Warning~ crying, unsympathetic Patton, locking someone in a room and age regression? If this is a warning.

This is my first time writing about age regression so I'm sorry if it's not accurate.

"No. Please Patton. Don't do this!" Remus begged as the father figure dragged him towards the subconscious. The Duke didn't want to go back in there.
"Patton please! I'm sorry! I won't do it again!" he pleaded as he felt the oldest side's grip soften for a moment. It didn't last long as it tightened when Roman ran down the hall.

"Patton! Don't punish Remus he didn't mean to!" his brother grabbed his arm, pulling him backwards. It was true. He didn't mean to hurt him. He just got in the way when Remus was having one of his attacks. He still didn't know how to deal with them considering it had only been a month since the split. Despite just waking up, Roman managed to pull his brother into his arms.

The older twin cradled his brother close while he comforted him. Remus zoned out as he shook violently in his arms. Roman turned away from Patton and began to rub slow, soothing circles into the younger twins back. Remus didn't have time to warn Roman before the metal pole crashed onto his brothers head.

Roman passed out giving Patton the opportunity to grab Remus and throw him into the darkness of the subconscious. The Duke scrambled over to the door and drummed his hands against the exit.
"Patton please!" Remus cried. "I want to go home!" he screamed through sobs.
"This is your home now." Patton said coldly. Remus stopped and covered his mouth as he heard Patton footsteps become quieter and quieter.

Patton had shunned him. He was alone. He broke down and lay on the floor sobbing. A few hours passed and he had cried himself to sleep.

To Remus' surprise, he woke up to see Deceit hovering over him with a worried expression. The Duke sat up quickly and crashed heads with the side above him. This caused the lying side to fall backwards, freeing his mess of blonde hair from underneath his hat. The two began laughing and blushing as Remus geld a hand out to help up the man on the floor.

"Get a room you two." a snarky voice called from the kitchen. The two sides blush worsened when they saw Anxiety sat on top of the fridge.

He felt happy here. He felt wanted. De-Janus and Virgil were everything he could ever want as a family. But then that happiness changed.

He walked into the common room expecting to find Janus and Virgil arguing playfully. He didn't expect to see Janus on his knees sobbing into what seemed like one of Virgil's hoodies. The Duke rushed over and pulled the deceitful side into his arms.

"Hey hey don't cry! What happened danger noodle." he asked while running his fingers through his boyfriends hair. Janus looked up at him with red, puffy eyes. Remus almost cried when he saw that he was crying from both eyes.

Normally when he was sad, he cried from his human side and when he cried from his snake side, he was stressed. Crying on both sides meant he was heartbroken.

"V-Virgil g-gone." The snake whispered. That's when Janus started to suck on his thumb as he slipped into his littlespace. Remus snapped straight into his care giver mindset and lifted up his boyfriend.

"Hey why don't we go find your paci instead?" he cooed while taking Janus' fingers out of his mouth. Janus whined but nodded. Remus walked through the yellow and black door and placed him on the bed while he looked for his pacifier.

Once it was given to the smaller side, Remus pulled him close as Janus fell asleep curled up in his boyfriends arms.
"I'll always be here my little boop noodle."
Muttered the Duke before drifting off.
