Synopsis~ Deceit is the ruler of the dark sides but when Remus falls in love with another man, he decides to change the way he treats the sides.
Set before Selfishness vs Selflessness redux.

Sneaky, greedy, money seeking
Always peeping, f*cking creeping.

Deceit had been acting a lot weirder lately. Even Remus knew that. He was always watching Remus. Always asking Remus to do things that he didn't want to do.

What if I had told your father?
His son was a cruel mitherf*cker.

Remus had contemplated telling Patton about his strange behaviour but decided against it. He probably wouldn't believe him.

It's not just me it's everybody
Who thinks that you're f*cking ugly.

He tried to act normal around him as to not alert Deceit that he was secretly meeting up with Logan at night to talk about all the stuff that happens.

When you come and hurt us.
Just so you can get your money.

He would come around and beat the dark sides once a month to get their payments to him. Remus didn't know why he did it.

Forced to follow the leader
Who's being possessed by demons.

He never acted like this before. It was like something took control of him.

Killing kids all day and night.

Deceit would put the other sides through hell despite Remus trying to get him to stop.

Prescription pills and online fights.

He had loads of pills in him desk that he would take. Remus could always hear Deceit arguing over the phone.

Shooting at the angels while
Claiming you're the good guy.

He would always attack any light side that came to visit. Especially Logan. But then he would say he was 'protecting' us.

All you want is cash and hype
F*ck our dreams and that's not right.

It seemed like Deceit didn't care about our dreams of being friends with the light sides. All he wanted was the money we payed him for the protection fee.

Complicated, overated
You're fixated and elated.
By the separation in this place that you've created.

He made life really difficult for the others. He was the main reason there was a border between the two sides of the Mindscape.

"F*ck all of your rules and guidelines.
You shouldn't even be on the sidelines."

Remus screamed these words at Deceit who had just instituted a new rule that nobody could leave their rooms after 9pm.

"Cant you see that we're all hurting?
If you're not teaching, we're not learning."
"Excuse me how much are you earning?"

Remus didn't even realise that Logan had joined the conversation. Logan reached and grabbed Remus' hand to reassure him.

"I've tried to make you listen but you won't it's your way right?"

"Shooting at the angels while claiming you're the good guy."

Remus gestured to Logan at the word 'angels' making Logan blush slightly.

"All you want is cash and hype.
F*ck our dreams and that's not right!"

Remus screamed at Deceit. Logan held Remus back as he probably would have killed Deceit given the opportunity.

Slap

Deceit slapped Remus across the cheek sending him tumbling backwards into Logan's arms.

Logan's eyes filled with hate and anger as he attacked the snake. After he had taught him a valuable lesson in: Why not to piss Logan off. He picked Remus up and sunk out to his room where he held the now sobbing Remus in his arms.

Remus calmed down and kissed Logan on the lips. He pulled away and whispered close to Logan's ear,
"Thank you for saving me baby boy~"

Let's just say... Nobody went anywhere near Logan's room for the rest of the night.
