It's pretty short. Just an idea I had today

They're all roommates.

Patton always told Virgil to leave the house and explore the world. But he never listened. He did have a sort of "job" but he didn't have to leave the house for it. He could get it done from home on his laptop.

The last time he was outside it was probably when he came to settle in. A couple months ago. Which is not healthy, mind you. Janus and Patton tried to bribe him, threaten him, they even went as far as to try and push him out. It never worked.

Until.........

The Covid-19 thing happened.

They were all sprawled on the couch almost carelessly. Remus' legs were dangling on the back of the couch, he was using his phone and telling jokes and memes, Patton had his head on Remus' chest and was making puns every now and then after Remus told a joke. Roman was sitting on the arm of the couch with one leg to his chest as the other was hovering above the ground. He was sketching. Logan was reading a book on the ground where Patton was lying, with Patton carding his fingers through Logan's hair. And Janus was on the head of the couch (is that how you say it?) beside Remus' legs.

Virgil was nowhere to be seen. That is until he came down all dressed up. He descended the stairs and casually walked to the door, only to be stopped by Janus.

"And where do you think you're going?" asked Janus with a raised eyebrow.

"Outside?" Virgil replied like it was the most obvious thing ever. Janus held Virgil by both his arms in case he'll run.

"Aww good for you kiddo! Let 'em go Jan. He's finally going out this is so exciting!" Patton squealed from the couch getting up a bit to get a look at his dark strange son.

Everyone looked at Patton as if he grew a tail or something. "What? Was it something I said?" asked Patton looking around confused.

Janus shook his head in disbelief and glared at Virgil who was looking at him with an evil smirk. Janus pinched the bridge of his nose and let out a deep sigh.

"Patty... The corona virus." said Janus not backing down from the staring contest he and Virgil were having.

Patton gasped. "Ohhhhh."

"Virgil. You are not stepping outside." Janus warned.

"I have to go! This is my time bitches!" yelled Virgil dramatically.

"Virgil you are not going out."

"You and Patton are the ones who'r always telling me to leave and 'explore the outside world' aren't you?' Virgil mocked doing the two finger sign.

"Virgil Emo Sanders." Janus said with a voice that can freeze time itself.

"Ooooh someone's in trouble~" sang Roman as if Janus couldn't murder right now. He sent a warning glare Romans way and he shut up. Janus looked back at Virgil who was pouting.

"Now. As I was sayi-" he got cut off by Remus knocking Virgil unconscious. He fell limp in Janus' arms. Janus gave Remus a bored look.

"What? You were taking too loooong~. So I took care of him!" said Remus with a malicious grin. "Now let's watch Disney!!"

"That does not sound bad. Remus get an ice pack for Virgil and Janus you can lay him on the couch and prepare the snacks."

Janus stayed there for a few seconds rubbing his temple but soon obliged.

'How bad can this be?'

Or so he thought~

Ya soooo there you have it! I hope you liked it. I got the thought when my mom and grandma were talking about the virus. I thought "This must be a blessing to Suicidal people. All they have to do is go outside. No hard work needed."

Please don't think or do anything like that! That's just me being the psycho that I am 😝
