Virgil's P.O.V.—

  I walked into my new highschool, hood up and head down. My hands were in my jacket pockets, to keep the people from seeing how shaky I am. I jumped when a child like person ran up to me..
  "Hiya kiddo! Are you the new kid?" I nodded, surprised to see someone so innocent being so nice to me. "I'm Patton, yours?"
  "Virgil..." I said, my voice shaky. "Virge for short..."
  "Well, Virge, follow me. I'm gonna show you around." I nodded, following him to our first class.

  It was now time for Lunch. I was nervous, as I barely knew anyone here. Patton was probably the only friend I'll have here...
  "Virge!" I turned my head, recognizing the voice. I walked over after I got my food, and sat down with Patton and his friends. "Guys, this is Virgil. Virgil, meet Roman, Logan, Talyn, Joan, and Remy." I glanced at all of them, memorizing their faces.
  "Hello." I muttered. The boy named Roman stood dramatically, and held out his hand.
  "Roman Prince, nice to officially meet you, Virgil." I shook his hand, cringing at human contact.
  "Uh... Virgil Anx..."
  "Virgil!" I lifted my head, knowing what was about to happen. I turned to find Damien "Deceit" Shank. I shrunk back when I saw him. He smirked, grabbing my arm.
  "Deceit." He froze, looking at Patton. He let go of me, hissed at Patton, and walked away.
  "What was that about?" Roman asked, staring at me. I pulled my hood up to hide my face.
  "He's my... He's my brother..."
