Virgil lay on his bed. His body hurt from the beating he just took. The others beat him for the fifth time today. He was getting sick of it. He wanted to end it all when he heard a call. He decided to sing.

I can hear you but I wont.
Some look for trouble while others don't

The light sides never went looking for trouble. ((trouble usually finds them. Sorry not sorry)) Instead, they were the ones causing the trouble.

There's a thousand reasons I should go about my day
And ignore your whispers which I wish would go away

He should just ignore it and get back to work. But the whispering didn't stop.

You're not a voice, you're just a ringing in my ear
And if I heard you, which I don't, I'm spoken for I fear

He believed it was just the wind, even though there was no wind in the Mindscape.

Everyone I've ever loved is here within these walls
I'm sorry, secret siren, but I'm blocking out your calls

He always loved the light sides but they never reciprocated those feelings. He cried out trying to ignore the voice.

I've had my adventure, I don't need something new
I'm afraid of what I'm risking if I follow you

He had his roller-coaster during the two part video about him. He was also afraid that if the others caught him he would get yet another beating.

He walked out of his room and outside towards the dark door that led to the dark Mindscape. That's where the noise was coming from.

What do you want? 'Cause you've been keeping me awake
Are you here to distract me so I make a big mistake?

It's true. The call and whispering was keeping him awake at night. It made his anxiety worse as he thought it was all there to distract him from doing his job.

Or are you someone out there who's a little bit like me?
Who knows deep down I'm not where I'm meant to be?

He leaned against the door wondering what was on the other side. Wondering if the people behind the door knew who he was meant to be. He didn't feel right as anxiety. But he didn't know what he wanted to be.

Every day's a little harder as I feel your power grow

His powers were getting stronger. But they were different. His magic was black and not purple.

Don't you know there's part of me that longs to go
Into the unknown.

He looked behind him as he stepped through the door looking around. It wasn't as bad as he thought it would be.

Are you out there?
Do you know me?
Can you feel me?
Can you show me?

He found some people who answered all these questions. Their names were Janus and Remus. They made him feel happy. Then they started to fade. A purple must engulfed him as he felt the light sides try to take him back.

Where are you going? Don't leave me alone
How do I follow you

He screamed out as he pushed through the fog. Emerging as a new side.

Into the unknown!

He screamed out as he slammed the door shut on the light sides faces. He chased after the others and jumped on them both.

"Virgil?!" Remus asked with a shocked expression. I nodded and hugged them tight. I didn't want to let go. Janus chuckled and lifted us up off the ground.

They brought me to a room with a massive bed. They both pulled out bouquets of flowers and asked in unison.

"Will you be our boyfriend?"

I looked at them and cried I ran into their arms.
"Yes yes yes! A million times yes!" I screamed as I was lifted up and spin around.

Two years later

Its been two years since I've spoken to the light sides outside of the videos and honestly I couldn't be happier. I'm now known as Paranoia outside of YouTube and the other sides haven't tried to take me back. Me and my boyfriends are happy and I love them.
I hope things stay like this forever.
