Logan rolled his eyes, "okay, okay I get it."

"Patton literally almost pissed himself last week because of you" Roman commented.

"It was a fifteen minute drive to Walmart!" Logan cried, "he should not have had to go that bad! It was his own fault for not going before we left."

Patton jutted his lips out in a pout, before giggling, "i'm very forgetful, you guys know this!"

————————————————————

By the time everybody was in the car, Logan felt like he had been driving for forever. They'd been driving towards their destination for only around an hour, and Logan had to pee. To be fair, it he had been in the car for two hours longer than everybody else, and with no stops. It took so long to get everyone, and they were still a while away from where they were traveling to, which just so happened to be the beach.

He knew that the only reason his friends could possibly need to stop was for snacks or food because he made sure that everyone peed before they left, so he was being way more strict than usual about stopping. The sooner they got to the beach, the sooner he could pee.

Which, of course lead to a few disagreements.

"No, Roman. I am not planning on stopping yet" Logan said with a sigh, for what had to have been the fifth time.

Roman pouted, "but i'm out of root beer!"

"So drink some water! We're going to a beach, you need to stay hydrated anyway!" Logan told him, "Janus, can you hand him a water bottle from the ice chest?"

"Yeah, if he stops being so damn annoying" Janus muttered, "it is way too early for you to be so loud."

Roman scoffed in annoyance as Janus took a water bottle out of the cooler and plummeted it at him at a speed he didn't even know was possible to achieve, "rude! You could have damaged my beautiful face!"

"I think that would've made it look better" Virgil smirked, not looking up from where his head was sat on his fist, his elbow perched on the armrest as he scrolled through his phone.

"I'm about to jump out of this car" Roman pouted.

"Please do" Janus and Virgil said in unison, before giggling.

"Why did we even let Janus and Virgil sit in the back together? That's a recipe for disaster! Look at them, so evil, plotting something" Roman said, glaring at the pair.

"Hey, we're not as bad as you and Remus. It's bad enough having one of you, but now we have to deal with two, and you're both sitting next to each other" Janus said, crossing his arms, "maybe Virgil and Remus should switch."

"Ewe, I don't want to sit by Roman, you're crazy" Virgil said, crinkling his nose, "besides, I don't want to hear you guys groping each other back here either—"

Suddenly, they heard a huge inhale of breath coming from Patton. They thought he was about to tell them to be nice, but instead he blurted, "PUPPIES!"

"What?!" Logan yelled, jumping, "Patton! You can't scream like that, I almost drove off the road!"

Everybody else proceeded to laugh at how scared Logan had gotten, while Patton apologized, "oops—sorry Logie! Can we stop to see the puppies? They're going to be sooooo cute!"

Logan glanced at Patton dryly, "no. Absolutely not."

"Oh, come on, why not? You haven't stopped the car, in like—foreverrrrr!" Patton groaned, "i'm bored!"

"Patton, you've only been in here for an hour" Logan sighed harshly, quickly becoming annoyed. He had to pee so bad, and he didn't want to keep up a conversation, or hear everyone talking about stopping, especially since he had to put so much focus into driving. He couldn't even hold himself, or cross his legs. It was complete and utter agony.

Logan hadn't just been trying to shut up Roman when he said he needed to stay hydrated—no, it was a very hot day out with it being the peak of summer, and over the last three hours, Logan had finished off multiple bottles of water. His bladder was feeling very full and achy, and he really wasn't sure if he would be able to hold on for much longer.

He knew that they were getting closer to the beach, he didn't even have to look at his GPS to confirm his theory—he could hear the ocean, the sounds of heavy waves crashing on the shore, water splashing and rippling as it was pulled back by the tide.

It was loud, and to Logan, it was deafening. He swore that he could feel the water on him—

He let out a short gasp, leaning forward in his seat and stepping on the brakes as they approached a red light. He stopped with the traffic, his face pale as he realized that he was completely wetting himself.

He was soaked in a matter of seconds, his shorts unable to soak it all up. He made a large puddle on his seat, but because the cushioning was leather, it didn't soak in, just made a large puddle that, embarrassingly, began to drip down the seat and into the carpet.

If the loud hiss of urine against his jeans in the silent car wasn't an indicator that something was amiss, his bright red face and rigid stature was. Patton noticed the accident almost immediately, as he was the one sitting next to Logan.

And of course, Patton couldn't keep quiet about anything. He gasped, "Logan! Oh my goodness!" He cried, alerting everyone in the car in on the situation.

"What? What happened?" Virgil asked, leaning up in his seat, staring at Roman and Remus's face to see their reactions, as they were closer up to Logan.

"Oh. My. Goodness" Roman said quietly, before looking at Remus, wide eyed. After a few moments, they both busted into simultaneous laughter. Remus actually had to wipe tears from
his eyes.

"What happened?" Janus repeated for Virgil, much more intrigued.

"Logan pissed himself!" Remus yelled, barely able to get it out as he cackled, gasping for air, "oh, man!"

"N-n-no!" Roman laughed, "he's pissing himself! As in, still going! Dude, that smells rancid!"

Janus smirked from the back seat, "should've gone before you left~" he sing-songed, high fiving Virgil, who just rolled his eyes as the twins began to laugh even louder.

"Oh yeah!" Roman mocked dramatically, "why didn't you go potty before we left, you big baby? You can't even hold it for an hour?"

"How irresponsible" Remus chimed in meanly, his voice filled with judgement.

Logan didn't say a word. At that point, he couldn't even hear them anymore, far too gone, lost in his humiliation and panic. He forced his breaths to become even again. What they were saying to him was totally unfair! Logan had used the bathroom before he left, but he had also been in the car two hours longer than everybody else!

"Guys" Patton said sternly, sensing Logan's anxiousness, "cut it out."

"Why should we? He never cuts it out" Remus said, glaring, "he always goes on and on about how he isn't going to stop for us, even if we are literally on the verge of wetting our pants!"

"Yeah" Roman agreed, "and while we're sitting here suffering, he just says 'you should've gone before you left!' As if we need the lecture in that moment!"

Logan didn't bother to defend himself, knowing that the moment he opened his mouth, he would burst into tears. He focused on the road instead, only half listening to the conversation at that point.

"Yeah, and it's humiliating every time" Janus said, "but look! Logan's literally the one driving! He could have stopped whenever he wanted, but his stubborn ass chose to sit there and piss himself!"

Roman snorted, "maybe we should get him a paci since he's such a baby." He snickered, fist bumping Remus.

Virgil frowned, punching Roman on the shoulder and slapping Remus upside the head, "you guys are being unnecessarily cruel. And before you ask me why I didn't hit Janus, if he says one more word I will. Stop being mean to Logan."

"Yeah, you guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves! You should all be apologizing to him right now!" Patton chastised, "that was incredibly mean to say to him!"

Logan bit his lip, still not saying a word. His eyes were completely brimmed with tears, but he didn't let any of them fall. He would do what he did best, bottle his feelings up and be the emotionless robot that the others always insisted he was. He didn't want them to know how deeply their words cut, or just how much effort he had put into planning this trip to go perfectly for all of them.

"Fine. We're sorry" Janus said.

"Yeah" Roman sighed, "I'll admit, that was pretty mean. We didn't mean it, Lo."

"Oh, uh" Remus began, "what they said." Virgil smacked him on the head again, "ow! Okay, okay, fine! I'm sorry."

Logan refused to open his mouth, he didn't trust his voice not to waver. His wobbling chin was already revealing the fact that he was three seconds away from crying.

More than that, their apologies didn't sound genuine in the slightest. Not one bit. They didn't care how he felt. They assumed he felt nothing at all. He gave a gesture to wave them off, and the rest of the ride was completely silent.

When they got there, Logan was the first one out of the car. He popped the trunk, grabbed a new set of clothes, and rushed off to the bathroom to change, leaving everybody else to set up.

Once he got into the bathroom, he slammed the door shut. He didn't even realize how horribly he was trembling until he looked in the mirror, bent forward with his hands gripping the sink tightly.

He sniffled, and a sob came out of his mouth as the dam broke. The tears spilled from his eyes rapidly, and he could feel the tracks running down his cheeks. His eyes were red, his face blotchy within a matter of minutes.

He didn't want to go back outside, he didn't want to face anyone. He was completely humiliated, and wasn't going to have a good time, no matter what he did. He didn't even feel like changing into clean clothes.

He made his way into the biggest stall, and sat in the corner, pulling his knees up to his chest and hyperventilating. He had a full blown panic attack and by the time he felt like he could breathe again, fifteen minutes had passed.

He let out another choked sob when he realized that nobody was coming to check on him, nobody was going to even knock and ask if he was okay—

Nobody cared.

They were probably out there, laughing, having a good time—better yet, they were probably talking about him, laughing at him.

He let out another choked sob, pulling his knees closer to his chest and burying his head between his legs. He brought his fingers to his hair and began to tug. He pulled and pulled and pulled until he was ripping out his hair, until he was sure the tugs had made his scalp red, until it hurt.

And he wanted it to hurt. In his opinion, physical pain was much better than emotional pain. Physical pain could distract him, could bring him temporary relief to the stabbing, burning sadness he felt in his heart.

The others didn't care. The other's didn't like him, clearly. They made their opinions about him very apparent in the car.

He wrapped his shaking arms around his body, before he brought his hands down to them and began to dig his nails into his skin. He whispered curses to himself as he wiped his eyes roughly, "stop crying. Stop crying, stop crying, stop. crying" he couldn't breathe again as he thought of having to face them all later.

It didn't work. He sat there and cried until he passed out, his arms marked and red.

And that's how Roman, Janus and Remus found him, just minutes later after finishing setting up the beach spot. They came to the bathroom in hopes of finding Logan and giving him a proper apology, feeling immensely guilty for what had happened.

A/n: Since the prompt didn't end with everyone finding out what had happened and like, comforting Logan and all that, I decided to make it a just a tad bit more angsty and not give Logan that happy ending.

Sorry. I was in a really silly goofy mood today🤪 🤪🤪🤪
