TRIGGER WARNINGS: Glitchy writing (translations in comments),  paranoia, scratches, death, ink drips (???)

I woke up and looked around my small apartment, it looked different than usual, I turned on the small lamp on my bedside table and looked around. My band posters were still there, in the same order, just as I had left them. My eyes scanned the room, my desk was the same, the drawings I had made this morning were all there, in the same condition.

I got up and put on my slippers and walked to the bathroom, it was 6am and I had work in two hours, I figured I could get there a little early. I turned on the sink and rinsed my face, I looked in to the mirror and something was very, very wrong.

Where my normal, dark eyebags were replaced by a black inky substance running down my cheeks. My mouth was leaking the same thing. My eyes were a bright white, different than the grey eyes a wore. My skin had gotten paler, almost paper white, I had small fang like teeth instead of the normal ones you  see. I looked down at my hands and noticed they were claw like  with  black on the tips. I ran back out and saw that there was a note on my desk  all  it was was 

"I̴̛͓͔͌̈̓͝'̵̥̺͎͔͐m̴̳̏ ̸̠̘͕̄̾͒̾̓ş̷̟̄͌̾̿̋͒̔͘͠ǫ̶͖͍̺͚̉̈́̃́ŗ̴̘̰̙̞͍̙̃̏̇̽̒̉̍̏ṛ̵̳̤͎͙̮̈́̓̓̌̍y̸̼̮̥̺̼͌̂͋͊̀̓̾"

I shot up from I bed, I looked around and noticed that my room was completely destroyed and covered in scratch marks. I slowly got up and felt like I was being watched. I slowly turned around to see the same version of me I had seen in my dream. It launched forwards, I felt a sharp pain in my neck before the word went dark.
