"I heard you told your friends that I'm just not your type..." Remus murmurs as Patton bites at his lip, his cheeks suddenly pink from a rush of embarrassment. Janus glared at him from behind Remus, placing a hand on his shoulder in an attempt to comfort him while Roman frowned and glanced at Patton.

"Pat?" He questions, his tone slightly accusing. Patton shrunk at the attention and hugged himself.

"I—"

"If that's really true then why'd you call last night?" Snarls Remus, causing Patton to flinch and Virgil to step forward in front of Patton protectively.

"Back off Remus."

"You say all I ever do is just control your life!" Remus huffs, shrugging off Janus' hand. "But how you gonna lie like that?" He demands before his tone softened to a far more saddened and hurt one.

"How you gonna lie like that...?"
