Analogical
Okay I really will be back for weekly stuff now 😅
Tw: (this is gonna be angst.) aftermath of a panic attack, Logan feeling things and just plain feeling alone and stuff.
Third person
Logan and Virgil sit in their rooms, backs to the wall, in their own minds and in their own thoughts. Both worrying, both anxious but only one having a panic attack. I think we can all guess who that is.
But Logan just knows these things. So he stands, sensing Virgil's discomfort and pain. He's coming to (as his vocabulary cards would read) save the day.
Virgil's POV
My door gently and gradually opens as silently as possible. I snap my attention to it, eyes catching Logan's galaxy like blue eyes.
"Logan?" He only nods, shutting the door, fiddling with his pocket, walking to me and my lonely bed in the centre of the room. He looks upset, Worried. His facial expressions are soft and kind in a way, nothing like the sharp edge he usually has. He looks troubled and puzzled. Cursed with too deep of thoughts. I frown a bit, eyes drifting back to my bed in front of me, inhaling and exhaling heavily and deeply. A moment of brief silence passes until Logan places headphones over my head and on my ears. I adjust them, looking his way. He plays a calming song on his phone, walking to the very end of my bed and he sits with his back facing me. His shoulders relax, dropping like he's letting out an almighty sigh that was once trapped inside. "Logan, are you okay?" I know the answer, anyone would. But what he tells me is equally as important. How he feels about opening up about the feelings he's probably trying to repress. If he says yes, then he doesn't want to talk but if he tells me otherwise then he really is struggling. Maybe more so behind closed doors while Roman and I are bickering or Patton is squealing in his ear. He's not good with words, I never rush him so when it takes a few minutes of silence for him to finally answer, I sit patiently waiting.
"No." He finally answers, simply.
An ache rises within me, I crawl behind him, making him look back for a split second. I take the headphones off and I place them, gently, on his head. He locks onto my eyes and for once I notice the lost look they give me, like he's in the unknown somewhere else. He looks forward again, his shoulders shaking from an unsteady breath. I cross my legs, sitting comfortably, wrapping my arms around his stomach, holding him tightly, close to my chest. He starts to look back but I don't want him to see my tear stained face, so I rest my head on his back. I feel his hand touch mine, holding it tightly, leaning back slightly.
We smile a little. Knowing we're lost together in the unknown and we're not alone.
